Description
本发明涉及牙刷领域,尤其涉及一种电动牙刷及竖刷式电动牙刷。
市场上的牙刷主要有手动操作的牙刷和电动牙刷,其中,与手动操作的牙刷相比,电动牙刷可以更彻底清洁牙齿、清除牙菌斑、减少牙龈炎和牙龈出血,因而备受人们的青睐。
目前比较科学的刷牙方式是竖刷式,即将牙刷毛束的尖端放在牙龈和牙冠交界处,顺着牙齿的长轴方向稍微加压按摩,从而有效清洁到牙龈和咬合面。然而,现有的竖刷式电动牙刷因其结构所致往往达不到好的刷牙效率,这些电动牙刷往往存在振动力矩较小的问题,在刷牙时稍微用力将刷毛压在牙齿上,就可能导致刷毛停止振动;另一方面,这些电动牙刷的毛束在振动时都是以圆周方向来回振动,而不是以90度作正反运动,不能满足实际的实用需求。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种电动牙刷及竖刷式电动牙刷,其可实现刷毛做正反90度运动,并具有大的振动力矩。
本发明提供一种电动牙刷,包括刷头和刷柄,所述刷头安装于所述刷柄上,所述刷柄包括电动机、传动组件及传动杆,所述传动组件包括主体部、齿轮、连接臂及定位件;所述电动机的转子与所述齿轮啮合,所述齿轮上设置有连杆,所述连杆的一端固定于所述齿轮的偏心位置,另一端设置于所述主体部上;所述连接臂的一端设置于所述连杆上,另一端设置于所述定位件上,所述传动杆
的一端贯穿所述定位件及所述主体部,并延伸至所述刷头内。
作为上述方案的改进,所述刷头包括刷毛和壳体,所述刷毛固定于所述壳体上,所述刷毛具有拨动部,且所述拨动部位于所述壳体内。
作为上述方案的改进,所述主体部上开设有第一定位孔,所述定位件上设置有第二定位孔,所述传动杆的一端依次贯穿所述第二定位孔及第一定位孔后,延伸至所述刷头的壳体内,并贴近所述刷毛的拨动部。

本发明还提供一种竖刷式电动牙刷,包括传动部及安装在所述传动部上的刷头,所述刷头包括刷毛、固定部及拨动部,所述刷毛设置于所述固定部的一侧,所述拨动部设置于所述固定部的另一侧,且所述拨动部上设置有开孔;所述传动部包括电动机、传动杆及拨杆,所述传动杆的一端固定在所述电动机上,另一端固定所述拨杆,其中,所述拨杆的自由端位于所述开孔的两壁之间,所述电动机工作时通过所述传动杆带动所述拨杆转动,所述拨杆的自由端在转动时碰撞所述开孔的两壁,进而带动所述刷毛沿碰撞的方向作来回直线运动。

本发明提供的电动牙刷,通过所述齿轮、连接臂及定位件形成一个分摆的增力结构,再利用这个分摆结构驱动所述传动杆,使得所述传动杆快速拨动所述刷毛的拨动部,进而使得所述刷毛快速摆动,从而可以更有效的清洁牙齿,达到好的刷牙效果。
本发明提供的竖刷式电动牙刷,通过所述电动机、传动杆及拨杆组成的传动部,保证了高效的机械传动,使得所述拨杆可高速拨动及碰撞所述刷头的拨动部,从而所述刷毛在直线方向上高速振动,并具有较大的振动力矩及振动频率,达到有效清洁牙齿的目的,并可避免出现刷伤牙齦,造成牙齦出血,引起细菌感染、口腔发炎等,起到预防口腔疾病的发生,达到卫生、保健的作用,满足人们的使用要求。

请参阅图1,本发明第一实施例提供一种电动牙刷100,所述电动牙刷100包括刷头10及刷柄20,其中,所述刷头10固定于所述刷柄20上,所述刷柄20可来回拨动所述刷头10,以使所述刷头10沿预定方向做高速来回摆动。
在本发明实施例中,所述刷头10包括刷毛11和壳体12,所述刷毛11设置于所述壳体12上,所述壳体12可套设在所述刷柄20上,从而将所述刷头10固定于所述刷柄20上。其中,所述刷毛11上设置有一个拨动部,所述刷柄20可通过拨动所述拨动部使得所述刷毛11来回摆动。
在本发明实施例中,所述刷柄20包括电动机21、传动组件22及传动杆23,其中,所述电动机21与所述传动组件22机械连接,所述传动杆23的一端固定于所述传动组件22上,另一端设置于所述刷头10的壳体12内,并位
于所述刷毛12的拨动部附近,所述电动机21可通过所述传动组件22来驱动所述传动杆23作来回摆动,进而所述传动杆23拨动所述刷毛11的拨动部,使得所述刷毛11来回摆动。
具体地,请一并参阅图2及图3,在本发明实施例中,所述传动组件22包括主体部221、齿轮222、连接臂223及定位件224。其中,所述齿轮222呈圆柱体状,其周壁设置有锯齿状结构,且所述齿轮222的底部带有一个连杆225,其中,所述连杆225的一端固定于所述齿轮222的偏心位置(即所述连杆225的中心与所述齿轮222的中心不重合),另一端设置于所述主体部221上,且所述连杆225的另一端可在所述主体部221上移动,如所述连杆225的另一端可在所述主体部221的表面上做圆周运动。
需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中,所述主体部221上可设置一个圆盘2211,所述连杆225的一端可连接于所述圆盘2211上,并在所述圆盘2211上做圆周运动。
