Abstract
The invention relates to medicine, more specifically to vascular surgery, and is intended for the treatment of patients with occlusive arterial lesions. The aim of the invention is to accelerate arterialization of a venous graft that does not have shunts. To do this, restore the main blood flow in the arteries by using an autovenous graft from the arm, previously prepared by applying an arteriovenous anastomosis in the area of the radiocarpal joint, by further training it by pressing for 5-15 minutes for 4-6 weeks. By week 4-6, the morphological rearrangement of the vein wall is completed and it can be used as a graft.
Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely to vascular surgery, and is intended for the treatment of patients with occlusive vascular diseases.
The purpose of the invention is the acceleration of arterialization of a venous graft that does not have shunts.
Example. Patient A., 43 years old, was admitted to the cardiovascular surgery department with a diagnosis of atherosclerosis of the lower extremities, chronic ischemia 2B of degree, occlusion of the right superficial femoral artery. Six weeks before admission to the patient, in order to prepare the graft, an arterio-venous anastomosis was placed on the left arm in the area of the radius-tusum joint. The patient, continuing outpatient treatment, independently trained the vein by pressing, bringing the exposure to 15 minutes, 3-5 times a day for 6 weeks. By the time of admission for surgical treatment, the patient's vein on the forearm and shoulder had expanded to 6–8 mm in diameter, and its wall became elastic to

В удовлетворительном состо нии больной выписан домой, заживление первичным нат жением.the extent that the pulse wave was conducted to the ulnar pulse. A bypass autovenous femoral-popliteal bypass surgery was performed according to the standard technique, where a 26-cm-long prepared arm segment was used as a transplant. After the operation, the pulse on the dorsal artery of the foot confirmed the restoration of the main blood flow. In satisfactory condition, the patient was discharged home, healing by primary tension.
