Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態における自動車1の全体構成の一例を示す側面図である。自動車1は、図1に示すように、主として、略箱形の車体11と、フロントドア12と、スライドドア14と、を有しており、乗用車または貨物自動車として使用される。なお、図1および以降の各図には、それらの方向関係を明確にするため、必要に応じて前後方向、左右方向、および上下方向を示す座標軸が付されている。
図2および図3は、それぞれスライドドア14の閉鎖位置P1および開放位置P2における給電用配索構造20の一例を示す側面図である。給電用配索構造20は、スライドドア14の進退動作を妨げることなく、ワイヤーハーネス22に無理な負荷がかかることを防止する。図2および図3に示すように、給電用配索構造20は、主として、スライドドア側固定装置30と、渡り部40と、車体側固定装置50と、を有している。
図4は、揺動部35の構成の一例を示す側面図である。図5および図6は、関節部36の構成の一例を示す側面図である。図7は、給電用配索構造20の一例を示す正面図である。図2から図4、および図7に示すように、スライドドア側固定装置30は、主として、基部31と、付勢部32と、揺動部35と、を有している。
以上のように、本実施の形態の給電用配索構造20は、スライドドア14の内装パネル17およびワイヤー保護管21の干渉、並びに搭載領域17aに搭載された電装品および揺動部35の干渉、を防止できる。そのため、給電用配索構造20は、良好なスライドドアの開閉動作を実現することができる。
以上、本発明の実施の形態について説明してきたが、本発明は上記実施の形態に限定されるものではなく様々な変形が可能である。

- (a) 保護管と、

(c) スライドドア側に設けられており、前記保護管の一端側を固定しつつ前記スライドドア付近における前記保護管の移動範囲を規制するスライドドア側固定装置と、
(d) 車体側に設けられており、前記保護管の他端側を固定する車体側固定装置と、
を備え、
前記スライドドア側固定装置は、
(c-1) 前記保護管を案内しつつ、前記スライドドア内に固定される基部と、
(c-2) 前記保護管を案内しつつ、前記基部に対して第1回転軸を中心に揺動する揺動部と、
(c-3) 蓄積された弾性エネルギーによって、前記揺動部を付勢方向に回転させる付勢部と、
を有し、
前記揺動部は、
前記保護管を案内しつつ、前記揺動部に作用する力に応じて屈曲する関節部、
を有し、
前記揺動部の長さ方向に沿った中心線は、前記揺動部の先端位置と前記第1回転軸とにより定義される第1平面を挟んで、前記付勢方向側の領域に位置しており、
前記スライドドアの開放動作時および閉鎖動作時において、前記揺動部が揺動し、前記関節部が屈曲することによって、前記揺動部の前記先端は、前記スライドドアの外部に突出することを特徴とする給電用配索構造。 - 請求項1に記載の給電用配索構造において、

前記揺動部が、前記スライドドアの閉鎖動作により前記保護管から張力を受けることによって、前記付勢部は、前記張力に応じた前記弾性エネルギーを蓄積することを特徴とする給電用配索構造。
