Description
本发明涉及纸质护理产品状态检测技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种纸质护理产品状态检测系统及方法。
纸质护理产品包括纸尿裤、卫生巾等,目前市面上销售的该类制品大都不具备状态检测,而目前现有专利中虽然有公开一些带状态检测的方案,但是各种方案几乎都存在实现困难或市场价值低的问题,比较典型的例子如:
申请号:201110083002.8,名称:设置有可拆卸的尿湿感应提示装置的尿不湿,公开了通过设置开口并通过提示装置声音报警的方式进行检测,但是如何进行开口以及如何从开口处放入提示装置均未详细说明,同时单一的声音提醒局限较大,市场价值低。
申请号:201820779203.9,名称:一种尿不湿尿湿感应系统和尿不湿,公开了通过湿度传感器检测湿度并上传至系统的方式,但是,其本身描述的尿布与尿不湿存在混淆,尿布属于可反复使用物品,而尿不湿为一次性制品,如果在尿不湿上采用该专利的方案不仅会使得成本急剧上升,同时根据现有的尿不湿加工工艺也没法做出这样的产品,不具有可行性。
因此,需要一种能够低成本、可行且市场价值高的纸质护理产品状态检测系统及方法。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种纸质护理产品状态检测系统,还提供了一种纸质护理产品状态检测方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
构造一种纸质护理产品状态检测系统,包括纸质护理产品和检测器,其中,所述检测器包括主体以及与其连接的延伸部,所述延伸部上设置有检测模块,所述检测器上设置有将检测数据外发的通讯模块;所述纸质护理产品上设置有吸湿部,以及位于非吸湿位置开设的供所述延伸部伸入至所述吸湿部的开口。
本发明所述的纸质护理产品状态检测系统,其中,所述检测模块包括湿度检测单元、温度检测单元、大便检测单元、小便检测单元和气体检测单元中一种或多种。
本发明所述的纸质护理产品状态检测系统,其中,所述延伸部呈长条形,所述延伸部的表面和/或端部设置有所述检测模块。

本发明的有益效果在于:在纸质护理产品穿戴前或穿戴后,将检测器上的延伸部由开口插入并伸入至吸湿部,检测模块进行湿度、温度、大便、小便和气味中一种或多种检测,当检测到存在数据变化超过阈值时,通过通讯模块将检测数据进行外发;丢弃使用过的纸质护理产品前,将检测器从开口位置取出,进行清洗或消毒就可以二次使用,不仅设置加工方便,能够有效的控制住成本,同时能够进行有效的提醒,从而能够具备低成本、可行且市场价值高的优势。

本发明较佳实施例的纸质护理产品状态检测系统,如图1所示,同时参阅图2-图6,包括纸质护理产品1和检测器2,检测器2包括主体20以及与其连接的延伸部21,延伸部21上设置有检测模块210,检测器2上设置有将检测数据外发的通讯模块211;纸质护理产品1上设置有吸湿部10,以及位于非吸湿位置开设的供延伸部21伸入至吸湿部10的开口11。
在纸质护理产品1穿戴前或穿戴后,将检测器2上的延伸部21由开口11插入并伸入至吸湿部10,检测模块210进行温度、湿度、大便、小便、气味等中一种或多种的检测,当检测到存在任意数据变化超过设定的阈值时,通过通讯模块211将检测到的数据外发至外部通讯终端。在丢弃使用过的纸质护理产品前,将检测器从开口位置取出,进行清洗或消毒就可以二次使用,不仅设置加工方便,能够有效的控制住成本,同时能够进行及时有效的提醒,因此本发明的纸质护理产品状态检测系统具备低成本、可行且市场价值高的优势。
本发明创造性的将纸质护理产品上开口的开设位置设置在了非吸湿位置,并且开口内部由非吸湿位置延伸到吸湿位置,这种开创性的设置方式相比现有技术更具可加工性和实用性,同时再搭配上检测器的特定结构特征,从而能够实现上述的有益效果,这是本发明区别于现有技术的核心特点。
需要说明的是,本申请中的通讯模块可以采用近场通讯,也可以采用远距离通讯,也可以两者兼而有之,通讯的对象可以是手机、平板等用户移动设备,也可以是后台服务器、云服务器、物联网服务器等等,基于该种形式的简单变换均属于本申请保护范畴。
优选的,检测模块210包括湿度检测单元、温度检测单元、大便检测单元、小便检测单元和气体检测单元中一种或多种;根据客户需要的功能还可以对应进行增加现有的检测单元,基于该种形式的简单叠加或变换均属于本申请保护范畴。
优选的,延伸部21呈长条形,延伸部21的表面和/或端部设置有检测模块210,便于装配操作,基于延伸部形状的简单变换均属于本申请保护范畴。
优选的,开口11处设置有容纳主体的容纳空间和/或检测器与纸质护理产品可拆卸连接;可以在开口上设置容纳空间,将主体一并容纳来进行装配,也 可以是主体与纸质护理产品通过一些现有的可拆卸连接形式,例如卡接、粘接等进行装配,还可以两者进行结合;同样的,该种容纳空间的形成还可以是通过外部缝制盖片以形成口袋的形式来装载主体;基于该种安装形式的简单变换均属于本申请保护范畴。

S01:在纸质护理产品穿戴前或穿戴后,将检测器上的延伸部由开口插入并伸入至吸湿部;
S02:检测模块进行湿度、温度和气味中一种或多种检测,当检测到存在数据变化超过阈值时,通过通讯模块将检测数据进行外发;
S03:丢弃使用过的纸质护理产品前,将检测器从开口位置取出。
如上所述,本发明的纸质护理产品状态检测方法不仅设置加工方便,能够有效的控制住成本,同时能够进行有效的提醒,从而能够具备低成本、可行且 市场价值高的优势。
