Abstract
Випускний пристрій з контролем виходу шлаку та соплом із шиберним затвором для конвертерної плавки містить монтажну пластину (1), раму вікна (2), забезпечену отвором (21), пружний механізм поверхневого тиску і рухому раму (3). Один кінець рами вікна (2) встановлений з можливістю повороту на монтажній пластині (1). Ковзну тарілчасту камеру монтажної пластини (11), в якій встановлено нерухомий ковзний тарілчастий модуль (8), розташовано у монтажній пластині (1). Ковзну тарілчасту камеру рухомої рами (31), в якій встановлено рухомий ковзний тарілчастий модуль (9), розташовано у рухомій рамі (3). Пружний механізм поверхневого тиску з'єднаний із монтажною пластиною (1) і рамою вікна (2) відповідно, таким чином, що нерухомий ковзний тарілчастий модуль (8) знаходиться у контакті з рухомим ковзним тарілчастим модулем (9). Рухома рама (3) встановлена у рамі вікна (2), рухома рама (3) виконана з можливістю переміщення у напрямку, паралельному площині контакту X нерухомого ковзного тарілчастого модуля (8) і рухомого ковзного тарілчастого модуля (9), прямим зворотно-поступальним рухом до рами вікна (2). The fixed sliding plate module (8) and the movable sliding plate module (9) are provided with an outlet (30), respectively.
