We are looking for a team player that is also comfortable working on their own on projects and issues when needed. \n\nJob Responsibilities \n\n\n* Assist with onboarding of new employees and user training on PC applications \n\n* Set up, configure, and maintain Windows laptops \n\n* Identify and resolve PC hardware and software related failures and issues \n\n* Update inventory of PCโs and manage software updates to remote PCโs \n\n* Handles tasks for project installs and helps define project tasks and task completion times \n\n* Upgrade software components and install OS upgrades as required. \n\n* Troubleshoot difficult problems to resolution quickly and to industry standard best practices \n\n* Other responsibilities as assigned by direct manager \n\n\n\n\nRequired Qualifications \n\n\n* Bachelorโs degree in Information Technology, Information Science, or related field, OR Equivalent combination of education and experience with some formal training. \n\n* 2 years of full-time work experience with a relevant post-secondary program certificate, OR Experience with Microsoft Windows (10 & 11) and Microsoft Office products \n\n* Detailed understanding of Admin Portal for Microsoft Office 365 including Dynamics CRM (Customer Relationship Management) \n\n* Strong discipline working within a standardized ticketing system and documenting resolutions to those tickets \n\n* Technical documentation skills for company-facing how to and instructional processes \n\n* Discipline to follow established methodology while seeking ways to improve the process \n\n* Strong customer service focus and ability to interact at all levels within the organization. \n\n* Ability to prioritize multiple assignments, take initiative, and problem-solve with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment \n\n* Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail \n\n* Work well both independently and as part of a team \n\n* High personal ethics, professional presentation \n\n\n\n\n \n\nPreferred Qualifications \n\n\nMotivation to work in the renewable energy space \n\n\n\n\n \n\nCompensation & Benefits: $65,000 โ $85,000 \n\nTotal compensation based on qualifications and experience.
