特許文献3に記載のものは、咬合した雄、雌のチャック部分の咬合部を切り取りや加熱・圧縮により平坦にフィルム状に除去し、ジッパーテープに咬合部除去部を形成する。このジッパーテープを2枚重ねの袋体フィルムの間に送り出し、ジッパーテープを袋体フィルムに接着する。この後、袋体フィルムを送り出し方向に対して直行する方向に、ジッパーテープの咬合部除去部の位置でヒートシールした後に切断し、ジッパーテープ付包装袋を製造する構成が採られている。
一方、特許文献2に記載のように、フィルムにジッパーテープを取り付けた後に咬合部をつぶす構成では、温度が低いと咬合部が十分に潰れず、温度が高いとフィルムにピンホールが生じるなど、温度設定や加圧状態の制御が煩雑である。また、つぶした樹脂部分が他に流れる状態となるので、フィルムのヒートシールする部分以外に流れ出ることによるシール不良や外観が損なわれる不都合などを生じるおそれもある。特に、フィルムにアルミ層を含む構成の場合、つぶしシールの部分のアルミ層がひび割れるなどの不都合が生じやすいので、アルミ層を有しない包装袋など用途が限られる不都合がある。
以下、本発明の第1実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
第1実施形態では、ジッパーテープ付包装袋(以下「包装袋」と略記する)として、食品、薬品、医療品、雑貨等の各種物品を包装するための包装袋を例示する。
図1は、第1実施形態における包装袋を示す平面図である。図2は、第1実施形態における包装袋の断面図である。
図1,2に示すように、包装袋1は、包装袋用フィルムである一枚の基材フィルム10に、雄側咬合部21Aを有する雄側テープとしての雄側帯状部材21と、雌側咬合部22Aを有する雌側テープとしての雌側帯状部材22とが、それぞれ接着されている。雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22Aが咬合可能で咬合により咬合部23が構成される。そして、これら雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22により、ジッパーテープ2が構成されている。
基材フィルム10は、一方の基材端部11が他方の基材端部11に重ね合わされたボトムシール部17を有している。
また、基材フィルム10の両側端部には、互いの基材フィルム10がヒートシールされたサイドシール部13がそれぞれ設けられている。これらサイドシール部13間には、ボトムシール部17に対して反対側の開口縁に沿って雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22が配設されている。
さらに、サイドシール部13に位置する雌側帯状部材22には、後述する図4に示すように欠落部25が設けられている。この欠落部25により、雌側咬合部22Aはサイドシール部13の位置でほぼ除去され、雌側咬合部22Aによる凹凸がないことからサイドシール部13で良好に密封される。
なお、雌側咬合部22Aの一部は、サイドシール部13の位置に掛かる状態で欠落部25が設けられる必要がある。この構成により、雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22Aが咬合した状態で、後述する収容空間14内の収納物を確実に封止できる。
基材フィルム10は、その内面10Aには、雄側帯状部材21、雌側帯状部材22がヒートシールされている。
基材フィルム10は、包装袋用材料であれば特に限定されず、厚み寸法が10μm以上200μm以下であることが好ましい。
ここで、厚み寸法が10μm未満であると、シール強度、袋強度が弱くなる場合がある。一方、厚み寸法が200μmを超えると、袋の開封がしにくくなる場合がある。
さらに、基材フィルム10は、単層構造でも多層構造でもよい。
雌側帯状部材22も同様に、雌側帯状基部22Bを有し、この雌側帯状基部22Bの収容空間14側の面には、雄側咬合部21Aに咬合可能なリブ状の雌側咬合部22Aが突設されている。
雄側帯状基部21Bおよび雌側帯状基部22Bの幅寸法は、2mm以上50mm以下とすることが好ましく、5mm以上20mm以下とすることがより好ましい。
ここで、幅寸法が2mm未満であると、掴み部が少なくなり、掴みにくくなる場合がある。一方、幅寸法が50mmを超えると袋サイズに比べジッパーテープ部分が大きく不細工になる場合がある。
雄側帯状基部21Bおよび雌側帯状基部22Bの厚み寸法は、50μm以上500μm以下とすることが好ましく、100μm以上200μm以下とすることがより好ましい。
次に、包装袋1を製造する製造装置について図面を参照して説明する。
図3は、包装袋の製造装置を示す斜視図である。図4は、ジッパーテープ部材に欠落部を設けた状況を示す斜視図である。
そして、この製造装置9の次工程として、形成された包装袋1に図示しない内容物を充填する充填装置(図示せず)が備えられている。
ジッパーテープ部材211の操出は、例えば連続的に一定速度で繰り出す構成に限らず、間欠的に繰り出す構成とするなど、いずれの操出方法を適用できる。
なお、図3は、説明の都合上、一対のテープ操出装置31のうちの一方のみを示す。
