随着网络家电技术逐渐走向成熟,以智能电视为代表的网络家电所具备的功能越来越丰富,为用户带来了全新的使用体验。
网络家电通常会配备一个遥控器,方便用户通过使用遥控器对家电的各项功能进行控制。在实现本申请过程中,发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题:现在的网络家电遥控器一般为实体按键式遥控器,操作过程枯燥乏味,且需要定期更换电池。当家中存在多台网络家电时,对应的多个遥控器还很容易混淆。

本申请实施例提供了一种网络家电的控制方法、网络家电、功能手机及系统,以实现非智能功能手机对网络家电的控制。

相关技术中,为了解决传统网络家电遥控器存在的缺点,一种解决方式是,在人们常用的智能手机上安装遥控器应用程序,用户通过使用该应用程序来实现对网络家电的控制。然而,用户使用智能手机时,虽然能够自己安装应用程序来实现丰富多样的功能,但与非智能的功能手机相比,智能手机也同时具备一些缺点,比如待机时间短、重量相对较大、操作复杂以及容易出现重启或死机等情况,又比如儿童自制力较差,使用智能手机会沉迷于游戏或视频。因此,部分用户,尤其是中老年用户及儿童多数使用非智能手机。

本实施例中的网络家电可为具备连网功能的家电,如智能电视、网络冰箱、网络洗衣机以及网络空调等等。示例性的,网络家电在接入网络(如通过连接家庭中的路由器来接入家庭的局域网)之后,会被自动的分配一个网际协议(Internet Protocol,IP)地址,可称之为网络家电的地址,根据该IP地址,可确 定一个用来控制网络家电的网页地址,简称控制网页地址,根据该控制网页地址可在浏览器中打开控制网页。例如,网络家电被分配的IP地址为172.0.0.1,则可根据该IP地址确定控制网页地址为http://172.0.0.1/index.html。

本申请实施例一提供的网络家电的控制方法,用户可使用功能手机获取网络家电的控制网页地址,并通过浏览器打开对应的控制网页,当用户触发控制网页中的控制元素时,功能手机以网络家电的地址作为目标地址,通过互联网向网络家电发送与控制元素对应的控制请求信息,以使网络家电根据控制请求信息控制网络家电执行相应操作。通过采用上述技术方案,用户使用非智能手 机可轻松实现对网络家电的控制,满足了非智能手机用户使用该非智能手机来控制网络家电的需求,提升了用户体验。
实施例二
图2为本申请实施例二提供的一种网络家电的控制方法的流程示意图,该方法可以由网络家电来执行,可由网络家电中配置的软件和/或硬件来实现。如图2所示,该方法包括:
步骤201、网络家电提供控制网页地址,控制网页地址对应一控制网页。
其中,控制网页中包含控制元素和网络家电的地址。
示例性的,网络家电提供控制网页地址可以有以下方式:网络家电根据自身的IP地址确定控制网页地址,根据网络家电的控制网页地址生成二维码,并显示所述二维码;或者网络家电根据自身的IP地址确定控制网页地址,并显示控制网页地址。二维码(2-dimensional bar code)又称二维条码,是用某种特定的几何图形按一定规律在平面(二维方向上)分布的黑白相间的图形记录数据符号信息的。在本实施例中,网络家电可以采用开源的二维码生成代码,根据控制网页地址生成二维码。其中,网络家电可在显示屏上显示二维码或者控制网页地址,显示的时机可由系统默认设置或者由用户自行控制。例如,网络家电可根据系统设置在开机时自动显示二维码或者控制网页地址,或者,还可在检测到用户访问控制网页或已经发出控制请求信息时自动隐藏二维码或者控制网页地址;用户也可通过触发网络家电上的实体按钮或操作原配套实体遥控器调出二维码或者控制网页地址。
步骤202、网络家电接收与控制元素对应的控制请求信息,控制请求信息是控制元素被检测到被触发时,以网络家电的地址作为目标地址,通过互联网发送的。
示例性的,多数的功能手机并不具备WIFI功能,无法连接家庭局域网,网络家电接收此类功能手机在检测到控制元素被触发时,通过移动数据业务网络发送至中转服务器,并由中转服务器转发与控制元素对应的控制请求信息。

