Abstract
本發明提供一種:不會使變形產生於容器閥的密封面或者導管之密封面的墊片。 墊片(1),是由具備較容器閥(11)及導管(13)更大的硬度之金屬製的環狀平板(24)所形成,在抵接於容器閥(11)或者導管(13)的面具備:於頂點具備平坦部(26)的複數個環狀輪圈(27)。
Description
本發明關於墊片。
傳統上,在「用來連接壓力容器的容器閥與導管」的管接頭中,於該容器閥的密封面與該導管的密封面之間,為了防止氣體的洩漏而配設有墊片。就前述墊片而言,已知有由聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、聚氯三氟乙烯(Poly Chloro Tri Fluoro Ethylene;PCTFE)等樹脂所形成的墊片。但是,由於前述樹脂所形成的墊片,卻存在產生所謂「因為氣體滲入樹脂而引起的滲透洩漏」、和「因樹脂的蠕變(creep deformation)而引發洩漏」的問題。 有鑑於此,為了解決前述問題,乃提出金屬製的墊片。就前述金屬製的墊片而言,舉例來說,已知有在表面具備「剖面呈圓弧狀之複數個圓環狀輪圈」的技術(譬如,請參考專利文獻1)。根據前述「具備複數個圓環狀輪圈之金屬製的墊片」,藉由使該圓環狀輪圈抵接於前述容器閥的密封面與該導管的密封面,能確實將該容器閥與該導管之間密封。 [先前技術文獻] [專利文獻] [專利文獻1]日本特開2008-45730號公報
[發明欲解決之問題] 然而,在專利文獻1所記載的墊片中,是使其剖面呈現圓弧狀之輪圈,以圓弧的頂點抵接於前述容器閥的密封面或者前述導管的密封面。其結果,在專利文獻1所記載的墊片中,具有以下的問題:一旦接觸壓力過大,將在該容器閥的密封面或者該導管的密封面產生變形,而成為洩漏的原因。 為了消除上述的問題,本發明的目的是提供:不會使變形產生於前述容器閥的密封面或者前述導管的密封面的墊片。 [解決問題之手段] 為了達成上述的目的,本發明的墊片,是配設在第1管構件與第2管構件之間用來防止氣體洩漏的墊片,其特徵為:由具備較第1管構件及第2管構件更高之硬度的金屬製的環狀平板所形成,在抵接於第1管構件或第2管構件的面,具備「於頂點具備平坦部」的複數個環狀輪圈。 本發明的墊片,譬如配設於:壓力容器之容器閥等的第1管構件、與連接於該容器閥之導管等的第2管構件之間。此時,本發明的墊片,藉由以「具備較第1管構件及第2管構件更高之硬度的金屬」所形成,可獲得良好的耐熱燒著性(seizure resistance)、及良好的耐蝕性。 此外,本發明的墊片,藉由在抵接於第1管構件或第2管構件的面,具備複數個環狀的輪圈,能確實地將兩管構件間密封。此外,本發明的墊片,藉由在前述環狀輪圈的頂點具備平坦部,防止「對第1管構件或第2管構件的接觸面壓」的集中,可預防在該第1管構件的密封面或者該第2管構件的密封面產生變形。 當前述第1管構件及前述第2管構件由不鏽鋼形成時,可用於前述環狀平板的金屬,譬如是由純鎳、或者具備較該第1管構件及該第2管構件更大之硬度的不鏽鋼所形成。 此外,在本發明的墊片中,前述環狀輪圈,最好在表面具備:由聚四氟乙烯所形成的塗層、或者分散有聚四氟乙烯粒子的無電鍍(electroless)鎳鍍層。本發明的墊片,藉由前述環狀輪圈具備前述塗層或者前述無電鍍鎳鍍層,能降低密封時所需的軸力,可獲得更良好的耐熱燒著性。 前述塗層,譬如可形成10~50μm的厚度。前述無電鍍鎳鍍層,譬如可形成5~10μm的厚度。
