Abstract
본 개시는 LTE(Long Term Evolution)와 같은 4G(4th generation) 통신 시스템 이후 보다 높은 데이터 전송률을 지원하기 위한 5G(5th generation) 또는 pre-5G 통신 시스템에 관련된 것이다. 무선 환경에서 모바일(mobile) AP(access point)의 방법은, 근접 통신 경로(proximity communication path)를 통해, 단말(station)로부터, 상향링크 트래픽(traffic)이 존재함을 나타내기 위한 메시지를 수신하는 과정과, 상기 메시지의 수신에 대응하여, 핫스팟(hotspot)의 모드를 유휴(idle) 모드에서 활성(active) 모드로 전환하는 과정과, 상기 활성 모드로의 전환에 대응하여, 상기 근접 통신 경로를 통해, 상기 단말에게 상기 메시지에 대한 응답 메시지를 송신하는 과정과, 상기 핫스팟 상의 경로를 통해, 상기 단말로부터 상기 상향링크 트래픽을 수신하는 과정을 포함할 수 있다.
