Description

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

Visit https://wishlist-test.toolforge.org/wiki/Community_Wishlist/Wishes
Create a wish with quotes in the title (ex. "Test or "Not to Test"
Go back to the Wishlist dashboard

What happens?:
Only displays the words that are not in quotes from the title in the Wishlist Dashboard. See screenshots

What should have happened instead?:
Should display all words in the title in the Wishlist Dashboard

@tstarling All words that had quotes on the dashboard are now displayed, as seen in the gif below. I will move this to Done. Thanks for all your work!