すなわち、サイドシール部13の位置に対応する所定間隔で、欠落部25を形成する。
なお、打ち抜き装置32は、プレス加工に限らず、熱潰しや切除など、少なくとも雌側咬合部22Aを除去するいずれの構成を利用することができる。
シールバー82は、基材フィルム10の基材端部11をヒートシールしてボトムシール部17を形成する。
サイドシールバー84は、基材フィルム10の基材端部11をヒートシールしてサイドシール部13を形成する。
切断部75は、サイドシール部13の中間位置で切断して、ボトムシール部17とサイドシール部13との三方がヒートシールされた包装袋1を切り出す。
次に、製造装置9を用いた包装袋1の製造方法について説明する。
包装袋1の製造方法は、雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22を繰り出すテープ操出工程と、雌側帯状部材22にのみ欠落部25を打ち抜き形成する欠落部形成工程としての打ち抜き工程と、ジッパーテープ2を基材フィルム10に接着させるジッパーテープ取付工程と、基材フィルム10から包装袋1を形成させる製袋工程と、などを実施する。
そして、打ち抜き工程で、繰り出された雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22Aのうちの雌側咬合部22Aのみに、金型321により所定間隔で欠落部25を打ち抜き形成する。
この後、さらに繰り出された雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22Aを、再咬合部37の咬合ローラ371間で雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22を挟み込んで再咬合させる。
この後、製袋工程で、シールバー82により基材フィルム10の基材端部11をヒートシールしてボトムシール部17を形成し、サイドシールバー84は、基材フィルム10の基材端部11をヒートシールしてサイドシール部13を形成する。そして、切断部75により、サイドシール部13の中間位置で切断し、ボトムシール部17とサイドシール部13との三方がヒートシールされた包装袋1を切り出す。
そして、得られた包装袋1に、図示しない充填装置により、内容物が所定量投入され、包装袋1内に内容物を充填する。
上記実施形態では、雌側帯状部材22にのみ長手方向の所定間隔で雌側咬合部22Aが除去された欠落部25を設けている。
このため、雄側咬合部21Aと雌側咬合部22Aとの長さ方向でのずれが生じても、欠落部25の位置ずれが生じることはなく、欠落部25の位置で基材フィルム10にサイドシール部13を形成できる。このため、熱溶着位置のサイドシール部13の位置までジッパーテープ2の良好な封止状態が得られるとともに、欠落部25により咬合部23の厚さ寸法が抑えられることにより、例えばアルミ層が破けるなどの基材フィルム10の特性を損なうことを防止できる。さらに、再咬合部37により雄側咬合部21Aと雌側咬合部22Aとを咬合させる際に、欠落部25のない雄側咬合部21Aが咬合のガイドとなり、確実な咬合状態が容易に得られ、容易に製袋できる。
このため、欠落部25の縁に位置する雌側咬合部22Aの一部が、ヒートシール時に潰される際、大半が欠落部25に流れる状態となり、サイドシール部13の位置で肉厚となることをより抑制できる。したがって、ジッパーテープ2による確実な封止状態が得られるとともに、仮に基材フィルム10としてアルミ層を有する積層フィルムを用いる場合でも、肉厚差が少なくなるので、アルミ層のひび割れも防止でき、良好に製袋できる。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
図5は、第2実施形態における包装袋を示す平面図である。
この第2実施形態は、第1実施形態におけるボトムシール部17に代えてトップシール部12を備えた包装袋3を、縦ピロー式の製袋方法にて製造するものである。
なお、この第2実施形態では、第1実施形態と同一または類似の構成については、同一の符号を付して説明を省略または簡略化する。
図5に示すように、包装袋3は、包装袋用フィルムである一枚の基材フィルム10に、雄側咬合部21Aを有する雄側テープとしての雄側帯状部材21と、雌側咬合部22Aを有する雌側テープとしての雌側帯状部材22とが、それぞれ接着されている。雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22Aが咬合可能で咬合により咬合部23が構成される。そして、これら雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22により、ジッパーテープ2が構成されている。
基材フィルム10は、一方の基材端部11が他方の基材端部11に重ね合わされたトップシール部12を有している。
また、基材フィルム10の両側端部には、互いの基材フィルム10がヒートシールされたサイドシール部13がそれぞれ設けられている。これらサイドシール部13間には、トップシール部12に沿って雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22が配設されている。