接下來,參考附圖對本發明的實施形態進行詳細的說明。 本發明的墊片1,譬如可用於第1圖所示的管接頭2。 管接頭2,是氣體鋼瓶等壓力容器(圖面中未顯示)所使用的管套接頭(union joint)。管接頭2是由以下所構成:作為第1管構件的容器閥11的導管用管口(mouthpiece)12、作為「連接於導管用管口12之第2管構件」的導管13、蓋型螺帽(cap nut)14。容器閥11及導管13,譬如是由不鏽鋼所形成。 容器閥11具備:容器用管口15,具有與「導管用管口12的軸」正交的軸;閥操作用握把16,與容器用管口15設成同軸。容器閥11,藉由轉動閥操作用握把16將導管用管口12與容器用管口15予以連接,進而形成開閥(開啟閥)。此外,容器閥11,藉由遮斷導管用管口12與容器用管口15,而形成閉閥(關閉閥)。 導管13,在前端具備可插入導管用管口12內的短管部17,在該短管部17形成有朝外周方向延伸的環狀凸緣18。蓋型螺帽14,外嵌於導管13,其蓋狀部19隔著軸承20抵接於環狀凸緣18之「導管用管口12的相反側」的面。此外,蓋型螺帽14,藉由形成於開口部21之內周面的母螺紋部22,而旋鎖在形成於導管用管口12之外周面的公螺紋部23。 在管接頭2中,墊片1配設於:導管用管口12的前端面、與環狀凸緣18之導管用管口12側的面之間。接著,墊片1由蓋型螺帽14所鎖緊連結。 墊片1,如第2圖所示,由環狀的平板狀體24所形成。平板狀體24,在中央具備可供導管13的短管部17插入的孔部25。此外,在平板狀體24的表面及背面形成有:於頂點具備平坦部26的複數個環狀輪圈27。在環狀輪圈27、27之間,形成有環狀溝部28。 墊片1用於管接頭2,配設於「容器閥11的導管用管口12」與「導管13的環狀凸緣18」之間。然後,墊片1,由於當被蓋型螺帽14所鎖緊連結時,透過複數個環狀輪圈27抵接於導管用管口12的前端面及環狀凸緣18,因此能將導管用管口12與環狀凸緣18之間確實地密封。此外,墊片1,由於在環狀輪圈27的頂點具備平坦部26,因此防止接觸面壓集中於導管用管口12的前端面及環狀凸緣18,能防止變形產生於導管用管口12的前端面及環狀凸緣18。 在墊片1中,平板狀體24,是具有較「形成容器閥11及導管13的不鏽鋼」更大之硬度的金屬製。在該場合中,平板狀體24,譬如可由純鎳、或者硬度較「形成容器閥11及導管13的不鏽鋼」更大的不鏽鋼所形成。 此外,墊片1,亦可在環狀輪圈27的表面具備:由聚四氟乙烯所形成的塗層、或者分散有聚四氟乙烯粒子的無電鍍鎳鍍層。前述塗層或者前述無電鍍鎳鍍層,可由習知的方法形成。前述塗層,譬如可形成10~50μm的厚度。此外,前述無電鍍鎳鍍層,譬如可形成5~10μm的厚度。

Claims (6)
- 一種墊片,是配設於第1管構件與第2管構件之間,用來防止氣體洩漏的墊片, 其特徵為: 由具備較第1管構件及第2管構件更大的硬度之金屬製的環狀平板所形成, 在抵接於第1管構件或第2管構件的面具備:於頂點具備平坦部的複數個環狀輪圈。
- 如請求項1所記載的墊片,其中當前述第1管構件及前述第2管構件由不鏽鋼形成時,前述環狀平板,是由純鎳、或者具備較該第1管構件及該第2管構件更大之硬度的不鏽鋼所形成。
- 如請求項1所記載墊片,其中前述環狀輪圈,在表面具備由聚四氟乙烯所形成的塗層。
- 如請求項3所記載墊片,其中前述塗層具備10~50μm的厚度。
- 如請求項1所記載墊片,其中前述環狀輪圈,在表面具備分散有聚四氟乙烯粒子的無電鍍鎳鍍層。
- 如請求項5所記載墊片,其中前述無電鍍鎳鍍層具備5~10μm的厚度。