示例性的,控制请求信息可为基于HTTP的控制请求信息。本步骤可包括:网络家电解析基于HTTP的控制请求信息并得到控制请求数据,获取与控制请求数据对应的控制指令,并根据控制指令控制网络家电执行相应操作。
示例性的,网络家电中可包含HTTP服务器,该HTTP服务器可为可以建立HTTP连接并解析HTTP协议的应用软件,或者可为可以基于常见的网络电视平台系统,如安卓(Android)系统等。HTTP服务器能够解析基于HTTP的控制请求信息并得到控制请求数据,解析过程可包括Header解析和Body解析,Body解析根据请求方法分为PUT解析和Post解析。示例性的,网络家电中可预先存储控制指令以及控制指令与控制请求数据之间的对应关系。控制指令中可包括命令名和命令内容,例如,命令名可包括音量调节或频道切换等控制命令,还可包括获取网络资源等推送命令;命令内容可包括上下左右等。

实施例三
图3为本申请实施例三提供的一种智能电视的控制方法的流程示意图,该方法可以由功能手机和智能电视配合执行,示例性的,以功能手机为非智能手机,智能家电为智能电视为例进行说明,该方法可由软件和/或硬件实现。如图3所示,该方法包括:
步骤301、智能电视提供控制网页地址。
示例性的,当用户打开智能电视后,智能电视可根据自身的IP地址确定控制网页地址,并在电视屏幕上显示该控制网页地址。
步骤302、功能手机获取控制网页地址,并通过浏览器打开控制网页地址对 应的控制网页。
示例性的,用户可手动将电视屏幕上显示的控制网页地址输入功能手机浏览器的地址栏中,在该功能手机的显示屏中打开控制网页。其中,控制网页中包含基于Javascrip技术生成的虚拟控制按钮和智能电视的地址。用户能够看到与传统遥控器对应的控制按钮,此外,每个控制按钮上还有对应的文字信息,用户可从控制按钮上显示的文字信息获知每个控制按钮的功能。
步骤303、当功能手机检测到控制元素被触发时,以智能电视的地址作为目标地址,通过移动数据业务网络(如3G网络)将控制元素对应的控制请求信息发送至中转服务器,以使中转服务器转发控制请求信息至智能电视。
示例性的,用户可通过按击功能手机上的实体按键实现对控制网页中的虚拟控制按钮进行选取等操作,使功能手机能够根据用户的操作向智能电视发送控制请求信息。
步骤304、智能电视接收控制请求信息,并根据控制请求信息执行相应操作。
示例性的,控制请求信息可为基于HTTP的控制请求信息。智能电视中的HTTP服务器接收由中转服务器转发的控制请求信息,解析并获取控制指令,使智能电视根据控制指令执行相应操作,该相应操作可以是如频道切换及声音调节等。

图4为本申请实施例四提供的一种功能手机的结构框图,如图4所示,该功能手机包括:控制网页地址获取模块401、控制网页打开模块402和控制请求信息发送模块403。
其中,控制网页地址获取模块401,设置为获取网络家电的控制网页地址;控制网页打开模块402,设置为通过浏览器打开所述控制网页地址对应的控制网 页,所述控制网页中包含控制元素和所述网络家电的地址;控制请求信息发送模块403,设置为当检测到所述控制元素被触发时,以所述网络家电的地址作为目标地址,通过互联网向所述网络家电发送与所述控制元素对应的控制请求信息。
功能手机相对于智能手机而言,是一种非智能手机,通常不具备独立的操作系统,其所具备的功能在设计阶段已经固化,不能执行原生程序,可供用户自行配置和扩展的部分较少,一般仅支持基于Java平台的应用扩展。示例性的,在本实施例中,功能手机中的控制网页地址获取模块可设置为:基于Java平台应用扫描所述网络家电提供的二维码,并提取所述二维码中包含的所述网络家电的控制网页地址;或者接收用户在浏览器中输入的所述网络家电的控制网页地址;或者调用浏览器中预先存储的所述网络家电的控制网页地址。
当功能手机获取到控制网页地址后,控制网页打开模块通过功能手机上的浏览器打开控制网页地址对应的控制网页,控制网页中包含控制元素和网络家电的地址。可选的,控制元素可为基于Javascrip技术生成的虚拟控制按钮。虚拟控制按钮可包括传统遥控器中包含的多种按钮,控制网页呈现给用户的是一个形象的遥控器的界面,方便用户操作。
可选的,所述控制请求信息发送模块可包括:控制请求信息生成子模块和控制请求信息发送子模块。其中,控制请求信息生成子模块,设置为当检测到所述控制元素被触发时,生成与所述控制元素对应的基于超文本传输协议HTTP的控制请求信息;控制请求信息发送子模块,设置为以所述网络家电的地址作为控制请求信息的目标地址,通过互联网向所述网络家电发送所生成的基于HTTP的控制请求信息。
用户使用本申请实施例四提供的功能手机时,可获取网络家电上提供的控制网页地址,并在浏览器中打开控制网页,通过对控制网页中的控制元素进行选择等操作,轻松地实现对网络家电的控制,满足了非智能手机用户使用该非智能手机来控制网络家电的需求,提升了用户体验。

