如上所述的乳液泵,其特征在于:所述的抽吸组件4包括与弯嘴6连接并具有抽液通道41的泵杆42,所述的泵室2内设有套在泵杆42外侧的活塞43,所述的活塞43内壁上设有台阶44,所述的泵杆 42上设有在其下降一定距离时能与台阶44触碰而推动活塞434向下运动的推动部45,所述的泵杆42下部还设有外凸部46,所述的活塞43下端设有在泵杆42未下降时能与外凸部46触碰而阻断抽液通道41与泵室2的密封唇47,所述的泵室2内并位于活塞43的上方还设有能供泵杆42在内上下滑行的固定部48,所述的固定部48与弯嘴6之间设有当连接环7与锁紧部8处于未连接状态时能使外凸部46与密封唇47触接密封的复位弹簧49。
如上所述的乳液泵,其特征在于:所述的锁紧部8包括盖体81,所述的盖体81上设有圆筒状筒体82,所述的筒体82伸入到泵室2内,所述的固定部48设置在筒体82下端,所述的筒体82外侧设有与泵体1螺纹连接的环状部83,所述的环状部83与筒体82之间形成供泵体1上端置入的置入槽84,所述的环状部83外侧还设有外围环85,所述的外围环85与弯嘴6上的连接环7连接,所述的外围环85、环状部83、筒体82、固定部48和盖体81为一体注塑成型的整体结构。
如上所述的乳液泵,其特征在于:所述的弯嘴6上设有导向筒11,所述的导向筒11位于连接环7的内侧并插入到筒体82内,所述的泵杆1插入在导向筒11内并与弯嘴6连接,所述的筒体82的上端开口边沿向内侧延伸而形成延伸部86,所述的延伸部86与导向筒11的外壁紧密贴合。
如上所述的乳液泵,其特征在于:所述的导向筒11的下端呈锥形,所述的防滑齿91为棘齿。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型有如下优点:
1、本实用新型的锁紧部与连接环之间设有在二者连接时能防止连接环带着弯嘴误转动而打开的防滑结构。当乳液泵安装到盛装有乳液的瓶体上,并在产品运输过程中,即使存在震动或碰撞,防滑结构也阻止连接环与锁紧部之间的相对转动,从而避免弯嘴转动而误打开,杜绝乳液的泄露,提升产品的质量。
2、本实用新型的防滑结构包括设在锁紧部外周面上的防滑齿,连接环的内壁上设有能与防滑齿抵靠而阻止连接环反转的弹性弯曲片。在连接环与锁紧部顺时针旋动连接时,防滑齿与弯曲片接触并挤压弯曲片而使弯曲片变形,当连接环旋动到所需位置时,弯曲片弹性回复,弯曲片的端部就抵靠在防滑齿上,此时装有乳液的瓶体在运输过程中即使受到震动或碰撞,防滑齿顶住弯曲片而阻止连接环逆时针旋动,由于连接环是设置在弯嘴上,所以弯嘴就不能逆时针转动而打开,这样就避免弯嘴误打开而造成泄露。当用户需要打开弯嘴时,用手施加较大的力旋动弯嘴,从而带动连接环,使弯曲片受到较大的力而折断,当弯曲片折断以后就可以轻松地打开弯嘴了。所以弯曲片不光起到阻止产品在运输过程中弯嘴误打开而泄露,也起到了防伪的作用,因为当弯曲片折断以后,不法分子再想替换瓶体内的乳液来以次充好将不可能完成。
3、本实用新型的复位弹簧设置在固定部与弯嘴之间,并且设置在活塞的上方,所以在泵杆上下运动而抽吸乳液到活塞下方的泵室空间内时,复位弹簧不会粘到乳液。因此本实用新型乳液泵结构使得 复位弹簧与乳液是完全隔开的状态,确保了卫生,不会造成乳液的污染。
4、本实用新型锁紧部上的筒体的上端开口边沿向内侧延伸而形成延伸部,延伸部与弯嘴上的导向筒的外壁紧密贴合。因此,在按压弯嘴使得导向筒升降时,导向筒始终与筒体上的延伸部紧密贴合,阻止了水或其它杂质进入到泵室内,避免污染。
5、本实用新型结构简单,成本低廉,不论在弯嘴与锁紧部锁紧还是打开状态都能防止液体渗漏,也能防止乳液的污染,确保卫生,适合推广应用。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述:
如图1、图2、图3、图5和图7所示,一种乳液泵,包括伸入瓶体内的泵体1,所述的泵体1上设有泵室2,所述的泵体1上连接有用于将其固定到瓶体上的锁瓶盖3,所述的泵室2内设有能在其内 上下移动而将瓶体内的乳液向上抽出的抽吸组件4,所述的泵室2下端设有在抽吸组件4动作时仅供瓶体内的乳液向上排出的单向阀5,所述的抽吸组件4上端连接有供乳液排出的弯嘴6,所述的弯嘴6上设有连接环7,所述的泵体1上端设有能与连接环7旋动连接的锁紧部8,锁紧部8上设置外螺纹,连接环7内壁上设置与所述外螺纹配合的内螺纹,所述的锁紧部8与连接环7之间设有在二者连接时能防止连接环7带着弯嘴6误转动而打开的防滑结构。瓶体内灌装乳液,乳液泵通过锁瓶盖3连接到瓶体上而成为日化或药品等产品。当产品在运输过程中时,弯嘴6通过连接环7旋动连接到锁紧部8上,此时抽吸组件4位于泵室2的下部。由于连接环7与锁紧部8之间设置有防滑结构,所以在连接环7与锁紧部8旋紧以后,即使存在震动或碰撞,防滑结构也阻止连接环与锁紧部之间的相对转动,避免连接环7的松动,从而避免弯嘴6转动而误打开,杜绝乳液的泄露,提升产品的质量
如图2和图7所示,所述的防滑结构包括设在锁紧部8外周面上的防滑齿91,所述的防滑齿91为棘齿,所述的连接环7的内壁上设有能与防滑齿91抵靠而阻止连接环7反转的弹性弯曲片92。在连接环7与锁紧部8顺时针旋动连接时,防滑齿91与弯曲片92接触并挤压弯曲片92而使弯曲片92变形,当连接环7旋动到所需位置时,弯曲片92弹性回复,弯曲片92的端部就抵靠在防滑齿91上,此时装有乳液的瓶体在运输过程中即使受到震动或碰撞,防滑齿91顶住弯曲片92而阻止连接环7逆时针旋动,由于连接环7是设置在弯嘴6 上,所以弯嘴6就不能逆时针转动而打开,这样就避免弯嘴6误打开而造成泄露。当用户需要打开弯嘴6时,用手施加较大的力旋动弯嘴6,从而带动连接环7,使弯曲片92受到较大的力而折断,当弯曲片92折断以后就可以轻松地旋动而打开弯嘴6了。所以弯曲片92不光起到阻止产品在运输过程中弯嘴6误打开而泄露,也起到了防伪的作用,因为当弯曲片92折断以后,不法分子再想替换瓶体内的乳液来以次充好将不可能完成。
如图7所示,所述的防滑齿91为6个,并圆周阵列于锁紧部8上,所述的弯曲片92为两组,两组弯曲片92圆周阵列于连接环7上,并且每组弯曲片92有两片。因此,在旋紧连接环7时,可以适当调整松紧程度,在连接环顺时针或逆时针出现角度偏移时,仍然具有能够顶靠防滑齿91的弯曲片92,提高产品的可靠性。
如图7所示,所述的连接环7的内壁上还设有多片顶紧片93,在连接环7与锁紧部8连接时,所述的顶紧片93的下端顶靠在锁紧部8上。在连接环7与锁紧部8旋紧时,顶紧片93向下顶压锁紧部8,进一步起到防止连接环7松动的效果。
如图3和图5所示,所述的泵室2下端呈锥形,所述的单向阀5为设置在泵室2下端的泵珠。
如图1和图3所示,所述的泵体1上并位于单向阀5的下方还连接有引液管10。
如图3至图6所示,所述的抽吸组件4包括与弯嘴6连接并具有抽液通道41的泵杆42,所述的泵室2内设有套在泵杆42外侧的活 塞43,活塞43将泵室2分成上下两个空间,所述的活塞43内壁上设有台阶44,所述的泵杆42上设有在其下降一定距离时能与台阶44触碰而推动活塞43向下运动的推动部45,所述的泵杆42下部还设有外凸部46,所述的活塞43下端设有在泵杆42未下降时能与外凸部46触碰而阻断抽液通道41与泵室2的密封唇47,所述的泵室2内并位于活塞43的上方还设有能供泵杆42在内上下滑行的固定部48,所述的固定部48与弯嘴6之间设有当连接环7与锁紧部8处于未连接状态时能使外凸部46与密封唇47触接密封的复位弹簧49。