需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中,所述主体部221上可开设安装孔(图未示),所述圆盘2211设置于所述安装孔上的一侧,在所述安装孔的另一侧则设置有一个固定盖(图未示),所述固定盖可与所述圆盘2211相连接,从而将所述圆盘2211固定在所述主体部221上。
在本发明实施例中,所述主体部221上开设有第一定位孔2212,所述定位件224上开设有第二定位孔(图未标),所述第一定位孔2212对准所述第二定位孔,并令所述传动杆23依次穿过所述第二定位孔及第一定位孔2212,从而将所述主体部221、定位件224及传动杆23三者连接起来。其中,所述传动杆23的尺寸应与所述第二定位孔的孔径大致相等,以使得所述传动杆23
紧紧的固定在所述第二定位孔内而不会发生相对移动。所述第一定位孔2212的孔径则应该设置得比所述传动杆23的尺寸略大,从而所述传动杆23可在所述第一定位孔2212内形成摆动。
在本发明实施例中,所述连接臂223的两端分别开设有第一安装孔2231及第二安装孔2232,所述定位件224背离所述主体部221的一侧还设置有定位轴2242,所述齿轮222上的连杆225可穿过到所述第一安装孔2231,所述定位轴2242也可穿过所述第二安装孔2232,从而所述连接臂223将所述齿轮222与所述定位件224连接起来。
需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中,所述连接臂223可设计为带有弧度的臂,如此,可在所述连接臂223摆动过程中,减少所述连接臂223承受的应力。
需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中,在所述主体部221上还设置有限位件226,所述限位件226为一个空心的柱体,其固定于所述主体部221相对所述定位件124的另一侧,并具有限位孔。所述传动杆23在穿过所述第二定位孔和第一定位孔2212后,穿过所述限位件226,所述限位件226可用于将所述传动杆23限制在其限位孔内,防止所述传动杆23的摆动幅度过大或摆动方向发生偏离。
在本发明实施例中,所述电动机21可为一个马达,所述电动机21可带有一个转子,其中,所述转子可与所述齿轮222表面的锯齿结构互相啮合,如此,当所述电动机21启动时,所述转子将发生高速旋转,并带动所述齿轮222转动。
需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中,所述刷柄20还包括防护套24,所述防护套24可为一个隔热防水套,其套设在所述限位件226上,且所述传动杆
23可在穿过所述限位件226后再次穿过所述防护套24。由于所述防护套24具有弹性,因而其可紧紧贴在所述传动杆23的表面及所述限位件226的表面,如此,可防止刷牙时从刷头10进来的水通过所述传功杆23渗透到所述电动机21内,避免了所述电动机21由于进水而损坏。
在本发明实施例中,所述刷柄20还包括电池25,所述电池25可为一个可充电的电池,如锂电池等,所述电池25与所述电动机21电连接,并可为所述电动机21提供工作所需的电能。
在本发明实施例中,所述刷柄20还包括充电接口26,所述充电接口26与所述电池25电连接,所述充电接口26可在接收到外部的电源提供的电能后,为所述电池25充电,从而保证所述电池25可重复利用,提供了所述电动牙刷100的续航时间。
需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中,所述刷柄20还包括电路板,所述电路板与所述电动机21、充电接口26及所述电池25电连接,其可用于控制所述电动机21的启动或停止,并将所述充电接口26接收到的电能进行处理后发送给所述电池25,以对所述电池25进行充电。
需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中,所述刷柄20还包括固定外壳29,所述固定外壳29将所述电动机21、传动组件22、传动杆23、电池25及充电接口26等一系列元件容置与其内部,使得所述刷柄20形成一个整体,且所述固定外壳29还可放在这些内部的元器件受到外力的损坏或者水气灰尘等杂质的污染等。
请一并参阅图1至图3,使用时,启动开关按钮,所述电动机21开始工作,所述电动机21的转子做高速转动,由于所齿轮222与所述转子啮合,因
