此外,本实施例提供的金融自助设备还可以根据实际需要设置暂存结构5,如图3-图4所示,暂存结构5主要临时存储纸钞,如金融交易中在客户未确认存款业务的状态下,临时存储已进入金融自助设备内的纸钞。暂存结构5可以设置在 金融自助设备的上箱体内,且与循环走钞通道2连通,连通处设有切换叶片6,通过控制组件7控制切换叶片6实现纸钞由循环走钞通道2进入暂存结构5或由暂存结构5进入循环走钞通道2内。本实施例中暂存结构5与上通道21连通,并位于验钞器4远离接客部1的一侧,暂存结构5和接客部1分别位于验钞器4的两侧,可以简化存款时,验钞器4识别为正常钞的纸钞的走钞路径;暂存结构5可以为小型钞箱结构,也可以为具有单卷取或双卷取的暂存结构,可以根据需要选取。在客户选取存款交易时,存钞口11内的纸钞在经过验钞器4后,验钞器4识别为正常钞的纸钞进入暂存结构5内,待客户确认存款后,由暂存结构5通过下通道22进入循环钞箱31内,未被验钞器4识别为正常钞的纸钞则通过下通道22返回至取钞口12内,便于客户取回。通过设置暂存结构5当客户认为放入存钞口11的存款金额与金融自助设备显示的存款金额不一致时,或客户改变了存款意愿或存款金额时,客户可以直接取消存款交易,客户存入的纸钞将原路返回给客户,减少客户与银行的纠纷。
钞箱组件3还可以是包括与循环走钞通道2连通的回收钞箱32,本实施例中回收钞箱32为单向钞箱,即只进钞不出钞,其并排设置于多个循环钞箱31的一侧,且与接客部1相邻,回收钞箱32用于存储在存款操作或取款操作时被验钞器判定为异常钞的纸钞。如图5所示,当客户选择取款交易时,循环钞箱31内的纸钞在经过验钞器4时,控制组件7控制被验钞器4识别为异常钞的纸钞或不流通的纸钞由循环走钞通道2传送至回收钞箱32内。
实施例2
如图6-图8所示,本实施例提供了一种应用于实施例1中的金融设备的清机方法,包括:
在步骤S110中,控制组件7控制一循环钞箱31(例如第一循环钞箱)内的纸钞进入循环走钞通道2。
在步骤S120中,循环走钞通道2将纸钞输送至验钞器4进行验钞并记录纸钞信息,将记录的纸钞信息传送至控制组件7。
在步骤S130中,验钞器4识别后的纸钞由循环走钞通道2传送至清机加钞钞箱33内。
在步骤S140中,当所述特定循环钞箱31内的纸钞全部进入清机加钞钞箱33后,控制组件7控制清机加钞钞箱33内的纸钞由循环走钞通道2输送至验钞器4进行验钞并记录纸钞信息,将记录的纸钞信息传送至控制组件7。
在步骤S150中,被验钞器4识别为正常钞的纸钞由循环走钞通道2传送至循环钞箱31内;被验钞器4识别为异常钞的纸钞由循环走钞通道2传送至回收钞箱32内。
在步骤S160中,控制组件7对比所述第一循环钞箱内的纸钞经过验钞器的纸钞的第一数量和清机加钞钞箱内的纸钞经过验钞器的纸钞的第二数量获得清点结果,并将清点结果反馈给银行监控系统。
可选的,所述将清点结果反馈给银行监控系统包括:
若所述清点结果为所述第一数量和第二数量存在差异,或存在异常纸钞,则将清点结果以及所述第一循环钞箱的身份信息反馈至银行监控系统并发出警告信息,以便待特定时间进行人工轧帐时,对所述警告信息进行核对;若所述清点结果为第一数量和第二数量相同,则将所述清点结果以及所述第一循环钞箱的身份信息反馈给银行监控系统。
可选的,在所述S160之后,还包括:继续执行上述步骤S110-S160,以清点其他循环钞箱中的纸钞,并反馈清点结果。
举例而言,如图7所示,控制组件7依次控制其中一个循环钞箱(例如第一循环钞箱)31内的纸钞进入循环走钞通道2的下通道22。本实施例中,为简化走钞路径,提高清机效率,将清机加钞钞箱33设置于多个循环钞箱31的一侧,且与验钞器4相邻,即图7中的左侧方向,当所述第一循环钞箱31内的纸钞进入下通道22时,控制组件7控制纸钞沿图示逆时针方向走钞,经过验钞器4验钞并记录信息后进入清机加钞钞箱33内。其中,在步骤S120中,验钞器4记录识别的纸钞的面额和冠字号,并分别累计纸钞中正常钞及异常钞的数量。经过验钞器4后的纸钞由上通道21传送至清机加钞钞箱33内,之后如图8所示,控制组件7控制清机加钞钞箱33内的纸钞由循环走钞通道2反方向输送,即沿图8中的顺时针方向运动,经过验钞器4,被验钞器4识别为正常钞的纸钞由循环走钞通道2传送至循环钞箱31内,被验钞器4识别为异常钞的纸钞由循环走钞通道2传送至回收钞箱32内。