本发明涉及家用电器技术领域,尤其是涉及一种电饭煲及电饭煲的控制方法。
背景技术
相关技术中指出,为了让米饭煮出来的效果更有弹性,米饭糊化更透芯,某些电饭煲具有带压力烹饪模式,通常是在电饭煲的煲盖内设置一个压力小球,通过小球的重量和通气口的面积来设定电饭煲在烹饪状态下的压力值。
但是,由于小球的重量是相对固定的,通气口的面积也是相对固定的,设定的压力值在正常使用状态一般是不变的,也就是说,一台电饭煲只能对应一个设定的压力值,而实际使用电饭煲时,通常需要采用一台电饭煲烹煮不同的米种,例如丝苗米(米粒呈细长型,也称籼米)、东北米(米粒呈短粒椭圆形,也称粳米)以及杂粮(糙米、高粱、大麦、豆类等)等,由于不同米种在烹饪过程中对烹饪压力的需求是有所区别的,因而仅有一个烹饪压力值的电饭煲难以确保所有米种都具有良好的烹煮效果,例如,在满足某个米种烹煮较好的前提下,必定会牺牲其他米种的烹煮效果,也就是说,一台电饭煲难以满足不同米种的实际烹饪需求。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决现有技术中的上述技术问题之一。
有鉴于此,本发明需要提供一种电饭煲的烹饪控制方法,所述电饭煲的烹饪控制方法简单、操作方便。
本发明还提出一种电饭煲,所述电饭煲采用如上所述的电饭煲的控制方法。
根据本发明第一方面的电饭煲的烹饪控制方法,所述电饭煲包括煲体、煲盖、设置在所述煲盖上的调压装置,所述烹饪控制方法包括以下步骤:接收烹饪指令,并根据所述烹饪指令获取待烹饪食物的类型;以及根据所述待烹饪食物的类型获取相应的烹饪控制程序,并根据获取的烹饪控制程序对所述调压装置进行控制以使所述电饭煲进入沸腾阶段后的煲内压力满足所述相应的烹饪控制程序对应的烹饪压力。
根据本发明的电饭煲的烹饪控制方法,可以根据米种的不同具体调节烹饪压力,从而满足不同米种对烹饪压力的需求,以使一台电饭煲可以更好地烹煮各种米种,使得各种米种的煮出口感、外观和品质最佳。

如图1和图2所示,根据本发明实施例的电饭煲,包括煲体(图未示出)、煲盖100、调压装置200、接收模块(图未示出)以及控制模块(图未示出)。
具体地,煲体内限定出烹饪腔以容纳食材,煲盖100可开合地设在煲体上以打开或者关闭烹饪腔,调压装置200设在煲盖100上用以使烹饪腔内的压力维持在调压装置200设定的压力以下,接收模块用于接收烹饪指令,控制模块用于根据烹饪指令获取待烹饪食物的类型,例如丝苗米、东北米、杂粮饭等,并根据待烹饪食物的类型获取相应的烹饪控制程 序,以及根据获取的烹饪控制程序对调压装置200进行控制以使电饭煲进入沸腾阶段后烹饪腔内压力满足相应的烹饪控制程序对应的烹饪压力。
例如,当采用电饭煲烹煮丝苗米时,由于丝苗米在糊化过程中表面容易破裂,要求压力相对较低,压力太大会造成米饭偏烂以及变色,从而丝苗米对应的烹饪压力较低。当采用电饭煲烹煮东北米时,由于东北米其本身的弹性较好,从而相对于丝苗米来说,东北米对应的烹饪压力稍高一些。当采用电饭煲烹煮杂粮类时,由于杂粮类的米种的表面有一层相对致密的表皮,从而难以糊化煮熟,因此可以通过加压的方式来缩短烹饪时间,从而相对于东北米来说,杂粮类对应的烹饪压力更高一些。由此,接收模块可以接收其中一种米种的烹饪指令,控制模块根据烹饪指令获取待烹饪的米种,并获取相应的米种的烹饪控制程序,再根据相应米种的控制程序对调压装置200进行控制以使电饭煲进入沸腾阶段后的烹饪腔内压力满足相应米种的烹饪压力。
根据本发明实施例的电饭煲,满足不同米种对烹饪压力的需求,以使一台电饭煲可以更好地烹煮各种米种,使得各种米种的煮出口感、外观和品质最佳。
在本发明的一个实施例中,参照图1,调压装置200包括可伸缩的调压阀1和调压机构2,烹饪控制程序包括调压控制参数,其中,控制模块根据调压控制参数对调压机构2进行控制以可调控地压缩调压阀1,以实现对烹饪腔内压力进行调节。具体地,调压机构2用于压缩调压阀1以使煲内压力维持在烹饪压力以下。烹饪控制程序包括对应不同米种的调压控制参数,调压控制参数对应调压机构2对调压阀1的压缩距离,控制模块可以根据不同米种对应的调压控制参数对调压机构2进行控制以可调控地压缩调压阀1,以实现对烹饪腔内压力进行调节,从而满足不同米种对烹饪压力的需求。
