The current design prominently displays a "get started" button.

Problem: The button suggests a start to all visitors, but the only people who can get started currently are people we migrate over from the wbstack.

Suggestion:

Evaluate if the function currently makes sense at all on wikibase.cloud (as we focus on migrating)

• If no: Remove button.
• If yes: Remove button, make function accessible via a less prominent text on the homepage and/or a link the the footer. Possibly rename to "sign up" or "create account" and add a text explaining that we currently not allow new signups to the target form
