Abstract

La présente invention concerne un détecteur comprenant une première couche, qui présente un système de détection et permet de détecter des ondes électromagnétiques, ainsi qu'une seconde couche, qui présente une tranchée. Cette tranchée est placée sur le système de détection, de façon que les ondes électromagnétiques peuvent être détectées par le système de détection. Au moins une paroi latérale de ladite tranchée présente une zone de retenue, qui permet de retenir des molécules pouvant se lier à des biopolymères macromoléculaires.