进一步地,烹饪控制程序还包括烹饪时间控制参数、烹饪温度控制参数和烹饪功率控制参数。由此烹饪时间控制参数、烹饪温度控制参数和烹饪功率控制参数可以辅助调压控制参数对电饭煲内的压力进行调节,进一步的保证电饭煲内压力可调以满足不同米种的烹饪需求。例如,当采用电饭煲烹煮杂粮类时,由于杂粮类的米种的表面有一层相对致密的表皮,从而难以糊化煮熟,因此可以通过调节烹饪时间控制参数来加长杂粮类米种的烹饪时间、或者通过调节烹饪温度控制参数来调高杂粮类米种的烹饪温度、或者通过烹饪功率控制参数来调高杂粮类米种的烹饪功率,以使杂粮类的米种煮出口感更佳。
在本发明的一些实施例中,待烹饪食物为米饭,米饭的类型包括丝苗米饭、东北米饭和杂粮米饭,其中,丝苗米饭、东北米饭和杂粮米饭分别对应的烹饪压力为P1、P2和P3,P1<P2<P3。由此既可以防止丝苗米饭、东北米饭和杂粮米饭由于压力过大而造成米饭偏烂以及变色,又可以保证各种米种的煮出口感、外观和品质最佳,实现良好的烹饪效果。优选地,丝苗米饭、东北米饭和杂粮米饭分别对应的烹饪压力为P1、P2和P3满足0.03atm<P2-P1<0.2atm,0.05atm<P3-P2<0.3atm。由此可以进一步的防止丝苗米饭、东北米饭和杂粮米饭由于压力过大而造成米饭偏烂以及变色,并保证各种米种的煮出口感、外观和品 质最佳,进一步的实现良好的烹饪效果。
在本发明的一些实施例中,接收模块通过电饭煲的操作面板接收烹饪指令。也就是说,操作面板上可以设置有两种或两种以上的用于供用户进行功能选择的菜单,例如丝苗米、东北米、杂粮饭等,用户可以根据待烹饪的米种选择相应的功能菜单以实现接收模块对烹饪食物信息的接收,从而接收模块将接收到的信息传递到控制模块上以实现对调压装置200的控制,进而实现对煲内压力的调节以满足不同米种对烹饪压力的需求。
可选地,接收模块通过与外部终端进行通信以接收烹饪指令。例如,接收模块可以通过与手机、平板电脑等通信以接收烹饪指令,用户可以根据手机或平板电脑上的软件等输入控制指令,接收模块可以接收来自相应手机或平板电脑的控制指令并将控制指令传递到控制模块,控制模块根据接收到的控制指令实现对调压装置200的控制,从而实现对煲内压力的调节以满足不同米种对烹饪压力的需求。
在本发明的一些实施例中,参照图1,电饭煲上形成有连通电饭煲内部和外部的排气口101,调压阀1以可调节的设定压力抵压在排气口101上。当煲内压力大于调压阀1抵压在排气口101上的压力时,可以顶开抵压在排气口101上的调压阀1的至少部分,从而实现烹饪腔的自动排气泄压动作,并使煲内压力维持在烹饪压力。由此可以通过调节调压阀1抵压在排气口101的设定压力来调节烹饪腔内的烹饪压力,从而满足不同米种的烹饪需求。
下面参考附图详细描述根据本发明实施例的电饭煲的烹饪控制方法。
如图1和图2所示,电饭煲包括煲体、煲盖100、设置在煲盖100上的调压装置200,根据本发明实施例的电饭煲的烹饪控制方法,包括以下步骤:接收烹饪指令,并根据烹饪指令获取待烹饪食物的类型;以及根据待烹饪食物的类型获取相应的烹饪控制程序,并根据获取的烹饪控制程序对调压装置200进行控制以使电饭煲进入沸腾阶段后的煲内压力满足相应的烹饪控制程序对应的烹饪压力。由此可以根据米种的不同具体调节烹饪压力,从而满足不同米种对烹饪压力的需求,以使一台电饭煲可以更好地烹煮各种米种,使得各种米种的煮出口感、外观和品质最佳。
例如,当采用电饭煲烹煮丝苗米时,电饭煲的接收模块可以接收烹煮丝苗米的烹饪指令,并根据接收到的烹饪指令获取烹煮丝苗米的烹饪控制程序,再根据相应的烹饪控制程序对调压装置200进行控制以使电饭煲进入沸腾阶段后的煲内压力满足烹煮丝苗米的烹饪控制程序对应的烹饪压力。

在本发明的一些实施例中,调压装置200包括可伸缩的调压阀1和调压机构2,烹饪控制程序包括调压控制参数,其中,对调压装置200进行控制具体包括:根据调压控制参数 对调压机构2进行控制以可调控地压缩调压阀1,以实现对煲内压力进行调节。需要说明的是,调压控制参数反映调压机构2对调压阀1压缩后的压缩长度,不同的米种对应不同的调压控制参数,也就是说,不同的米种对应不同的烹饪压力,从而满足不同米种的烹饪需求。