而所述齿轮222也做同步转动。此时,由于所述连杆225位于所述齿轮222的偏心位置,因而,其设置于所述主体部221上的另一端将做圆周运动,该圆周的半径与所述连杆225相对所述齿轮222的偏心位置有关。由于所述连接臂223连接在所述连杆225上,因而在所述连杆225做圆周运动时,所述连接臂223将做来回的摆动,摆动的方向大致沿所述连接臂223的臂长的延伸方向,进而所述定位件224带动所述传动杆23整体也做相应的摆动。所述传动杆23将这个摆动的动作传递到位于所述壳体11内的一端,并通过来回摆动拨动所述刷毛12的拨动部,进而使得所述刷毛12也做来回的往返摆动,其中,摆动的方向为在刷牙时与牙齿的生长方向一致的方向。由于本发明实施例的传动组件22使用了分摆的结构设计,而这种结构设计可以获得增力的效果,因而可获得较佳的清洁效果。例如,在电动机为5400转负载的情况下,可获得每分钟7300次甚至更高转速,即所述刷毛12的摆动频率更大。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供的电动牙刷100,通过所述齿轮222、连接臂223及定位件224形成一个分摆的增力结构,再利用这个分摆结构驱动所述传动杆23,使得所述传动杆23快速拨动所述刷毛11的拨动部,进而使得所述刷毛11快速摆动,从而可以更有效的清洁牙齿,达到好的刷牙效果。
请一并参阅图4及图5,本发明第二实施例提供一种竖刷式电动牙刷3100,所述竖刷式电动牙刷3100包括刷头310及传动部320,其中,所述刷头310包括刷毛311、固定部312及拨动部313,所述刷毛311设置于所述固定部312的一侧,所述拨动部313设置于所述固定部312的另一侧,且所述拨动部312上开设有开孔314。所述传动部320包括电动机321、传动杆322及拨杆323,
所述传动杆322的一端固定在所述电动机321上,另一端固定所述拨杆323,且所述拨杆323的自由端正好位于所述开孔314的两壁之间。所述电动机321工作时通过所述传动杆322带动所述拨杆323转动,所述拨杆323的自由端在转动时来回碰撞所述开孔314的两壁,进而带动所述刷毛311沿碰撞的方向作来回直线运动。
在本发明实施例中,所述刷毛311可按预设的排列方式排列在所述固定部312上,如所述刷毛311可排列成长方形或排列成一个圆形,相应的,所述固定部312可制作成长方形或圆形,本发明不做具体限定。
在本发明实施例中,所述拨动部313大致呈空心圆柱筒状,所述开孔314开设于所述拨动部313的周壁,并贯穿所述周壁,从而所述开孔313相对的两侧各有一个侧壁,且所述拨杆323的自由端在伸入所述刷头310后,正好位于所述开孔314的两个侧壁之间。可以理解的是,在本发明实施例中,所述开孔313的大小可根据实际需要进行设计,其中,当所述开孔313较小时,可使得所述拨杆323的自由端与所述拨杆323的两壁产生更多的碰撞,从而增大了刷毛311振动的力矩及振动频率。应当理解的是,在本发明其他实施例中,所述开孔314也可不贯穿所述周壁,如所述开孔314可仅开设于所述拨动部313的上半部分、下半部分或开设于所述周壁的中间,这些方案均在本发明的保护范围之内,在此不再赘述。
请一并参阅图6,在本发明实施例中,所述竖刷式电动牙刷3100还包括固定外壳330,所述固定外壳330为所述传动部320提供外壳保护及支撑结构,其中,所述固定外壳330还具有一容置腔331,所述容置腔331可用于放置所述刷头310的拨动部313。具体为,在所述拨动部313的空心区域内,还设置
有固定杆315,在所述容置腔331内还设置有一个固定管332,所述刷头310的固定杆315可插入所述固定管332内,从而将所述刷头10安装在所述固定外壳330上,其中,所述固定管332的半径应略大于所述固定杆315的半径,以保证所述刷头310整体可自由转动。
在本发明实施例中,所述传动杆322的两端可分别通过传动轴套或相应的传动结构与所述电动机321及拨杆323实现机械连接,从而所述电动机321可通过所述传动杆322带动所述拨杆323旋转。例如,所述电动机321可设置有转轴,并通过将装置嵌套在所述传动杆322的一端,以实现所述电动机321与所述传动杆322的传动连接,同样的,在所述传动杆322的另一端,所述拨杆323也可套设或嵌套在所述传动杆322上。
需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中,所述传动部320还包括拨杆固定件324,所述拨杆固定件324可呈圆柱体状,其中,所述拨杆固定件324的一端固定于所述传动杆322上,所述拨杆323则固定于所述拨杆固定件324的另一端,从而通过所述拨杆固定件324将所述拨杆23固定于所述传动杆322上。
请一并参阅图7,在本发明实施例中,所述拨杆323可伸入到所述容置腔331内,其中,为了控制所述拨杆323伸入所述容置腔331内的长度,所述拨杆固定件324上可设置有卡口3241,而在所述容置腔331与所述拨杆固定件324的连接处设置有卡合件(图未示),所述拨杆323及所述拨杆固定件324伸入到所述容置腔331内到预定的位置时,所述卡合件将卡在卡口3241上,从而所述拨杆固定件324不能继续伸入。其中,所述预定的位置是使所述拨杆323的自由端正好位于所述开孔314的两个侧壁之间的位置,从而所述拨杆323的自由端在转动时可碰撞到所述开孔314的两壁。
