Description

When trying to login in Chrome 83.0.4103.116 on Windows I'm receiving the following error:

Prior to receiving the error I logged out of my account explicitly and first attempted to login to a different account. I don't appear to be able to login to either now.

If I open an incognito browser window I appear to be able to login fine.

I cleared the cookied for wikipedia.org and was able to login again. I'm also able to log out/in to different accounts consistently.

I guess I'll mark this resolved since my issue is fixed, let me know if you want any more information on this.