进一步地,烹饪控制程序还包括烹饪时间控制参数、烹饪温度控制参数和烹饪功率控制参数。由此烹饪时间控制参数、烹饪温度控制参数和烹饪功率控制参数可以辅助调压控制参数对电饭煲内的压力进行调节,进一步的保证电饭煲内压力可调以满足不同米种的烹饪需求。
在本发明的一些实施例中,待烹饪食物为米饭,米饭的类型包括丝苗米饭、东北米饭和杂粮米饭,其中,丝苗米饭、东北米饭和杂粮米饭分别对应的烹饪压力为P1、P2和P3,P1<P2<P3。需要说明的是,丝苗米在糊化过程中表面容易破裂,要求压力相对较低,东北米其本身的弹性较好,从而相对于丝苗米来说,要求压力相对丝苗米稍高一些,杂粮类的米种的表面有一层相对致密的表皮,难以糊化煮熟,要求压力相对东北米更高一些。由此既可以防止丝苗米饭、东北米饭和杂粮米饭由于压力过大而造成米饭偏烂以及变色,又可以保证各种米种的煮出的口感、外观和品质最佳,实现良好的烹饪效果。
优选地,丝苗米饭、东北米饭和杂粮米饭分别对应的烹饪压力为P1、P2和P3满足0.03atm<P2-P1<0.2atm,0.05atm<P3-P2<0.3atm。由此可以进一步的防止丝苗米饭、东北米饭和杂粮米饭由于压力过大而造成米饭偏烂以及变色,并保证各种米种的煮出口感、外观和品质最佳,进一步的实现良好的烹饪效果。
在本发明的一些实施例中,接收模块通过电饭煲的操作面板接收烹饪指令。也就是说,电饭煲的操作面板中设置有两种或两种以上的米种选择菜单,比如丝苗米、东北米、杂粮饭等。用户可以根据所要烹煮的米种在操作面板上选择对应的选择菜单以实现电饭煲的接收模块对烹饪食物信息的接收,从而将接收的信息传输到控制模块以实现控制模块对调压装置200的控制,从而实现对煲内压力的调节以满足不同米种对烹饪压力的需求。
在本发明的一些实施例中,接收模块通过外部终端接收烹饪指令,并且外部终端通过与电饭煲进行通信以将烹饪指令发送给电饭煲。例如,接收模块可以通过与手机、平板电脑等通信以接收烹饪指令,用户可以根据手机或平板电脑上的软件等输入控制指令,接收模块可以接收来自相应手机或平板电脑的控制指令并将控制指令传递到控制模块,控制模块根据接收到的控制指令实现对调压装置200的控制,从而实现对煲内压力的调节以满足不同米种对烹饪压力的需求。
下面参照图1和图2简要描述根据本发明实施例的电饭煲及电饭煲的烹饪控制方法。
如图1和图2所示,电饭煲包括煲体、煲盖100、调压装置200、接收模块以及控制模块。调压装置200包括可伸缩的调压阀1、调压机构2和阀座3,调压机构2可调控的压缩 调压阀1以使调压阀1可调节的设定压力抵压在排气口101上。
调压阀1包括第一调压杆11和第二调压杆13以及设在其中间的弹性件12。调压机构2包括杠杆件21、动力组件22以及推杆23,杠杆件21的支点211可枢转地设在电饭煲上,推杆23连接在杠杆件21的阻力端用于压缩调压阀1,动力组件22用于驱动杠杆件21的动力端。动力组件22包括步进电机24、主动齿轮221和从动齿轮222,主动齿轮221可转动的设在电饭煲上,从动齿轮222设在动力端且与主动齿轮221啮合,步进电机24可以驱动主动齿轮221转动且其步进角满足0.05°≤θ≤20°。
具体而言,步进电机24每转动一个单位步进角θ,推杆23就能推动第一调压杆11产生轴向位移s,进而第一调压杆11可以压缩弹性件12产生s的压缩变形量。初始状态下,压缩弹簧处于自由状态,此时弹簧压缩量为0,根据胡克定律F=ks,此时调压阀1的预压力F=0,在此状态下电饭煲不能产生压力;当步进电机24转动一个θ角后,通过传动机构驱动调压阀1第一调压杆11沿轴向往下移动一个距离s,此时弹簧预压力F=ks。
在调压阀1的作用下,根据压力计算公式P=F/S,电饭煲在沸腾起压后能产生P=ks/S的压力,其中,S为排气口101的面积。由此,通过调整预压力或者排气口101的面积即可达到调整压力的功能,即通过控制程序控制步进电机24的旋转运动即可对电饭煲的工作压力进行调整,本发明实施例中的弹性件12至少能压下2s以上的压缩量。
电饭煲的烹饪控制方法主要包括以下步骤:接收模块主要通过操作面板来接收烹饪指令,控制模块根据烹饪指令获取相应的控制程序并对调压装置200进行控制以调节电饭煲内的压力。
