具体实施方式
图1显示了根据本发明的充电盒的一个示例性说明。如图1所示,充电盒上具有可以对温度和周期进行编辑或调节的控制装置,在充电盒中容纳有图2 所示的加热杆,按顶盖开关键3打开顶盖5,充电盒露出的是电子烟容纳腔或加热杆容纳腔,可以将电子烟或加热杆插入其中,在该实施例中,可以将加热杆插入其中。通过充电盒对加热杆进行温度和加热周期调节的时候,需要把加热杆放入到充电盒中。可以将1和2其中之一定义为加热周期调节键,另一个定义为加热温度调节键。(或者将1和2进行组合定义),在该实施例中,1为加热温度调节键,2为加热周期调节键,均可以在产品制备中预先进行初始定义,也可以由用户自行进行定义。例如,长按加热温度调节键2秒后(或连按2次),指示灯4的一个指示灯闪烁5次,表示设定为第一档工作温度,例如工作温度为310摄氏度;长按加热周期调节键2秒后(或连按2次),指示灯4的一个指示灯闪烁5次,表示设定第一档工作周期,例如工作周期为6分钟。长按加热温度调节键3秒后(或连按3次),指示灯4的二个指示灯闪烁5次,表示设定为第二档工作温度,例如工作温度为330摄氏度;长按加热周期调节键3秒后(或连按3次),指示灯4的二个指示灯闪烁5次,表示设定第二档工作周期,例如工作周期为5分钟。长按加热温度调节键4秒后(或连按4次),指示灯4的三个指示灯闪烁5次,表示设定为第三档工作温度,例如工作温度为350摄氏度;长按加热周期调节键4秒后(或连按4次),指示灯4的三个指示灯闪烁5次,表示设定第三档工作周期,例如工作周期为4.5分钟。长按加热温度调节键5秒后(或连按5次),指示灯4的四个指示灯闪烁5次,表示设定为第四档工作温度,例如工作温度为370摄氏度;长按加热周期调节键5秒后(或连按5次),指示灯4的四个指示灯闪烁5次,表示设定第四档工作周期,例如工作周期为4分钟。
当对预设好的工作温度和工作周期的加热杆取出后,此时加热杆就会按设定好的工作温度和工作周期对电子烟进行加热,以获得消费者的预期口味,提高抽吸的舒适度。
图2显示了根据本发明的加热杆的一个示例性说明。如图2所示,直接在加热杆上设置温度和周期调节装置,不设置在充电盒上。加热杆上的按键6,通 过将工作温度和工作周期的调节编译在一起,对温度和周期同步进行编辑或调节。加热杆的按键6具有程序编辑、开关等多种功能,根据具体的需要进行定义,可以在产品制备中预先进行初始定义,也可以由用户自行进行定义。可以通过定义长按或连按按键6来同步设定加热杆的工作温度和工作周期。例如长按2秒后(或连按2次),按键6上的指示灯7亮一次,表示第一档工作温度和工作周期,例如工作温度为310℃,工作周期为6分钟。长按3秒后(或连按3次),按键6上的指示灯7亮两次,表示第二档工作温度和工作周期,例如工作温度为330℃,工作周期为5分钟。长按4秒后(或连按4次),按键6上的指示灯7亮三次,表示第三档工作温度和工作周期,例如工作温度为350℃,工作周期为4.5分钟。长按5秒后(或连按5次),按键6上的指示灯7亮四次,表示第四档工作温度和工作周期,例如工作温度为370℃,工作周期为4.5分钟。
图3显示了在工作周期内发热器件的工作温度随时间变化图,在第一阶段,发热器件的温度在t1时间内从初始温度升高至最高温度T1,t1在1-25秒的范围内,最高温度T1在220-520℃的范围内。在第二阶段,发热器件的温度在t2时间内从最高温度下降到工作温度T0,t2在1-25秒的范围内,工作温度T 0在150-450℃的范围内,且低于最高温度T1。在第三阶段,发热器件的温度在t3时间内维持在工作温度T0直至工作周期结束。t3在118秒至14分20秒的范围内。
在一个实施例中,t1被设定为17秒,最高温度T1被设定为390℃,t2被设定为3秒,工作温度T0被设定为360℃,t3被设定为250秒。
以上详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式,但是,本发明并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节,在本发明的技术构思范围内,可以对本发明的技术方案进行多种简单变型,这些简单变型均属于本发明的保护范围。
另外需要说明的是,在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特征,在不矛盾的情况下,可以通过任何合适的方式进行组合,为了避免不必要的重复,本发明对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种电加热卷烟器具,所述电加热卷烟器具包括用于向发热器件提供电力的电源、与电源连接的发热器件以及将发热器件温度控制在工作温度的控制器,其特征在于还包括对工作温度进行调节的温度调节装置,所述温度调节装置将发热器件设定在至少两个工作温度之一。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电加热卷烟器具,其中,所述工作温度连续可调节的,或者是预先设定的。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的电加热卷烟器具,其中,所述工作温度在150至450摄氏度之间,优选180至380摄氏度之间。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的电加热卷烟器具,还包括调节发热器件发热周期的周期调节装置,所述周期调节装置将发热器件的发热周期设定在至少两个工作周期之一。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的电加热卷烟器具,其中,所述工作周期连续可调节,或者是预设的至少两个工作周期。
  6. 如权利要求3或4所述的电加热卷烟器具,其中,所述工作周期在2-15分钟之间,优选2.5-10分钟之间。
  7. 如权利要求1-6任一项所述的电加热卷烟器具,其中,所述温度调节装置为按键、拨键或旋钮。
  8. 如权利要求4-7任一项所述的电加热卷烟器具,其中,所述周期调节装置为按键、拨键或旋钮。
  9. 如权利要求4-8任一项所述的电加热卷烟器具,其中,所述温度调节装置和所述周期调节装置集合在按键、拨键或旋钮上。
  10. 如权利要求1-9任一项所述的电加热卷烟器具,其中,还包括显示装置,以指示设定的温度或周期。
  11. 如权利要求1-10任一项所述的电加热卷烟器具,其中,所述显示装置为显示屏或指示灯。
  12. 如权利要求1-11任一项所述的电加热卷烟器具,其中,所述工作温度为三个或四个,所述工作周期为三个或四个。
  13. 如权利要求1-12任一项所述的电加热卷烟器具,其中,所述电加热卷烟器具为充电盒或加热杆至少之一。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的电加热卷烟器具,其中,所述充电盒能够对加热杆进行控制。
  15. 如权利要求1-14任一项所述的电加热卷烟器具,其中所述控制器为可编程微控制器。
  16. 如权利要求1-25的任一项所述的电加热卷烟器具,其中,所述工作温度值具有随时间变化的温度曲线。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的所述的电加热卷烟器具,其中,所述温度曲线包括三个阶段:第一阶段为使发热器件的温度从初始温度升高到最高温度的阶段;第二阶段为使发热器件的温度从最高温度降低到工作温度的阶段;第三阶段为使发热器件的温度保持工作温度的阶段。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中,所述最高温度在350至450摄氏度之间。
  19. 根据权利要求17或18的所述的方法,其中,所述第一阶段的持续时间为1-25秒,所述第二阶段的持续时间为1-25秒,所述第三阶段的持续时间为118秒至14分20秒之间。
  20. 如权利要求1-13任一项所述的电加热卷烟器具,其中,所述温度调节装置在直接加热基质的所述加热器具上时,在加热基质的操作中能够进行实时调整。
