Abstract
Description
なお、「隔離」とは、洗浄および殺菌がされた室内においてその状態を失うことなく、隣室からの影響を受けない状態を示す。
まず、図1を用いて、本発明の実施形態に係る飲料充填システムの概要について説明する。
次に、飲料充填装置10の概略構成について説明する。
次に、図2を用いて、上記概略構成を適用した飲料充填装置10の具体的な構成の一例について説明する。
次に、図4を用いて、本実施形態に係る容器入り飲料の製造方法における製造工程を説明する。なお、以下では制御装置15によって全ての製造工程が自動で開始される場合を説明するが、製造工程の全部又は一部が製造者によって手動で開始されてもよい。
制御装置15は、搬送装置13の前回の搬送先が、第一室21か否か判定する。制御装置15は、上記判定を肯定判定した場合はステップSP12の工程に移行する。制御装置15は、上記判定を否定判定した場合はステップSP11の工程に移行する。
制御装置15は、切替部106に対して制御信号を送信する。切替部106は、当該制御信号に応じて、搬送装置13による容器120の搬送先を第一室21に切り替える。そして、制御装置15は、次のステップSP13の工程に移行する。
制御装置15は、切替部106に対して制御信号を送信する。切替部106は、当該制御信号に応じて、搬送装置13による容器120の搬送先を第二室22に切り替える。そして、制御装置15は、次のステップSP13の工程に移行する。
制御装置15は、プリフォーム成形装置11に対して制御信号を送信する。プリフォーム成形装置11は、当該制御信号に応じて、容器120のプリフォーム(母材)を成形する。プリフォームの成形後、制御装置15は、搬送装置13に対して制御信号を送信する。搬送装置13は、当該制御信号に応じて、容器120のプリフォームをブロー成形装置12に向かって搬送する。そして、制御装置15は、次のステップSP14の工程に移行する。
制御装置15は、容器120のプリフォームがブロー成形装置12に搬送されると、当該ブロー成形装置12に対して制御信号を送信する。ブロー成形装置12は、当該制御信号に応じて、容器120のプリフォームに対してブロー成形を施すことで、容器120を成形する。容器120の成形後、制御装置15は、搬送装置13に対して制御信号を送信する。搬送装置13は、当該制御信号に応じて、飲料充填装置10のチャンバー入口に向かって容器120を搬送する。そして、制御装置15は、次のステップSP15の工程に移行する。なお、以下では、搬送装置13は、随時、制御装置15によって制御信号を受信することによって搬送が開始されるが、一回制御信号を受信すると、パッケージング装置14まで搬送し続けてもよい。
制御装置15は、容器120が飲料充填装置10の前室23内に搬送されると、容器洗浄・殺菌部100に対して制御信号を送信する。容器洗浄・殺菌部100は、当該制御信号に応じて、ノズルから洗浄液を噴射して容器120を洗浄する。洗浄後、容器洗浄・殺菌部100は、ノズルから殺菌液を噴射して容器120を殺菌する。なお、チャンバー20の内部は、後述するステップSP20の洗浄及び殺菌により無菌状態が保たれている。洗浄及び殺菌後、制御装置15は、搬送装置13に対して制御信号を送信する。搬送装置13は、当該制御信号に応じて、切替部106によって切り替えられた搬送先に容器120を搬送する。そして、制御装置15は、次のステップSP16の工程に移行する。
制御装置15は、圧力調整部107に対して制御信号を送信する。圧力調整部107は、当該制御信号に応じて、飲料が充填される第一室21内の圧力を、ステップSP20により洗浄及び殺菌中の第二室22内の圧力よりも高く調整する。第一室21と第二室22の圧力差は、例えば無菌状態を保持するという理由で好ましくは2Pa以上、更に好ましくは5Pa以上、更にまた好ましくは10Pa以上である。また、陽圧保持のためのエネルギー効率という理由で好ましくは12kPa以下、更に好ましくは15Pa以下である。圧力の調整後、制御装置15は、第一充填部101に対して制御信号を送信する。第一充填部101は、当該制御信号に応じて、ノズルから容器120に飲料を充填する。
制御装置15は、容器120が後室24に搬送されると、キャッピング部105に対して制御信号を送信する。キャッピング部105は、当該制御信号に応じて、容器120をキャッピング及び密閉する。キャッピング及び密閉後、制御装置15は、搬送装置13に対して制御信号を送信する。搬送装置13は、当該制御信号に応じて、チャンバー出口を介してチャンバー20の外部のパッケージング装置14に向かって容器120を搬送する。そして、制御装置15は、次のステップSP18の工程に移行する。
制御装置15は、容器120がパッケージング装置14に搬送されると、当該パッケージング装置14に対して制御信号を送信する。パッケージング装置14は、当該制御信号に応じて、容器120を包装する。これにより、容器120に飲料が充填された飲料容器が製造される。そして、制御装置15は、次のステップSP19の工程に移行する。
制御装置15は、飲料の種類に変更があるか、或いは、全ての製造が終了したか否か判定する。制御装置15は、上記判定を肯定判定した場合はステップSP20の工程に移行する。制御装置15は、上記判定を否定判定した場合はステップSP13の工程に移行する。
制御装置15は、充填に使用されたチャンバー20内の個所に応じて、隔離部30に対して制御信号を送信する。例えば充填に使用された個所が第一室21である場合、隔離部30は、当該制御信号に応じて、第一室21を隔離する。また、充填に使用された個所が第二室22である場合、隔離部30は、当該制御信号に応じて、第二室22を隔離する。
次に、本実施形態に係る飲料充填装置10の作用について説明する。
以上、添付図面を参照しながら本発明の好適な実施の形態について説明したが、本発明はかかる例に限定されない。当業者であれば、特許請求の範囲に記載された思想の範疇内において、各種の変更例または修正例に想到し得ることは明らかであり、それらについても当然に本発明の技術的範囲に属するものと了解される。

