User:Satirdan kahraman provided translations for the missing namespaces in Turkish, as well as updating the names for ProofreadPage's special pages.
The namespaces are:

and the special pages:
'IndexPages' => [ 'DizinSayfaları', 'SayfaEndeksle' ], 'PagesWithoutScans' => [ 'TaranmamışSayfalar', 'TaramasızSayfalar' ],
(The first ones in the list are the updated ones, the second in the list are the old ones, kept as aliases.)