さらに、サイドシール部13に位置する雌側帯状部材22には、後述する図7に示すように欠落部25が設けられている。
基材フィルム10は、その内面10Aには、雄側帯状部材21、雌側帯状部材22がヒートシールされている。
図6は、第2実施形態における包装袋の製造装置を示す斜視図である。図7は、ジッパーテープ部材に欠落部を設けた状況を示す斜視図である。
製造装置4は、図6に示すように、いわゆる縦ピロー式で、ジッパーテープ部材311を送り出すテープ操出装置31と、ジッパーテープ部材311に欠落部25を打ち抜き形成する打ち抜き装置32(図7参照)と、ジッパーテープ部材311を雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22に分離する分離装置33と、雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22を基材フィルム10に接着させるジッパーテープ接着装置34と、基材フィルム10から包装袋3を形成させる製袋装置35と、などを備えている。
ここで、ジッパーテープ部材311は、図7に示すように、長手帯状のテープ313に雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22Aが長手方向に沿ってリブ状に一対突設されて形成されている。すなわち、ジッパーテープ部材311は、雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22が幅方向の一面側で並列に連設された形状に構成されている。
このジッパーテープ部材311の操出は、例えば連続的に一定速度で繰り出す構成に限らず、間欠的に繰り出す構成とするなど、いずれの操出方法を適用できる。
すなわち、サイドシール部13の位置に対応する所定間隔で、欠落部25を形成する。
なお、打ち抜き装置32は、プレス加工に限らず、雌側咬合部22Aのみを除去するいずれの構成を利用することができる。また、打ち抜き装置32は、後述する分離装置33の後工程、すなわち分離装置33でジッパーテープ部材311を雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22Aに切断後に、第1実施形態と同様に雌側咬合部22Aのみに欠落部25を設ける構成としてもよい。
分離装置33は、テープ操出装置31から繰り出され打ち抜き装置32で欠落部25が形成されたジッパーテープ部材311を、幅方向における雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22A間で切断部材331により切断し、雄側咬合部21Aを有する雄側帯状部材21および雌側咬合部22Aを有する雌側帯状部材22に分離形成する。
切断部材331は、例えば固定刃で構成してもよいし、回転刃で構成してもよい。
なお、ジッパーテープ部材311の切断位置としては、幅方向における雄側咬合部21Aと雌側咬合部22Aとの中央で切断することが、後工程での雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22の位置決めなどの際に好適である。
ジッパーテープ接着装置34は、フィルム巻取ロール101から繰り出される基材フィルム10の長手方向となる操出方向の両側に、位置決めガイド部341により両側縁に沿う状態で雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22をそれぞれ位置決めする。そして、ジッパーテープ接着装置34は、第1ヒートシール部により、位置決めした雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22を基材フィルム10にそれぞれヒートシールする。
なお、位置決めガイド部341は、図6に示すような雄側咬合部21Aや雌側咬合部22Aに対応する凹部を周面に有したローラ343を用いる場合に限らず、基材フィルム10と雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22とを繰り出しつつ位置決め可能ないずれの構成を利用できる。
また、基材フィルム10への接着としては、ヒートシールに限らず、超音波による溶着、接着剤などを用いた接着など、各種方法を利用できる。
円筒フォーマ351は、中空に形成され、内部空間を通して、包装袋3に内容物Xを投入する。
咬合部材353は、円筒フォーマ351に基材フィルム10が巻回されて両側が重ね合わされることで対向する雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22Aを咬合させる。
次に、製造装置4を用いた包装袋3の製造方法について説明する。
包装袋3の製造方法は、ジッパーテープ部材311を繰り出すテープ操出工程と、ジッパーテープ部材311の雌側帯状部材22にのみ欠落部25を打ち抜き形成する欠落部形成工程としての打ち抜き工程と、ジッパーテープ2を基材フィルム10に接着させるジッパーテープ取付工程と、基材フィルム10から包装袋3を形成させる製袋工程と、などを実施する。