如图5所示,当连接环7与锁紧部8分离以后,复位弹簧49向上顶弯嘴6,此时活塞43上的密封唇47与泵杆42上的外凸部46触接而阻断抽液通道41与泵室2。当需要抽液时,向下按压弯嘴6,泵杆42就向下运动,复位弹簧49受压缩,当泵杆42下降时,密封唇47与外凸部46立即脱离,此时抽液通道41就与活塞42下方的泵室空间连通,当泵杆42下降一定距离后,泵杆42上的推动部45就触碰到活塞43上的台阶44并推动活塞43向下运动,活塞43向下运动就使得活塞43下方的泵室空间内的气体或液体经抽液通道41排出。接着松开按压的弯嘴6,复位弹簧49伸长,泵杆42上升一定距离后,外凸部46就与密封唇47触接而阻断泵室2与抽液通道41,泵杆42继续上升的过程中就通过外凸部46推动活塞43上升,此时活塞43与单向阀之间的气压小于瓶体内的气压,瓶体内的液体就推开单向阀5而进入到泵室2内。如此反复按压弯嘴6,就将瓶体内的乳液排出供使用,操作简单快捷。复位弹簧49与泵室2内的乳液不再接触, 不会对液体造成污染,更环保卫生。上文中所述的一定距离理论上来说大于0即可,目的是使活塞43的下降或上升与泵杆42的下降或上升相比具有延迟,从而控制抽液通道41与泵室2的通断,一般将该距离设置为0.5mm至2.0mm(因为距离的大小决定打开的出液通道的大小,可根据溶液的颗料大小选择)。
如图3和图5所示,所述的锁紧部8包括盖体81,所述的盖体81上设有圆筒状筒体82,所述的筒体82伸入到泵室2内,所述的固定部48设置在筒体82下端,所述的筒体82外侧设有与泵体1螺纹连接的环状部83,所述的环状部83与筒体82之间形成供泵体1上端置入的置入槽84,所述的环状部83外侧还设有外围环85,所述的外围环85与弯嘴6上的连接环7连接,所述的外围环85、环状部83、筒体82、固定部48和盖体81为一体注塑成型的整体结构。外围环85位于环状部83外侧,因此在外围环85与连接环7连接时,外围环85会受到一定程度的挤压变形,当连接环7与外围环85连接以后,能进一步起到防松效果。而且筒体82伸入到泵室2内部,使锁紧部8与泵体1连接得更稳。
如图5所示,所述的弯嘴6上设有导向筒11,所述的导向筒11的下端呈锥形,所述的导向筒11位于连接环7的内侧并插入到筒体82内,所述的泵杆1插入在导向筒11内并与弯嘴6连接,所述的筒体82的上端开口边沿向内侧延伸而形成延伸部86,所述的延伸部86与导向筒11的外壁紧密贴合。因此,在按压弯嘴6使得导向筒11升降时,导向筒11始终与筒体82上的延伸部86紧密贴合,阻止了水 或其它杂质进入到泵室2内,避免污染。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种乳液泵,其特征在于:包括伸入瓶体内的泵体(1),所述的泵体(1)上设有泵室(2),所述的泵体(1)上连接有用于将其固定到瓶体上的锁瓶盖(3),所述的泵室(2)内设有能在其内上下移动而将瓶体内的乳液向上抽出的抽吸组件(4),所述的泵室(2)下端设有在抽吸组件(4)动作时仅供瓶体内的乳液向上排出的单向阀(5),所述的抽吸组件(4)上端连接有供乳液排出的弯嘴(6),所述的弯嘴(6)上设有连接环(7),所述的泵体(1)上端设有能与连接环(7)旋动连接的锁紧部(8),所述的锁紧部(8)与连接环(7)之间设有在二者连接时能防止连接环(7)带着弯嘴(6)误转动而打开的防滑结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的乳液泵,其特征在于:所述的防滑结构包括设在锁紧部(8)外周面上的防滑齿(91),所述的连接环(7)的内壁上设有能与防滑齿(91)抵靠而阻止连接环(7)反转的弹性弯曲片(92)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的乳液泵,其特征在于:所述的防滑齿(91)为6个,并圆周阵列于锁紧部(8)上,所述的弯曲片(92)为两组,两组弯曲片(92)圆周阵列于连接环(7)上,并且每组弯曲片(92)有两片。