图5为本申请实施例五提供的一种网络家电的结构框图,如图5所示,该网络家电包括:控制网页地址提供模块501、控制请求信息接收模块502和执行模块503。
其中,控制网页地址提供模块501,设置为提供控制网页地址,所述控制网页地址对应一控制网页,所述控制网页中包含控制元素和所述网络家电的地址;控制请求信息接收模块502,设置为接收与所述控制元素对应的控制请求信息,所述控制请求信息为所述控制元素被检测到被触发时,以所述网络家电的地址作为目标地址,通过互联网发送的;执行模块503,设置为根据所述控制请求信息执行相应操作。
本实施例中的网络家电可为具备连网功能的家电,如智能电视、网络冰箱、网络洗衣机以及网络空调等等。示例性的,网络家电在接入网络(如通过连接家庭中的路由器来接入家庭的局域网)之后,会被自动的分配一个IP地址,可称之为网络家电的地址,根据该IP地址,可确定一个网页地址作为控制网页地址,根据该控制网页地址可在浏览器中打开控制网页。示例性的,在本实施例中,网络家电中的控制网页地址提供模块,可设置为:根据自身的网际协议地址确定控制网页地址,根据所述网络家电的控制网页地址生成二维码,并显示所述二维码;或者根据自身的网际协议地址确定控制网页地址,并显示所述控制网页地址。