そして、打ち抜き工程で、繰り出されたジッパーテープ部材311の雌側帯状部材22のみに、金型321により所定間隔で欠落部25を打ち抜き形成する。
この後、繰り出され打ち抜きされたジッパーテープ部材311を、切断部材331を用いて雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22に分離する。
そして、分離した雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22を、ジッパーテープ取付工程で、位置決めガイド部341により繰り出される基材フィルム10の両側部に、雄側帯状基部21Bおよび雌側帯状基部22Bを位置決めする。この状態で、第1ヒートシール部により、位置決めした雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22を基材フィルム10にそれぞれヒートシールする。
ここで、ヒートシールする位置は、あらかじめ雌側帯状部材22に設けられた欠落部25の位置である。このヒートシールの際、ジッパーテープ2による確実な封止状態が得られるように、欠落部25の縁に位置する雌側咬合部22Aの一部もヒートシールする。このヒートシールにて潰される雌側咬合部22Aは、大半が隣接する欠落部25に流れる状態となり、サイドシール部13の位置で肉厚となることが抑制される。すなわち、確実な封止状態を得るために一部の雌側咬合部22Aを潰す必要があるが、その潰す分の樹脂は、打ち抜き形成された欠落部25内に流れる状態となる。このため、サイドシール部13の位置でのジッパーテープ2が位置する部分と位置しない部分との肉厚の差が大きくなることが抑制される。
さらに、他方のサイドシール部13を形成して内容物Xを封入し、サイドシール部13の中間位置で切断し、包装袋3内に内容物Xを充填する。
上記第2実施形態では、雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22を幅方向で並列に連設された一体のジッパーテープ部材311の雌側帯状部材22のみ、長手方向で所定間隔に欠落部25を設けている。
このため、第1実施形態と同様に、熱溶着位置のサイドシール部13の位置までジッパーテープ2の良好な封止状態が得られるとともに、欠落部25によりサイドシール部13での除去された分の厚さ寸法が抑えられることにより、例えばアルミ層が破けるなどの基材フィルム10の特性を損なうことを防止できる。さらに、製袋工程で、欠落部25のない雄側咬合部21Aが咬合のガイドとなるので、雄側咬合部21Aと雌側咬合部22Aとの確実な咬合状態が容易に得られ、容易に製袋できる。
このため、幅広な状態で欠落部25を加工形成することができ、加工時の応力にて雌側帯状部材22が切断するなどの不都合を生じることなく、容易に欠落部25を設けることができる。
このため、雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22に作用する引っ張り力などが比較的に小さく、欠落部25を有した後に切断する構成でも雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22が延びるなどの不都合を防止できる。したがって、雌側帯状部材22に設けた欠落部25とサイドシール部13との位置ずれが生じず、欠落部25の位置で適切にヒートシールできる。
次に、本発明の第3実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
図8は、第3実施形態における包装袋の製造装置を示す斜視図である。図9は、ジッパーテープ部材に欠落部を設けた状況を示す斜視図である。
この第3実施形態は、第2実施形態と同様に縦ピロー式の製袋方法に関するもので、第2実施形態におけるジッパーテープ部材311を切断部材331により切断する構成に代えて、ジッパーテープ部材411を幅方向で二分する状態に引き裂くものである。
なお、この第3実施形態では、上記各実施形態と同一または類似の構成については、同一の符号を付して説明を省略または簡略化する。
第3実施形態の製造装置5は、第2実施形態における分離装置33に代えて引き裂く分離装置43とし、第2実施形態におけるジッパーテープ接着装置34に代えて分離装置43で得られたジッパーテープ2を基材フィルム10にヒートシールするジッパーテープ接着装置44とした構成となっている。
また、ジッパーテープ部材411は、図9に示すように、第2実施形態におけるジッパーテープ部材311の雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22A間に、長手方向に沿って肉薄部412が形成されている。なお、肉薄部412に代えて、いわゆるミシン目のような切り取り点線状の目打ち部を設けたり、肉薄部412と目打ち部とを併用したりしてもよい。