在此过程中,验钞器4再次记录识别的纸钞的面额和冠字号,并分别累计纸钞中正常钞及异常钞的数量,并将两次记录的信息输送至控制组件7,控制组件7对比所述第一循环钞箱内的纸钞经过验钞器的纸钞的第一数量和清机加钞钞箱内的纸钞经过验钞器的纸钞的第二数量是否一致,如果不一致则将所述第一数量和第二数量不一致的情况以及所述第一循环钞箱的身份信息反馈至银 行监控系统并发出警告信息,如果一致,则将所述第一数量和第二数量一致的情况以及所述第一循环钞箱的身份信息反馈给银行监控系统。可选的,还包括:依照上述方法继续清点其他循环钞箱中的纸钞,并反馈清点结果,最终完成清机动作。
相对于相关技术,本实施例提供了一种自动的清机方法,替代人工清机过程,减少了工作人员的负担,清机效率高,且纸钞的走钞路径短,缩短了清机的时间,处理效率高、纸钞清点的准确性高;同时,由于不需要人工清机,银行系统可以自动记录及核对清机的纸钞的数量、冠字号等信息,可以加强银行的金融安全。
实施例3
如图9所示,本实施例提供了一种应用于实施例1中的金融设备的加钞方法,包括:
在步骤S210中,控制组件7控制清机加钞钞箱33内的纸钞进入循环走钞通道2。
在步骤S220中,循环走钞通道2将纸钞输送至验钞器4进行验钞并记录纸钞的信息。
在步骤S230中,被验钞器4识别为正常钞的纸钞由循环走钞通道2进入循环钞箱31内;被验钞器4识别为异常钞的纸钞由循环走钞通道2传送至回收钞箱32内。
在步骤S240中,加钞完成后,验钞器4将累计的正常钞和异常钞的数量传送至控制组件7,控制组件7统计正常钞数量、异常钞数量、正常钞数量和异常钞数量的总和以及清机加钞钞箱的身份信息并传送至银行的监控系统。
举例而言,加钞的走钞路径与清机中后半部分的路径相似,如图8所示,控制组件7控制清机加钞钞箱33内的纸钞进入循环走钞通道2的下通道22。本实施例中,为简化走钞路径,提高加钞效率,将清机加钞钞箱33设置于多个循环钞箱31的一侧,且与验钞器4相邻,即图8中的左侧方向,当清机加钞钞箱33内的纸钞进入下通道22时,控制组件7控制纸钞沿图示顺时针方向走钞,经过验钞器4后,被验钞器4识别为正常钞的纸钞由上通道21传送至需要加钞的循环钞箱31内,被验钞器4识别为异常钞的纸钞由循环走钞通道2传送至回收钞箱32内,完成加钞动作。
验钞器4在验钞的同时,将记录纸钞的的面额和冠字号等信息,并累计纸钞 中正常钞和异常钞的数量,当加钞动作完成后,验钞器将累计的正常钞和异常钞的数量传送至控制组件7内,控制组件7根据银行监控系统的需要将记录的信息传送至银行的监控系统,便于核实加钞数量是否准确。
相对于相关技术,本实施例提供了一种自动的加钞方法,代替相关技术中的人工加钞过程,减少了加钞过程中的人工干预,增加了加钞中心对被加钞的纸钞的数量监控,在减少加钞人员的劳动强度的同时,还能增加金融安全。
实施例4
如图10所示,本实施例提供了一种应用于实施例1中的金融设备的补钞方法,包括:
在步骤S310中,清空清机加钞钞箱33后,控制组件7控制纸钞数量较多的循环钞箱31内的待转移的纸钞进入循环走钞通道2。
在步骤S320中,循环走钞通道2将纸钞输送至验钞器4进行验钞并记录纸钞信息。
在步骤S330中,验钞器4识别后的纸钞由循环走钞通道2传送至清机加钞钞箱33内。
在步骤S340中,当待转移的纸钞全部进入清机加钞钞箱4后,控制组件7控制清机加钞钞箱33内的纸钞由循环走钞通道2输送至验钞器4进行验钞并记录纸钞信息。
在步骤S350中,被验钞器4识别为正常钞的纸钞由循环走钞通道2进入纸钞数量较少的循环钞箱31内;被验钞器4识别为异常钞的纸钞由循环走钞通道2传送至回收钞箱32内。
金融自助设备在使用过程中,经常出现多个循环钞箱31内的纸钞数量不均匀,个别循环钞箱31内的纸钞数量较多,而其他循环钞箱31内的纸钞数量较少,影响客户使用,需要进行补钞。