在本发明实施例中,所述拨杆323可为具有预定弧度的柔性杆,如所述拨杆323可由橡胶或塑料等材料制成,所述拨杆323的可通过注塑的方法固定在所述拨杆固定件324的圆心位置(或非圆心位置),另一端(即自由端)位于所述开孔314的两壁之间,其中,在注塑时,应使所述拨杆323形成预定的弧度。所述电动机321转动时,通过所述传动杆322带动所述拨杆323做360度旋转,由于所述拨杆323具有弧度,在旋转过程中,所述拨杆323的自由端的轨迹为一个圆周,其圆周半径由弧度决定,且所述拨杆323的自由端将与所述开孔314的两壁发送接触并碰撞,在碰撞过程中,所述拨杆323发生形变,并驱使所述刷头310整体沿碰撞的方向移动,其中,移动的距离由所述拨杆323的弧度及所述开孔314的尺寸共同决定。由于所述拨杆323是360度旋转的,因而在所述拨杆23的整个旋转过程中,所述拨杆23的自由端将与所述开孔314的两壁交替发送碰撞,进而所述刷头310沿碰撞的方向上来回做直线运动,其中,碰撞的方向(或运动的方向)即是进行竖刷式刷牙时的刷牙方向。
在本发明的其他实施例中,所述拨杆323还可为柔性杆,如所述拨杆323可由橡胶或塑料等材料制成,所述拨杆323可通过注塑的方法固定在所述拨杆固定件324的非圆心位置(类似偏心轮的结构),另一端(即自由端)位于所述开孔314的两个侧壁之间。所述电动机321转动时通过所述传动杆322带动所述拨杆323做360度旋转,由于所述拨杆323固定在所述拨杆固定件324的非圆心位置,因而其自由端的转动轨迹为一个圆周,该圆周的半径由该拨杆323与所述拨杆固定件324的圆心的距离决定。在旋转过程中,所述拨杆323的自由端将与所述开孔314的两个侧壁发送接触及碰撞,在碰撞过程中,所述拨杆323将驱使所述刷头310整体沿碰撞的方向移动,由于所述拨杆323是

需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中,在所述传动杆322与所述拨杆固定件324的连接处还设置有硅胶325,所述硅胶325可用于导热并将热量快速散发出,以防止在高速转动过程中在传动杆322与所述拨杆固定件324的连接处温度过高。
需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中,在所述传动杆322与所述电动机321的连接处还设置有防水件326,所述防水件326可为水封,其可防止刷牙时使用的水进入到所述电动机321内,而使所述电动机321损坏。
需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中,所述竖刷式电动牙刷3100还包括可充电电池340,所述可充电电池340设置于所述固定外壳330内,并与所述电动机321电连接,并向所述电动机321提供工作时所需的电能。
需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中,所述竖刷式电动牙刷3100还包括电源接口350,所述电源接口350设置于所述固定外壳330内,并与所述可充电电池340电连接,以通过外部电源对所述可充电电池340进行充电。
需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中,所述竖刷式电动牙刷3100还包括定位支架360,所述电动机321固定于所述定位支架360内。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供的竖刷式电动牙刷3100,通过所述电动机321、传动杆322及拨杆323组成的传动部320,保证了高效的机械传动,使得所述拨杆323可高速拨动及碰撞所述刷头310的拨动部313,从而所述刷毛311在直线方向上高速振动,并具有较大的振动力矩及振动频率,达到有效清
洁牙齿的目的,并可避免出现刷伤牙齦,造成牙齦出血,引起细菌感染、口腔发炎等,起到预防口腔疾病的发生,达到卫生、保健的作用,满足人们的使用要求。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明一些较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分流程,并依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属于发明所涵盖的范围。
Claims (19)
