Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine dualhärtende, lösungsmittelfreie Einkomponenten- Masse zur Verwendung für das Verkleben, Vergießen, Abdichten und Beschichten von Substraten, insbesondere von elektronischen Bauteilen. Die Masse besteht aus (A)30 bis 60 Gew.-% einer mindestens difunktionellen epoxidhaltigen Verbindung, (B)5 bis 35 Gew.-% einer Hybridverbindung, die mindestens eine Isocyanatgruppe und zugleich mindestens eine radikalisch polymerisierbare Gruppe trägt, (C)5 bis 40 Gew.-% eines latenten Härters auf Basis von Stickstoffverbindungen, die zur Additionsvernetzung der epoxidhaltigen Verbindung geeignet sind, (D)0,2 bis 5 Gew.-% eines durch Bestrahlung mit Licht zur Radikalbildung fähigen Photoinitiators, jeweils bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Komponenten (A) bis (D); sowie wahlweise (E)0bis 80 Gew.-% Modifikatoren, ausgewählt aus mindestens einer der Gruppen der Füllstoffe, Farbstoffe, Pigmente, Stabilisatoren, Feuchtigkeit bindenden Mittel, Beschleuniger, Fließverbesserer, Benetzungsmittel, Thixotropierungsmittel, Verdünnungsmittel und polymeren Verdickungsmittel, jeweils bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Masse. Die Masse zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass sie nach einer Lichthärtung durch radikalische Photopolymerisation oberflächentrocken ist.
