Abstract

Cette bouilloire est utilisée pour la préparation de boissons à l'aide de liquides en ébullition lesquels sont forcés à s'élever depuis le fond du réservoir et à s'écouler vers certaines zones dans lesquelles se trouvent des substances pulvérulentes ou des granules à dissoudre, typiquement du café, du thé, du cacao, des herbes officinales. Les liquides s'élèvent sous l'effet de la pression exercée par la vapeur se trouvant dans une ouverture dans la chambre amovible associée vissée sur le réservoir, présentant un ou deux orifices de surpression, lesquels sont sensiblement fermés lors de l'utilisation. Les liquides peuvent ensuite descendre dans une carafe et être versés par un bec une fois qu'ils ont été filtrés.