本申请实施例六提供一种网络家电系统,包括至少一个本申请实施例中的功能手机以及至少一个本申请实施例中的网络家电。
示例性的,网络家电系统中可包括多个网络家电,例如可包括智能电视、网络冰箱、网络洗衣机以及网络空调等;同一类型的网络家电也可包括多个,例如可包括卧室的智能电视和客厅的智能电视等。用户可通过功能手机打开某个网络家电对应的控制网页,来对该网络家电进行控制。网络家电系统中可包括多个功能手机,允许多个用户分别对每个网络家电进行控制。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种网络家电的控制方法,包括:
    功能手机获取网络家电的控制网页地址;
    所述功能手机通过浏览器打开所述控制网页地址对应的控制网页,所述控制网页中包含控制元素和所述网络家电的地址;以及,
    当所述功能手机检测到所述控制元素被触发时,以所述网络家电的地址作为目标地址,通过互联网向所述网络家电发送与所述控制元素对应的控制请求信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述功能手机获取网络家电的控制网页地址包括:
    所述功能手机扫描所述网络家电提供的二维码,并提取所述二维码中包含的所述网络家电的控制网页地址;或者,
    所述功能手机接收用户在浏览器中输入的所述网络家电的控制网页地址;或者,
    所述功能手机调用浏览器中预先存储的所述网络家电的控制网页地址。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述功能手机扫描所述网络家电提供的二维码包括:
    所述功能手机基于Java平台应用扫描所述网络家电提供的二维码。
  4. 根据权利要求1或3所述的方法,其中,所述控制元素为虚拟控制按钮。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的方法,其中,当所述功能手机检测到所述控制元素被触发时,以所述网络家电的地址作为目标地址,通过互联网向所述网络家电发送与所述控制元素对应的控制请求信息,包括:
    当所述功能手机检测到所述控制元素被触发时,生成与所述控制元素对应的基于网络传输协议的控制请求信息;以及,
    以所述网络家电的地址作为控制请求信息的目标地址,通过互联网向所述网络家电发送所生成的基于网络传输协议的控制请求信息。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述以所述网络家电的地址作为目标地址,通过互联网向所述网络家电发送与所述控制元素对应的控制请求信息包括:
    以所述网络家电的地址作为目标地址,通过移动数据业务网络将所述控制元素对应的控制请求信息发送至中转服务器,以使所述中转服务器转发所述控制请求信息至所述网络家电。
  7. 一种网络家电的控制方法,包括:
    网络家电提供控制网页地址,所述控制网页地址对应一控制网页,所述控制网页中包含控制元素和所述网络家电的地址;以及,
    所述网络家电接收与所述控制元素对应的控制请求信息,所述控制请求信息是所述控制元素被检测到被触发时,以所述网络家电的地址作为目标地址,通过互联网发送的;
    所述网络家电根据所述控制请求信息执行相应操作。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述网络家电提供控制网页地址包括:
    网络家电根据自身的网际协议地址确定控制网页地址,根据所述网络家电的控制网页地址生成二维码,并显示所述二维码;或者,
    网络家电根据自身的网际协议地址确定控制网页地址,并显示所述控制网页地址。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的方法,其中,所述控制请求信息为基于网络传输协议的控制请求信息;
    所述网络家电根据所述控制请求信息执行相应操作,包括:
    所述网络家电解析所述基于网络传输协议的控制请求信息并得到控制请求数据;
    所述网络家电获取与所述控制请求数据对应的控制指令;以及
    所述网络家电根据所述控制指令控制所述网络家电执行相应操作。
  10. 根据权利要求7-9中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述网络家电接收与所述控制元素对应的控制请求信息,所述控制请求信息是所述控制元素被检测到被触发时,通过互联网发送的,包括:
    所述网络家电接收与所述控制元素对应的所述控制请求信息,所述控制请求信息是所述控制元素被检测到被触发时,通过移动数据业务网络发送至中转服务器,并由所述中转服务器转发的。
  11. 一种功能手机,包括:
    至少一个处理器;以及,
    存储器;其中,
    所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的程序,所述程序包括:
    控制网页地址获取模块,设置为获取网络家电的控制网页地址;
    控制网页打开模块,设置为通过浏览器打开所述控制网页地址对应的控制网页,所述控制网页中包含控制元素和所述网络家电的地址;以及
    控制请求信息发送模块,设置为当检测到所述控制元素被触发时,以所述网络家电的地址作为目标地址,通过互联网向所述网络家电发送与所述控制元素对应的控制请求信息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的功能手机,其中,所述控制网页地址获取模块,设置为:
    扫描所述网络家电提供的二维码,并提取所述二维码中包含的所述网络家电的控制网页地址;或者,
    接收用户在浏览器中输入的所述网络家电的控制网页地址;或者,
    调用浏览器中预先存储的所述网络家电的控制网页地址。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的功能手机,其中,所述扫描所述网络家电的控制网页地址,包括:
    基于Java平台应用扫描所述网络家电的控制网页地址。
  14. 根据权利要求11或13所述的功能手机,其中,所述控制元素为生成的虚拟控制按钮。
  15. 根据权利要求11-14中任一项所述的功能手机,其中,所述控制请求信息发送模块包括:
    控制请求信息生成子模块,设置为当检测到所述控制元素被触发时,生成与所述控制元素对应的基于网络传输协议控制请求信息;以及
    控制请求信息发送子模块,设置为以所述网络家电的地址作为控制请求信息的目标地址,通过互联网向所述网络家电发送所生成的基于网络传输协议的控制请求信息。
  16. 一种网络家电,包括:
    至少一个处理器;以及,
    存储器;其中,
    所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的程序,所述程序包括:
    控制网页地址提供模块,设置为提供控制网页地址,所述控制网页地址对应一控制网页,所述控制网页中包含控制元素和所述网络家电的地址;
    控制请求信息接收模块,设置为接收与所述控制元素对应的控制请求信息,所述控制请求信息是所述控制元素被检测到被触发时,以所述网络家电的地址 作为目标地址,通过互联网发送的;以及
    执行模块,设置为根据所述控制请求信息执行相应操作。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的网络家电,其中,所述控制网页地址提供模块,设置为:
    根据自身的网际协议地址确定控制网页地址,根据所述网络家电的控制网页地址生成二维码,并显示所述二维码;或者,
    根据自身的网际协议地址确定控制网页地址,并显示所述控制网页地址。
  18. 根据权利要求16或17所述的网络家电,其中,所述控制请求信息为基于网络传输协议的控制请求信息;
    所述执行模块包括:
    解析子模块,设置为解析所述基于网络传输协议的控制请求信息并得到控制请求数据;
    控制指令获取子模块,设置为获取与所述控制请求数据对应的控制指令;以及,
    执行子模块,设置为根据所述控制指令控制所述网络家电执行相应操作。
  19. 根据权利要求16-18中任一项所述的网络家电,其中,所述控制请求信息接收模块,设置为:
    接收与所述控制元素对应的控制请求信息,所述控制请求信息是所述控制元素被检测到被触发时,通过移动数据业务网络发送至中转服务器,并由所述中转服务器转发的。
  20. 一种网络家电系统,包括至少一个如权利要求11-15中任一项所述的功能手机和至少一个如权利要求16-19中任一项所述的网络家电。