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的乳液泵,其特征在于:所述的连接环(7)的内壁上还设有多片顶紧片(93),在连接环(7)与锁 紧部(8)连接时,所述的顶紧片(93)的下端顶靠在锁紧部(8)上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的乳液泵,其特征在于:所述的泵室(2)下端呈锥形,所述的单向阀(5)为设置在泵室(2)下端的泵珠。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的乳液泵,其特征在于:所述的泵体(1)上并位于单向阀(5)的下方还连接有引液管(10)。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的乳液泵,其特征在于:所述的抽吸组件(4)包括与弯嘴(6)连接并具有抽液通道(41)的泵杆(42),所述的泵室(2)内设有套在泵杆(42)外侧的活塞(43),所述的活塞(43)内壁上设有台阶(44),所述的泵杆(42)上设有在其下降一定距离时能与台阶(44)触碰而推动活塞(434)向下运动的推动部(45),所述的泵杆(42)下部还设有外凸部(46),所述的活塞(43)下端设有在泵杆(42)未下降时能与外凸部(46)触碰而阻断抽液通道(41)与泵室(2)的密封唇(47),所述的泵室(2)内并位于活塞(43)的上方还设有能供泵杆(42)在内上下滑行的固定部(48),所述的固定部(48)与弯嘴(6)之间设有当连接环(7)与锁紧部(8)处于未连接状态时能使外凸部(46)与密封唇(47)触接密封的复位弹簧(49)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的乳液泵,其特征在于:所述的锁紧部(8)包括盖体(81),所述的盖体(81)上设有圆筒状筒体(82),所述的筒体(82)伸入到泵室(2)内,所述的固定部(48)设置在筒体(82)下端,所述的筒体(82)外侧设有与泵体(1)螺纹连接 的环状部(83),所述的环状部(83)与筒体(82)之间形成供泵体(1)上端置入的置入槽(84),所述的环状部(83)外侧还设有外围环(85),所述的外围环(85)与弯嘴(6)上的连接环(7)连接,所述的外围环(85)、环状部(83)、筒体(82)、固定部(48)和盖体(81)为一体注塑成型的整体结构。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的乳液泵,其特征在于:所述的弯嘴(6)上设有导向筒(11),所述的导向筒(11)位于连接环(7)的内侧并插入到筒体(82)内,所述的泵杆(1)插入在导向筒(11)内并与弯嘴(6)连接,所述的筒体(82)的上端开口边沿向内侧延伸而形成延伸部(86),所述的延伸部(86)与导向筒(11)的外壁紧密贴合。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的乳液泵,其特征在于:所述的导向筒(11)的下端呈锥形,所述的防滑齿(91)为棘齿。