具体的には、分離装置43は、図8に示すように、ジッパーテープ部材411を挟み込む一対の挾持ローラ431と、挾持ローラ431の操出方向の下流側に位置して分離された雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22がそれぞれ掛け渡される引き裂きローラ432と、引き裂きローラ432の下流側に位置して雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22Aが対向する状態に雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22が掛け渡される位置決めローラ433と、位置決めローラ433の下流側に位置して雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22Aを咬合させる一対の咬合ローラ434と、などを備えている。
引き裂きローラ432は、ジッパーテープ部材411の長手方向の両側に、厚さ方向で反対方向に張力を作用させ、肉薄部412の位置で雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22に引き裂く状態に離間して配設されている。
なお、引き裂きローラ432は、引き裂いた雄側帯状部材21または雌側帯状部材22を反転させて雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22Aが向き合う状態で、雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22がそれぞれ掛け渡される構成となっている。
ここで、雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22の一方のみを反転させる場合に限らず、双方を反対方向に90°ねじる状態として雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22Aを向き合わせる構成としてもよい。この構成によれば、雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22の双方に同等のねじれが作用するので、操出状態に差が生じることを確実に防止でき、ジッパーテープ2を良好に接着できる。
なお、咬合させずに、後工程のジッパーテープ接着装置44で、雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22をそれぞれ基材フィルム10に接着してもよい。
さらに、第2実施形態と同様に、分離装置43で雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22に分離した後に、雌側帯状部材22のみに欠落部25を設けてもよい。
ジッパーテープ接着装置44は、フィルム巻取ロール101から繰り出され製袋装置45の円筒フォーマ351に巻かれた基材フィルム10の操出方向の両側で重なり合う部分間に、分離装置43から繰り出されるジッパーテープ2を介在させる。この後、第2ヒートシール部442にて、ジッパーテープ2を基材フィルム10にヒートシールする。
なお、ジッパーテープ接着装置34と同様に、ヒートシールに限らず、超音波による溶着、接着剤などを用いた接着など、各種方法を利用できる。
次に、製造装置5を用いた包装袋3の製造方法について説明する。
第3実施形態では、繰り出され打ち抜きされたジッパーテープ部材411を、分離工程で肉薄部412の位置で引き裂く状態に雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22に分離する。さらに、雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22Aを咬合させて一対のジッパーテープ2とする。
そして、第2実施形態と同様に、接着工程で、ジッパーテープ2を、円筒フォーマ351に巻き付けた基材フィルム10の両側部に接着し、製袋する。
上記第3実施形態では、ジッパーテープ部材411の雌側帯状部材22にのみ欠落部25を設けてから雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22に分離する構成のため、第2実施形態と同様に、基材フィルム10の特性を損なうことなく良好な封止状態が容易に得られる。
また、分離装置43として、ジッパーテープ部材411に設けられた肉薄部412の位置で引き裂く引き裂きローラ432を備えた構成としたため、第2実施形態で示した切断部材331を用いる場合と比べて、部材交換に伴うメンテメンスが不要で、製造性を向上できる。
次に、本発明の第4実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
図10は、第4実施形態における包装袋を示す平面図である。図11は、第4実施形態における包装袋の断面図である。
この第4実施形態は、第2実施形態における円筒フォーマ351を備えた製袋装置35に代えて、後述する図12に示すように、回転ドラム641を備えたジッパーテープ接着装置64を用いたものである。
なお、この第4実施形態では、上記各実施形態と同一または類似の構成については、同一の符号を付して説明を省略または簡略化する。
