You see a newspaper ad about a house-sitting job. Since you're short on money, you decide to sign up. What awaits you...
Did I mention that the house you'll be staying at has the latest home automation systems of the 80s!? Now you know! Simply clap twice in any room in the house to toggle the lights on/off. We sure are lucky that there are no entities around that can take advantage of this.
Immerse yourself in the environment with amnesia-like physical interactions, volumetric audio and PS1 style graphics.
It ain't much, but it's honest work.
I suggest you don't go snooping around too much, it's for your own good.

That was sincerely awesome man ! I had to get a friend to play with me, I was too scared just with the image. We got through but I got killed in the end cuz not finding the window, thought it was upstairs... and then my friend had to go and I got to finish alone and... Ew, I managed to, but, ewwww... That was horrible.. So, for a horror game, that was AWESOME !
Thank you so much for creating this and still trying to innovate in the horror genre where games seem to resemble one another more and more !

This game was honestly so terrifying and I ABSOLUTELY loved the concept. It kept me on my toes ALL through. And I want to thank Nightmare Files specifically because this exploded on my channel and had a ton of support on the video! I will most definitely be PLAYING your future games on the channel!

Great Work , Keep it Up!
This game a decent take on what happens when something takes advantage of technology in the house. After I died I tried to rerun through the game fast and got stuck where the ghost wouldn't start the chase. Overall I enjoyed this playthrough!
