Parsoid's integrated test runner in core doesn't support modes other than wt2html

Description

At the moment, the integrated-mode Parsoid parser test runner in core only supports wt2html mode. Eventually it should support all the modes of Parsoid's own parser test runner. (This requires some more aggressive refactoring of either Parsoid's own test runner to make it work with phpunit, or else refactoring of the core test runner to allow a given parser test to generate multiple phpunit test cases.)