図10,11に示すように、包装袋6は、一枚の基材フィルム10に、雄側咬合部21Aを有する雄側帯状部材21と、雌側咬合部22Aを有する雌側帯状部材22と、これらの間に配置され、雄側咬合部21Aと雌側咬合部22Aとを咬合可能に折り曲げる薄肉状の折曲部231を幅方向中央部に有する折曲部材24と、が別体で設けられ、所定間隔を空けて並んで接着されている。これらの雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22により、ジッパーテープ2が構成されている。
基材フィルム10は、一方の基材端部11が他方の基材端部11に重ね合わされた背貼部16を有している。
また、基材フィルム10の両側端部には、互いの基材フィルム10がヒートシールされたサイドシール部13がそれぞれ設けられている。これらサイドシール部13間には、雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22が配設されている。
そして、基材フィルム10には、背貼部16およびサイドシール部13により収容空間14が形成されている。また、基材フィルム10の底部には、ガゼット15が形成されている。
次に、包装袋6を製造する製造装置について図面を参照して説明する。
図12は、第4実施形態における包装袋の製造装置を示す斜視図である。
この第4実施形態についても、分離装置33で分離した後の雌側帯状部材22のみに欠落部25を設けてもよい。
回転ドラム641には、雄側咬合部21Aを導入案内する第一の溝部641Aと、雌側咬合部22Aを導入案内する第二の溝部641Bとが、それぞれ周方向に沿って設けられている。
各溝部641A,641Bは、雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22をそれぞれ収納可能な大きさを有する断面形状が略矩形状とされ、その底面が回転ドラム641の周面と略平行であり、その互いに対向する側面は雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22の突出寸法と略同じ長さで形成されている。
第一の溝部641Aおよび第二の溝部641Bは、雄側帯状基部21Bおよび雌側帯状基部22B間に折曲部材24が所定の間隙を介して配置され、折曲部材24の折曲部231により雄側咬合部21Aと雌側咬合部22Aとが咬合が可能となるように、雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22Aを導入案内可能に設けられている。
なお、回転ドラム641は、軸方向が水平方向となる状態に支持部材により支持されていることが好ましい。これは、雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22を基材フィルム10上の所定位置に位置決めしやすくなるためである。
製造装置7を用いた包装袋6の製造方法について説明する。
包装袋6の製造方法は、ジッパーテープ部材311を繰り出すテープ操出工程と、ジッパーテープ部材311の雌側帯状部材22のみに欠落部25を打ち抜き形成する打ち抜き工程と、ジッパーテープ部材311を雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22に分離する分離工程と、ジッパーテープ2を基材フィルム10に接着させる接着工程と、基材フィルム10から包装袋6を形成させる製袋工程と、などを実施する。
さらに、雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22は、フィルム巻取ロール101から引き出された基材フィルム10と重ね合わされた状態で、ジッパーテープ接着装置64に送られる。この基材フィルム10と重ね合わせる際、雄側帯状基部21Bおよび雌側帯状基部22B間に、折曲部材24を所定の間隙を介して配置させ、雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22とともに折曲部材24を基材フィルム10に重ね合わせてジッパーテープ接着装置64に送られる。
同時に、回転ドラム641の周面に対応する曲面状の融着面642Aを有するシールバー642を押し当てることで、雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22と折曲部材24とを一枚の基材フィルム10に接着させる。
なお、回転ドラム641の回転により連続走行させる際の速度は、5m/分以上40m/分以下が好ましく、10m/分以上30m/分以下がさらに好ましい。
ここで、速度が5m/分未満であると、生産性が低くなりコストアップとなる場合がある。一方、速度が40m/分を超えると、シール強度が不安定となる場合がある。
製袋工程では、基材フィルム10は、円筒フォーマ651に巻かれつつ、送りベルト652によって下方に送られる。ここで、欠落部25とサイドシール部13とが一致するように送られる。そして、シールバー653により背貼部が形成されつつ、三角板655により、底に対応する部分にガゼット15を形成する。