- それぞれ隔離可能とされた第一室及び第二室を有するチャンバーと、
前記チャンバー内において容器を前記第一室及び前記第二室の何れか一方に搬送する搬送部と、
前記第一室に設けられ、前記第一室に搬送された前記容器に飲料を充填する第一充填部と、
前記第二室に設けられ、前記第二室に搬送された前記容器に飲料を充填する第二充填部と、
前記第一室に設けられ、前記第二室で前記容器に飲料が充填されている間に、前記第一室を隔離して前記第一室及び前記第一充填部をそれぞれ洗浄及び殺菌する第一洗浄・殺菌部と、
前記第二室に設けられ、前記第一室で前記容器に飲料が充填されている間に、前記第二室を隔離して前記第二室及び前記第二充填部をそれぞれ洗浄及び殺菌する第二洗浄・殺菌部と、
を備える飲料充填装置。 - 前記搬送部による前記容器の搬送先を前記第一室又は前記第二室に切り替える切替部を更に備える、
請求項1に記載の飲料充填装置。 - 前記チャンバーは、前記第一室及び前記第二室と連通し、前記容器が前記第一室及び前記第二室の何れか一方へ搬送される前に搬送される前室を有し、
前記前室に設けられ、前記前室に搬送された前記容器を洗浄及び殺菌する容器洗浄・殺菌部を更に備える、
請求項1又は2に記載の飲料充填装置。 - 前記チャンバーは、前記第一室及び前記第二室と連通し、前記容器が前記第一室及び前記第二室の何れか一方から搬送される後室を有し、

請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の飲料充填装置。 - 前記第一室及び前記第二室のうち前記容器に飲料が充填される一方の室内の圧力を、前記容器に飲料が充填される間に洗浄及び殺菌される他方の室内の圧力よりも高く調整する圧力調整部を更に備える、

前記第二グリッパは、前記第二隔離部に対して退避可能な構成とされている、

前記第二隔離部は、スライドすることにより前記第二室を隔離する第二シャッターを含み、
前記第一グリッパは、前記第一シャッターが開いて前記第一室が隔離されない場合に伸ばされた状態とされ、前記第一シャッターが閉じて前記第一室が隔離される場合は屈曲されて前記第一シャッターに対して退避され、
前記第二グリッパは、前記第二シャッターが開いて前記第二室が隔離されない場合に伸ばされた状態とされ、前記第二シャッターが閉じて前記第二室が隔離される場合は屈曲されて前記第二シャッターに対して退避される、
請求項7に記載の飲料充填装置。 - 第一室及び前記第一室とは隔離可能とされた第二室を有するチャンバー内で行われる容器入り飲料の製造方法であって、
前記チャンバー内において容器を前記第一室に搬送する第一工程と、
前記第一工程により前記容器が前記第一室に搬送された場合に、前記第一室に設けられた第一充填部を用いて前記容器に飲料を充填する第二工程と、
前記第二工程の後において前記容器が前記第一室から搬送された場合に、前記第一室を隔離して前記第一室及び前記第一充填部をそれぞれ洗浄及び殺菌する第三工程と、
前記第二工程の後であって前記第三工程が終わる前までに、前記容器の搬送先を前記第二室に切り替えて前記容器を搬送する第四工程と、
前記第四工程により前記容器が前記第二室に搬送された場合に、前記第二室に設けられた第二充填部を用いて前記容器に飲料を充填する第五工程と、
を有する容器入り飲料の製造方法。
