Abstract

The sheet 12 is generally in the shape of a rectangular sheet and is made of elastic material, such as EVA, but not limited to, as long as it has appropriate flexibility.

Through the staggered arrangement of each of the grinding particles 14, the contact points between each of the grinding particles 14 and the surface of the lampshade 1 can be more uniform and the grinding speed can be faster. Therefore, according to actual tests, the grinding time of using the repair hand grinding disc 10 is only about 1 minute, and the fogged and worn parts of the surface of the lampshade 1 can be polished, so that the surface of the lampshade 1 can be restored to a clear and shiny state.

A repair hand grinding disc, which can be used to repair the surface condition of a lampshade, includes: One piece with suitable flexibility; and A plurality of abrasive particles are protruding from one end of the sheet, including a block made of polymer material, and a plurality of diamond particles are scattered on the surface of the block. As described in claim 1, the repaired hand grinding disc has a plurality of grinding grains protruding from the surface of one end of the disc body, each of the grinding grain blocks comprises a spherical surface, and each of the diamond particles is dispersed on each spherical surface. The repaired hand grinding disc as described in claim 2, wherein each of the abrasive particles is arranged on the surface of the disc in a staggered arrangement. A repaired hand grinding disc as described in claim 1, wherein the disc body is made of elastic material. A repaired hand grinding disc as described in claim 4, wherein the disc body is made of EVA material. A repaired hand grinding disc as described in claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the block is made of resin material and each of the diamond particles is attached and fixed to the surface of the block using a binder. The repaired hand grinding disc as described in claim 6, wherein the particle size of each diamond particle is 3000 mesh.