また、サイドシールバー654により一方のサイドシール部13が形成される。そして、円筒フォーマ651の内部空間を通して内容物の充填を行った後、再びサイドシールバー654により他方のサイドシール部13を形成する。そして、サイドシール部13の位置で切断し、包装袋6を得る。
上記第4実施形態についても、ジッパーテープ部材311の雌側帯状部材22にのみ欠落部25を設けてから雄側帯状部材21および雌側帯状部材22に分離する構成のため、第2実施形態および第3実施形態と同様に、サイドシール部13の位置までジッパーテープ2の良好な封止状態が得られるとともに、基材フィルム10の特性を損なうことなく良好な封止状態が容易に得られる。さらに、雄側咬合部21Aと雌側咬合部22Aとの確実な咬合状態が容易に得られ、容易に製袋できる。また、幅広な状態で欠落部25を加工形成でき、欠落部25を容易に形成できる。
また、切断部材331によりジッパーテープ部材311を分離しているので、雌側帯状部材22の欠落部25とサイドシール部13との位置ずれが生じず、欠落部25の位置で適切にヒートシールできる。
次に、本発明の第5実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
図13は、第5実施形態における包装袋の製造装置を示す斜視図である。
この第5実施形態は、第1実施形態における三方製袋法による製造装置9におけるジッパーテープ2として、第3実施形態におけるジッパーテープ部材411を幅方向で二分する状態に引き裂く分離装置43を用いる構成である。
なお、この第5実施形態では、上記各実施形態と同一または類似の構成については、同一の符号を付して説明を省略または簡略化する。
この実施形態5についても、上述した実施形態と同様の作用効果を奏する。
なお、本発明は、上述の各実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の目的を達成できる範囲での変形、改良などは、本発明に含まれるものである。
すなわち、包装袋1,3の製袋の際に内容物Xを自動的に充填する構成を例示したが、例えば一部に開口を有する状態で製袋後、内容物を開口から充填し、開口をヒートシールにて密封したり、布団袋などのようにヒートシールではなくジッパーテープにて開口を密封したりするなど、封入する内容物に応じて、製袋する構成を変更すればよい。
さらに、本発明は、包装袋の側面および底面に対応する部分がヒートシールされた三方製袋や、包装袋の側面および開口面に対応する部分がヒートシールされた三方製袋に適用してもよいし、側面や底面にガゼットを設けた包装袋に適用してもよい。
そして、製袋方法としては、第2,第3実施形態の縦型ピロー式や、第4実施形態の回転ドラム式、第1,第5実施形態の三方製袋の他、各種製袋方法に適用できる。
また、帯状基部部分は残して咬合部分のみを除去して欠落部25を形成してもよい。
この構成では、分離後に雄側咬合部21Aおよび雌側咬合部22Aを対向する状態に反転させる必要がなく、製造性を向上できる。
この構成の場合にも、雌側帯状部材22のみ欠落部25を設ける。

- 雄側咬合部を有する雄側帯状部材と、前記雄側咬合部に咬合可能な雌側咬合部を有する雌側帯状部材とを備えたジッパーテープであって、
前記雌側帯状部材にのみ長手方向の所定間隔で前記雌側咬合部が除去された欠落部を有する
ことを特徴としたジッパーテープ。 - 請求項1に記載のジッパーテープであって、
前記欠落部は、打ち抜き加工により形成された
ことを特徴としたジッパーテープ。 - 包装体用フィルムと、
この包装袋用フィルムに取り付けられた請求項1または請求項2に記載のジッパーテープと、を備え、
互いに重ねられた前記包装袋用フィルムが、前記ジッパーテープの欠落部の位置で、前記ジッパーテープの長手方向に対して交差する方向で熱溶着された
ことを特徴としたジッパーテープ付包装袋。 - 雄側咬合部を有する雄側帯状部材と、前記雄側咬合部に咬合可能な雌側咬合部を有する雌側帯状部材とを備えたジッパーテープを、包装袋用フィルムに接着してジッパーテープ付包装袋を製造する製造方法であって、
前記ジッパーテープの雌側帯状部材にのみ長手方向の所定間隔で前記雌側咬合部を除去して欠落部を形成する欠落部形成工程と、
前記欠落部を有したジッパーテープを前記包装袋用フィルムに熱溶着するジッパーテープ取付工程と、
互いに重ねられた前記包装袋用フィルムを、前記ジッパーテープの欠落部の位置で、前記ジッパーテープの長手方向に対して交差する方向で熱溶着するサイドシール形成工程と、を実施する
ことを特徴とするジッパーテープ付包装袋の製造方法。 - 雄側咬合部を有する雄側帯状部材と、前記雄側咬合部に咬合可能な雌側咬合部を有する雌側帯状部材とを備えたジッパーテープを、包装袋用フィルムに接着してジッパーテープ付包装袋を製造する製造装置であって、
前記ジッパーテープの雌側帯状部材にのみ長手方向の所定間隔で前記雌側咬合部を除去して欠落部を形成する欠落部形成部と、
前記欠落部を有したジッパーテープを前記包装袋用フィルムに熱溶着するジッパーテープ取付部と、
互いに重ねられた前記包装袋用フィルムを、前記ジッパーテープの欠落部の位置で、前記ジッパーテープの長手方向に対して交差する方向で熱溶着するサイドシール形成部と、を備えた
ことを特徴としたジッパーテープ付包装袋の製造装置。
