Abstract

This invention provides a dynamically bi-directional loading-control method for power user and its system. The method comprises: (1) it sends out a control instruction from a control center. Wherein, the control instruction is capable of selectively controlling multiple unload controllers. In order to select unloading multiple power users, a peak load of the user can be reduced to a pseudo total unloading. (2) It employs the unload controllers to send the actual unloading amounts on the corresponding for the users back to the control center. It calculates out a first actual total unloading. (3) It determines whether a first difference between the first pseudo total unloading. The first actual total unloading is not smaller than a first threshold loading. (4) It employs the control center to send out a first supplementary control instruction. If the first difference is not smaller than the first threshold loading, then it selectively unloads the user.
