现今的一些电子产品,例如智能手机、平板电脑等因为造价不菲,且这些电子产品容易因碰撞或者意外跌落而受到损害,因此消费者通常借用一保护套设置在电子产品的外周,用于保护电子产品,避免意外的损害。
但是现有的保护套有的材质太硬,塑性较小,因而在装设至电子产品上时会比较困难。有的甚至因为在装设的过程中就因受力过大而产生裂痕。而有的材质太软则会导致装设在电子产品上后不能牢固的与电子产品结合,容易脱落,而且较软的材质对于电子产品的保护作用不是很好。现有的技术中并没有一个较好的解决方案使该保护套令消费者满意。
【发明内容】
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种电子产品保护套,其可更加容易地与电子产品结合,又不致较为容易与电子产品脱落,以提高电子产品保护套的实用性及便利性。
一种电子产品保护套,用于套设在一电子产品外围以保护该电子产品,该电子产品保护套包括用于围设电子产品外围的第一护套,以及围设在第一护套外围的第二护套,其中第二护套的硬度大于第一护套的硬度。

请同时参考图1、图2和图3,该第一护套10包括首尾连接的四个侧壁11、12、13、14,侧壁11、12、13、14内表面用于贴设智能手机(图未示)的外围,侧壁11、12、13、14外表面形成一连续的沟槽15,该第二护套20的至少一部分嵌入该沟槽15内从而与第一护套10结合。
另外,该第一护套10的一侧壁11上对应电子产品上的一按钮,例如电源开关键,形成向外凸设的凸起110。该凸起110用于对应保护电子产品上的按钮,防止多次重复使用该按钮以对该按钮造成磨损。
该第一护套10的另一相对的侧壁13上还对应电子产品上的接口形成通孔130。电子产品上的接口例如数据线接口、耳机接口等可通过该第一护套10上的通孔130露出。
该第一护套10的另一侧壁14上还对应电子产品上的按钮,例如锁屏键和音量键,形成开槽140。该电子产品上的锁屏键和音量键等按钮可通过该开槽140露出,以方便相应的操作。
该第二护套20包括首尾连接的四个侧壁21、22、23、24,该第二护套20的四个侧壁21、22、23、24嵌入第一护套10上形成的沟槽15中,因而使第二护套20与第一护套10能较为牢固的结合在一起。
该第二护套20的一侧壁21上形成开孔210,并对应第一护套10上的凸起110,用于供凸起110穿设通过。
该第二护套20的一相对的侧壁23上形成通孔230,并与第一护套10上的通孔130相对应,用于露出电子产品上的接口。
该第二护套20的另一侧壁24上对应第一护套10上的开槽140,也形成对应的开槽240,并与电子产品上的按钮例如锁屏键和音量键等对应。
为了更好的保护电子产品的音量键,该电子产品保护套还在第一护套10和第二护套20之间设置音量键护套30。该音量键护套30包括一个底座31及设置在底座31上的两个按键32。该音量键护套30的底座31盖设在第一护套10的侧壁14上的开槽140处,两个按键32由第二护套20的开槽240处露出至第二护套20外。
进一步地,该第一护套10的厚度大于智能手机的厚度,因而第一护套10围设在智能手机的外围时,第一护套10的侧壁11、12、13、14的相对两个边缘凸设在智能手机屏幕或者底盖上,如此智能手机放置在桌面等平台上时,是第一护套10的侧壁11、12、13、14与桌面等这些平台直接接触,因而不会对智能手机屏幕或者底盖造成磨损,可更好的保护智能手机。
该第二护套20的厚度小于第一护套10的厚度,具体可为第一护套10的沟槽15的宽度。该第二护套20的厚度也可与智能手机的厚度相同或大致相同。
参考图5,本发明提供的另一实施例中,与图1所示实施例的区别在于,在所述电子产品保护套所套设的电子产品背面所处的平面上还具有用于插设卡片的卡位,所述卡位是将一方形护片33固定在所述第一护套10或第二护套20的两个或三个侧壁上而形成。护片33是布片、皮革片、透明或不透明的塑胶片,所述卡位的厚度约为1mm。
参考图6,护片33边缘固定于第一护套10和电子产品01之间。第一护套10内侧设有胶粘层,所述护片33的两端粘附到所述胶粘层。
参考图7,护片33边缘固定于第一护套10和电子产品之间。护片33在与第一护套10连接的两端设有第一限位凸起,相应的,第一护套10设有收容限位凸起的第一限位凹槽。
参考图8,护片33边缘固定于第一护套10和第二护套20之间。护片33的两端粘连在第一护套10与第二护套20之间。
参考图9,护片33边缘固定于第一护套10和第二护套20之间。护片33在与第一护套10连接的两端设有第二限位凸起,相应的,第一护套10设有收容第二限位凸起的第二限位凹槽。
参考图10,护片33边缘固定于第一护套10和第二护套20之间。护片33在与第一护套10连接的两端设有第三限位凹槽,相应的,第一护套10设有收容于第三限位凹槽的第三限位凸起。