本实施例提供的补钞方法,通过循环走钞通道将纸钞均匀分配至多个循环钞箱中,所述纸钞的走钞路径与加钞路径相似。举例而言,在进行补钞操作时,需要清空清机加钞钞箱33内的纸钞,以保证补钞的数量的准确性;当清机加钞钞箱33清空后,纸钞数量较多的循环钞箱31中的待转移的纸钞在控制组件7的控制下传送至循环走钞通道2上,经过验钞器4验钞、记录纸钞的冠字号等信息后由循环走钞通道2进入清机加钞钞箱33内,并且验钞器4将验钞结果及相关信息传送至控制组件7,控制组件7可以是通过银行系统给予的远程指令确定走钞路 径。举例说明,当待转移的纸钞全部进入清机加钞钞箱33后,控制组件7控制清机加钞钞箱33内的纸钞进入循环走钞通道2内,并经过验钞器4验钞并记录正常钞和加钞的数量以及纸钞的冠字号等信息,被验钞器4识别为正常钞的纸钞,由下通道22传至银行系统远程指令指定的循环钞箱31内(通常为纸钞数量较少的循环钞箱31)或者直接进入纸钞数量较少的循环钞箱31内,实现纸钞的均匀分配;被验钞器4识别为异常钞的纸钞,则进入回收钞箱32内。
相对于相关技术,本实施例提供了一种自动的补钞方法,代替相关技术中的人工补钞过程,可以减少银行人工加钞的次数,减少押钞次数,减少人工成本与运输成本,增加金融安全。
工业实用性
本公开提供的金融自助设备通过增加了清机加钞钞箱,并设置了循环走钞通道,优化了设备内部的走钞路径,可以通过控制组件控制清机加钞钞箱及走钞的路径,从而实现自动清机、加钞和补钞,提高了清机、加钞和补钞的准确性及高效性,有效降低了工作人员的负担,完善金融自助设备的实用功能;同时,由于不需要人工清机、加钞,银行系统可以自动记录清机或加钞的纸钞的数量及冠字号等信息,可以加强银行的金融安全。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种金融自助设备,包括钞箱组件(3)、循环走钞通道(2)、接客部(1)、控制组件(7)以及验钞器(4);
    所述钞箱组件(3)包括清机加钞钞箱(33)及多个循环钞箱(31),所述清机加钞钞箱(33)、多个所述循环钞箱(31)和所述接客部(1)均与所述循环走钞通道(2)连通,所述验钞器(4)设置在所述循环走钞通道(2)上,所述控制组件(7)用于控制纸钞的传送路径。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的金融自助设备,其中,所述循环走钞通道(2)包括首尾连接的上通道(21)和下通道(22),所述验钞器(4)设置在所述上通道(21)上,所述清机加钞钞箱(33)和多个所述循环钞箱(31)均与所述下通道(22)连通。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的金融自助设备,其中,所述钞箱组件(3)还包括与所述循环走钞通道(2)连通的回收钞箱(32),所述回收钞箱(32)用于存储在存款操作或取款操作时被验钞器判定为异常钞的纸钞。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的金融自助设备,还包括暂存结构(5),所述暂存结构(5)与所述循环走钞通道(2)连通。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的金融自助设备,其中,所述接客部(1)包括存钞口(11)和取钞口(12),所述存钞口(11)和所述取钞口(12)均与所述循环走钞通道(2)连通。
  6. 如权利要求1-5任一项所述的金融自助设备,其中,多个所述循环钞箱(31)及所述接客部(1)与所述循环走钞通道(2)的连通点均设置有切换叶片(6),所述切换叶片(6)用于切换纸钞的传送路径,并与所述控制组件(7)电连接。
  7. 一种金融自助设备的清机方法,包括:
    控制组件(7)控制第一循环钞箱(31)内的纸钞进入循环走钞通道(2);
    循环走钞通道(2)将纸钞输送至验钞器(4),所述验钞器(4)进行验钞、记录纸钞信息,并将记录的纸钞信息传送至控制组件(7);
    验钞器(4)识别后的纸钞由循环走钞通道(2)传送至清机加钞钞箱(33)内;