具体地,在控制模块中记录有对应不同米种的煮饭控制程序,程序包含对烹饪时间、烹饪温度、烹饪功率以及步进电机24的动作控制,不同米种烹饪的压力主要通过步进电机24步进动作来进行控制。程序预设对应丝苗米、东北米和杂粮烹饪时步进电机24步进转角分别为θ1、θ2、θ3,其中,θ1=N1*θ,θ2=N2*θ,θ3=N3*θ,其中,N1、N2、N3代表电机转过单位角度的次数,当N1<N2<N3时,可以确保θ1<θ2<θ3,从而使得对应的调压阀1压缩量满足s1<s2<s3,进而使得对应的电饭煲沸腾起压后产生的烹饪压力P1<P2<P3,优选地,丝苗米与东北米的对应预定压力差值满足:0.03atm<P2-P1<0.2atm,杂粮与东北米的对应预定压力差值满足:0.05atm<P3-P2<0.3atm。

    接收烹饪指令,并根据所述烹饪指令获取待烹饪食物的类型;以及
    根据所述待烹饪食物的类型获取相应的烹饪控制程序,并根据获取的烹饪控制程序对所述调压装置进行控制以使所述电饭煲进入沸腾阶段后的煲内压力满足所述相应的烹饪控制程序对应的烹饪压力。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电饭煲的烹饪控制方法,其特征在于,所述调压装置包括可伸缩的调压阀和调压机构,所述烹饪控制程序包括调压控制参数,其中,对所述调压装置进行控制具体包括:
    根据所述调压控制参数对所述调压机构进行控制以可调控地压缩所述调压阀,以实现对所述煲内压力进行调节。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电饭煲的烹饪控制方法,其特征在于,所述烹饪控制程序还包括烹饪时间控制参数、烹饪温度控制参数和烹饪功率控制参数。

  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的电饭煲的烹饪控制方法,其特征在于,通过所述电饭煲的操作面板接收所述烹饪指令。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的电饭煲的烹饪控制方法,其特征在于,通过外部终端接收所述烹饪指令,并且所述外部终端通过与所述电饭煲进行通信以将所述烹饪指令发送给所述电饭煲。
  8. 一种电饭煲,其特征在于,包括:
    煲体,所述煲体内限定出烹饪腔;
    煲盖,所述煲盖可开合地设在所述煲体上以打开或者关闭所述烹饪腔;
    设置在所述煲盖上的调压装置;
    接收模块,用于接收烹饪指令;
    控制模块,用于根据所述烹饪指令获取待烹饪食物的类型,并根据所述待烹饪食物的类型获取相应的烹饪控制程序,以及根据获取的烹饪控制程序对所述调压装置进行控制以使所述电饭煲进入沸腾阶段后的所述烹饪腔内压力满足所述相应的烹饪控制程序对应的烹饪压力。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电饭煲,其特征在于,所述调压装置包括可伸缩的调压阀和调压机构,所述烹饪控制程序包括调压控制参数,其中,所述控制模块根据所述调压控制参数对所述调压机构进行控制以可调控地压缩所述调压阀,以实现对所述烹饪腔内压力进行调节。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的电饭煲,其特征在于,所述烹饪控制程序还包括烹饪时间控制参数、烹饪温度控制参数和烹饪功率控制参数。
  11. 根据权利要求8-10中任一项所述的电饭煲,其特征在于,所述待烹饪食物为米饭,所述米饭的类型包括丝苗米饭、东北米饭和杂粮米饭,其中,所述丝苗米饭、东北米饭和杂粮米饭分别对应的烹饪压力为P1、P2和P3,P1<P2<P3。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电饭煲,其特征在于,并且,0.03atm<P2-P1<0.2atm,0.05atm<P3-P2<0.3atm。
  13. 根据权利要求8-12中任一项所述的电饭煲,其特征在于,所述接收模块通过所述电饭煲的操作面板接收所述烹饪指令。
  14. 根据权利要求8-13中任一项所述的电饭煲,其特征在于,所述接收模块通过与外部终端进行通信以接收所述烹饪指令。
  15. 根据权利要求9所述的电饭煲,其特征在于,所述电饭煲上形成有连通所述电饭煲内部和外部的排气口,所述调压阀以可调节的设定压力抵压在所述排气口上。