护片33可通过粘连的方式将护片33的两端粘在第一护套10的内侧,也可夹塑于第一护套10和第二护套20之间。所述卡位的厚度约为1mm。护片可以是布片、皮革片、透明或不透明的塑胶片。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,如对各个实施例中的不同特征进行组合等,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种电子产品保护套,用于套设在一电子产品外围以保护该电子产品,其特征在于该电子产品保护套包括用于围设电子产品外围的第一护套,以及围设在第一护套外围的第二护套,其中第二护套的硬度大于第一护套的硬度。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于:该第一护套包括首尾连接的四个侧壁,侧壁内表面用于贴设电子产品的外围,侧壁外表面形成一连续的沟槽,该第二护套的至少一部分嵌入该沟槽内从而与第一护套结合。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于:该第二护套包括首尾连接的四个侧壁,该第二护套的四个侧壁嵌入第一护套上形成的沟槽中。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于:该第一护套的侧壁上对应电子产品上的按钮形成向外凸设的凸起,该第二护套的侧壁上对应第一护套上的凸起形成开孔,用于供凸起穿设通过。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于:该第一护套的相对另一侧壁上对应电子产品上的接口形成通孔,该第二护套相应的相对另一侧壁上亦对应电子产品上的接口形成通孔。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于:该第一护套的另一侧壁上对应电子产品上的按钮形成开槽,该第二护套的相应另一侧壁上亦对应电子产品上的按钮形成开槽。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于:还包括设置在第一护套与第二护套之间的音量键护套,该音量键护套包括底座及设置在底座上的两个按键,该底座盖设在第一保护套上的开槽处,两个按键由第二护套的开槽处露出至第二护套外。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于:该第一护套的厚度大于电子产品的厚度。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于:该第二护套的厚度等于电子产品的厚度。
  10. 权利要求1-9项中任意一项所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于:该第一护套由塑料制成,该第二护套由金属制成;或者该第一护套由软质塑料制成,该第二护套由硬质塑料制成 。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于:在所述电子产品保护套所套设的电子产品背面所处的平面上还设有用于插设卡片的卡位,所述卡位是将一方形护片固定在第一护套或第二护套的两个或三个侧壁上而形成。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于:在所述固定方形护片的第一或第二护套的侧壁上设有胶粘层,所述护片粘附在所述胶粘层。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于:所述护片在与第一或第二护套的侧壁相固定的位置设有限位凸起,相应的,在第一或第二护套的侧壁上设有收容所述限位凸起的限位凹槽。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于:所述护片在与第一或第二护套的侧壁相固定的位置设有限位凹槽,相应的,在第一或第二护套的侧壁上设有收容所述限位凹槽的限位凸起。
  15. 如权利要求11-14任意一项所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于:所述护片是布片、皮革片、透明或不透明的塑胶片。
  16. 如权利要求10所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于:在所述电子产品保护套所套设的电子产品背面所处的平面上还设有用于插设卡片的卡位,所述卡位由两端分别固定在第一护套与第二护套之间的护片而形成。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于:所述护片的两端粘连在第一护套与第二护套之间。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于:所述护片在与第一或第二护套相固定的位置设有限位凸起,相应的,在第一或第二护套上设有收容所述限位凸起的限位凹槽。
  19. 如权利要求16所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于:所述护片在与第一或第二护套相固定的位置设有限位凹槽,相应的,在第一或第二护套的上设有收容所述限位凹槽的限位凸起。
  20. 如权利要求16-19任意一项所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于:所述护片是布片、皮革片、透明或不透明的塑胶片。