    当第一循环钞箱(31)内的纸钞全部进入清机加钞钞箱(33)后,控制组件(7)控制清机加钞钞箱(33)内的纸钞由循环走钞通道(2)输送至验钞器(4),所述验钞器(4)进行验钞、记录纸钞信息,并将记录的纸钞信息传送至控制组件(7);以及
    被验钞器(4)识别为正常钞的纸钞由循环走钞通道(2)传送至循环钞箱(31)内;被验钞器(4)识别为异常钞的纸钞由循环走钞通道(2)传送至回收钞箱(32)内。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的清机方法,其中,所述验钞器(4)进行验钞、记录纸钞信息,并将记录的纸钞信息传送至控制组件(7)包括,所述验钞器(4)记录识别的纸钞的面额和冠字号,并分别累计纸钞中正常钞及异常钞的数量。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的清机方法,还包括:
    控制组件(7)对比所述第一循环钞箱内的纸钞经过验钞器的纸钞的第一数量和清机加钞钞箱内的纸钞经过验钞器的纸钞的第二数量获得清点结果,并将清点结果反馈给银行监控系统。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的清机方法,其中,所述将清点结果反馈给银行监控系统包括:
    若所述清点结果为所述第一数量和第二数量存在差异,或存在异常纸钞,则将所述清点结果以及所述第一循环钞箱的身份信息反馈至银行监控系统并发出警告信息,以便待特定时间进行人工轧帐时,对所述警告信息进行核对;若所述清点结果为第一数量和第二数量相同,则将所述清点结果以及所述第一循环钞箱的身份信息反馈给银行监控系统。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的清机方法,其中,所述金融自助设备包括多个第一循环钞箱,在所述将清点结果反馈给银行监控系统之后,还包括:对所述多个第一循环钞箱依次进行下述操作:控制组件(7)控制第一循环钞箱(31)内的纸钞进入循环走钞通道(2);至控制组件(7)对比所述第一数量和所述第二数量获得清点结果,所述并将清点结果反馈给银行监控系统。
  12. 一种金融自助设备的加钞方法,包括:
    控制组件(7)控制清机加钞钞箱(33)内的纸钞进入循环走钞通道(2);
    循环走钞通道(2)将纸钞输送至验钞器(4)进行验钞并记录纸钞的信息;以及
    被验钞器(4)识别为正常钞的纸钞由循环走钞通道(2)进入循环钞箱(31)内;被验钞器(4)识别为异常钞的纸钞由循环走钞通道(2)传送至回收钞箱(32)内。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的加钞方法,其中,循环走钞通道(2)将纸钞输送至验钞器(4)进行验钞并记录纸钞的信息,包括:
    所述验钞器(4)记录识别的纸钞的面额和冠字号,并累计纸钞中正常钞及异常钞的数量。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的加钞方法,还包括:
    加钞完成后,验钞器(4)将累计的正常钞和异常钞的数量传送至控制组件(7),控制组件(7)统计正常钞数量、异常钞数量、正常钞数量和异常钞数量的总和以及清机加钞钞箱的身份信息并传送至银行的监控系统。
  15. 一种金融自助设备的补钞方法,包括:
    清空清机加钞钞箱(33)后,控制组件(7)控制纸钞数量较多的循环钞箱(31)内的待转移的纸钞进入循环走钞通道(2);
    循环走钞通道(2)将纸钞输送至验钞器(4)进行验钞并记录纸钞信息;
    验钞器(4)识别后的纸钞由循环走钞通道(2)传送至清机加钞钞箱(33)内;
    当待转移的纸钞全部进入清机加钞钞箱(4)后,控制组件(7)控制清机加钞钞箱(33)内的纸钞由循环走钞通道(2)输送至验钞器(4)进行验钞并记录纸钞信息;以及
    被验钞器(4)识别为正常钞的纸钞由循环走钞通道(2)进入由银行系统远程指定的循环钞箱(31)或者直接进入纸钞数量较少的循环钞箱(31)内;被验钞器(4)识别为异常钞的纸钞由循环走钞通道(2)传送至回收钞箱(32)内。
