Abstract

The latter is made in form of C-shaped member and it can be easily fixed on bottle neck. Corkscrew in initial position is secured on handle by means of ball-shaped tip. To set corkscrew in operating position, it should be driven through inner part of handle into slot found in handle. This makes it possible to adapt device for any bottle stopped with cork. Description

 The invention relates to household appliances and can be used to equip vessels, in particular bottles, closed with porous plugs (cork stopper, agglomerate, etc.).

 Known corkscrew containing a corkscrew with a shank fixed in the handle with a seal (description to the USSR author's certificate N 1629240, class B 67 B 7/04, published. 1991). However, this cork, as well as its known modifications, is either a household item or catering. Therefore, in cases that exclude its presence, for example, on the road, on a country vacation, in case of an unexpected meeting, use improvised means - a knife, a screwdriver or other sharp objects, trying to push the cork into the bottle or remove it from the parts, which often leads to chipping of the neck hand injuries and other inconveniences.

 The closest in technical essence and the achieved result is a device for opening bottles, mainly with cork stoppers, including a working element for interacting with a stopper in the form of a corkscrew and a locking handle (description of US patent N 1657728, published. 01.31.1928). The locking handle is a metal rod installed in each cork stopper with a ring at the end, by pulling which you can uncork the bottle.

 However, this increases the height of the bottle.

 The technical result from the use of the invention is to improve ease of use by providing a process for opening bottles.

 This is achieved by the fact that in the device for opening bottles mainly with cork stoppers, including a working element for interacting with the cork in the form of a corkscrew and a locking handle, the latter is made in the form of a C-shaped element with the possibility of tight fixation by its inner part on the neck of the bottle, and in the thickened part of the handle-clamp, perpendicular to it, a figured groove is made with an annular recess inside to ensure the connection of the corkscrew with the handle, the corkscrew is made with a wedge-shaped protrusion transmitting pressure of the hand to the cork when screwing in and a spherical tip for fixing in the initial position on the handle-retainer, and in the latter a corresponding hole is made.

 This allows you to provide an individual device for each clogged bottle, vessel, container and eliminate inconvenience and possible injuries when opened with improvised means.

 The device for opening bottles is molded from plastic or other non-expensive material, has two positions: the original and the working one and consists of two parts.

 The first part of the device - the locking handle (hereinafter the handle) is made in the form of a C-shaped element of elastic material. The handle is tightly fixed on the neck of the bottle due to the thinned elastic lateral sides 1. Hole 2 provides the corkscrew on the handle in the initial position by pushing and self-locking due to the friction of the ball-shaped tip. Hole 2 is best performed in the center of the handle in its thickened part perpendicular to the main groove 3. Hole 2 can be made through to fix the corkscrew in its original position on either side of the handle. This hole, along with its main function, reduces the specific gravity of the handle, which is important for mass production, without weakening the structural strength in the working position. Groove 3 is designed to fix the corkscrew in the working position, its main function is to prevent the corkscrew from turning in the handle when screwing it into the cork. The groove is made in the center of the handle, it can be in the form of a triangle, asterisks, etc., but for the best interaction with the corkscrew it is chosen square, bounded on the outside and inside of the handle by smooth platforms 4, 5.

 Recesses 6 are provided in the handle, which are made symmetrically on both sides of the handle to facilitate the device and, consequently, reduce cost. Some indentations and roundings are possible under the fingers for greater ease of use.

 The second part of the device is a corkscrew with a screw tip 7, which serves to screw the cork into the body. It is made with a sharp end and a cutting edge, as well as strong and resilient to remove the cork from the vessel.

 The shank 8 has a square cross section for a tight connection with the handle. The protrusion 9 provides the transmission of vertical pressure of the hand through the handle and the corkscrew to the cork, and also eliminates the transfer of the device from the working position back to the original, i.e. the product after a single use becomes non-separable and can later be used in stationary conditions. The protrusion 9 may be performed on one or more sides of the shank, depending on the elasticity and elasticity of the material.

 The annular protrusion 10 is designed to ensure the extension of the plug, that is, it does not allow the corkscrew to slip out of the handle at the moment of the greatest effort when removing the plug.

 At the end of the shank there is a spherical protrusion 11, used to fix the corkscrew on the handle in its original position. Thanks to this connection, the corkscrew can take a free position, different from vertical, which will allow to fix the structure on vessels of various shapes and will not interfere in the overall packaging (box, box, etc.).

 The device can be mounted on the bottle and immediately in the working position, for example, using an elastic ring (not shown).

 Work with the device is as follows.

 On the bottle in the initial position, the side handle 1 is fixed with a locking handle, in which hole 2 a spherical tip 11 is inserted. Transfer to the working position is done by removing the product from the neck of the bottle, separating the corkscrew from hole 2 and pushing the corkscrew 7 from the inside into the square groove 3 of the handle until the latch 9 protrudes with the pad 4, and the annular protrusion 10 with the pad 5, which is the willingness to adapt to interact with the cork.

 All connections can be replaced with threaded ones, but this will complicate the manufacturing technology of the product and will lead to an increase in the number of operations during its use.

 EFFECT: invention makes it possible to supply bottles with individual corkscrew used in conditions excluding the use of standard means.

 The color of the product can be anything from transparent to metallic, depending on the dye used, and can easily fit into the overall aesthetic appearance of the bottle. The handle provides for inscriptions, including instructions for the use of a trademark, trademark, barcode.

 Equipping the bottles with the device can take place at any stage of production - from receiving dishes to picking at retailers: you can complete the bottle with a corkscrew before covering the neck of the bottle with shrink film or after this operation. You can also use a corkscrew to fix a special (for Russia and the CIS) excise stamp for foreign countries, an identification regional mark, and also hinged labels with detailed information for the consumer, which are sometimes used to fill bottles with alcoholic beverages.

 In order to comply with hygiene requirements, the corkscrew itself may be in a vacuum package, but by making a screw tip 7 approximately the length of a cork, it is possible to avoid contact of the product with the contents of the bottle.

 The manufacture of a product from plastic or other material leads to a slight increase in the cost of production in mass production, but significantly improves its consumer properties.

 A device for opening bottles mainly with cork stoppers, including a working element for interacting with the cork in the form of a corkscrew and a locking handle, characterized in that the handle is made in the form of a C-shaped element with the possibility of tightly fixing it on the neck of the bottle, and in the thickened part of the handle -fixer, perpendicular to it, a figured groove is made with an annular recess inside to ensure the connection of the corkscrew with the handle, the corkscrew is made with a wedge-shaped protrusion to ensure the transmission of hand pressure By screwing a stopper and a spherical tip for anchoring in the initial position on the handle-latch, and in the latter holds the corresponding hole.