- 一种电动牙刷,其特征在于,包括刷头和刷柄,所述刷头安装于所述刷柄上,所述刷柄包括电动机、传动组件及传动杆,所述传动组件包括主体部、齿轮、连接臂及定位件;所述电动机的转子与所述齿轮啮合,所述齿轮上设置有连杆,所述连杆的一端固定于所述齿轮的偏心位置,另一端设置于所述主体部上;所述连接臂的一端设置于所述连杆上,另一端设置于所述定位件上,所述传动杆的一端贯穿所述定位件及所述主体部,并延伸至所述刷头。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述刷头包括刷毛和壳体,所述刷毛固定于所述壳体上,所述刷毛具有拨动部,且所述拨动部位于所述壳体内。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述主体部上开设有第一定位孔,所述定位件上设置有第二定位孔,所述传动杆的一端依次贯穿所述第二定位孔及第一定位孔后,延伸至所述刷头的壳体内,并贴近所述刷毛的拨动部。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述连接臂具有第一安装孔,所述连杆的另一端贯穿所述第一安装孔后,设置于所述主体部上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述连接臂还开设有第二安装孔,所述定位件具有定位轴,所述定位轴一端固定于所述定位件的主 体上,另一端贯穿所述第二安装孔后悬空。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述连接臂呈弧形。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述传动组件还包括限位件,所述限位件设置于所述主体部上与所述定位件相对的一侧,所述限位件上开设有限位孔,所述传动杆贯穿所述第二定位孔、第一定位孔后,贯穿所述限位孔。
- 根据权利要求7所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述电动牙刷还包括防护套,所述防护套套设于所述限位件上,所述传动杆贯穿所述第二定位孔、第一定位孔后及所述限位孔后,贯穿所述防护套,且所述防护套贴合所述传动杆及所述限位件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述电动牙刷还包括电源接口,所述电源接口与所述电动机电连接。
- 一种竖刷式电动牙刷,其特征在于,包括刷头及传动部,所述刷头包括刷毛、固定部及拨动部,所述刷毛设置于所述固定部的一侧,所述拨动部设置于所述固定部的另一侧,且所述拨动部上设置有开孔;所述传动部包括电动机、传动杆及拨杆,所述传动杆的一端固定在所述电动机上,另一端固定所述拨杆,其中,所述拨杆的自由端位于所述开孔的两壁之间,所述电动机通过所 述传动杆带动所述拨杆转动,所述拨杆的自由端在转动时交替碰撞所述开孔的两壁,进而带动所述刷毛沿碰撞的方向作来回直线运动。
- 根据权利要求10所述的竖刷式电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述电动机具有转轴,且所述转轴嵌入所述传动杆的一端。
- 根据权利要求10所述的竖刷式电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述拨动部呈空心圆柱筒状,所述开孔开设于所述拨动部的周壁,并贯穿所述周壁。
- 根据权利要求10所述的竖刷式电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述传动部还包括拨杆固定件,所述拨杆固定件的一端固定于所述传动杆上,所述拨杆固定于所述拨杆固定件的另一端。
- 根据权利要求13所述的竖刷式电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述拨杆固定件呈圆柱体状,所述拨杆为具有预定弧度的柔性杆,且所述拨杆固定于所述拨杆固定件的圆心位置。
- 根据权利要求13所述的竖刷式电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述拨杆固定件呈圆柱体状,所述拨杆为柔性杆,并固定于所述拨杆固定件的非圆心位置。
- 根据权利要求12所述的竖刷式电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述竖刷式电动牙刷还包括固定外壳,所述传动部设置于所述固定外壳内;所述固定外壳 还设置有容置腔,所述刷头的拨动部收容于所述容置腔内。
- 根据权利要求16所述的竖刷式电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述刷头还包括固定杆,所述固定杆设置于所述拨动部的空心区域内,所述容置腔内设置有固定管,所述拨动部安装于所述容置腔内,且所述固定杆套设于所述固定管内。
- 根据权利要求16所述的竖刷式电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述拨杆固定件上设置有卡口,所述容置腔内设置有卡合件,所述卡口卡住卡合件。
- 根据权利要求14所述的竖刷式电动牙刷,其特征在于,在所述传动杆与所述拨杆固定件的连接处还设置有硅胶;在所述传动杆与所述电动机的连接处还设置有防水件。
