Abstract

1. Композиция катализатора конверсии углеводородов, содержащая деалюминированный цеолит ZSM-48 и/или EU-2 и тугоплавкое оксидное связующее, по существу, не содержащее оксида алюминия.2. Композиция катализатора конверсии углеводородов, в которой молярное отношение диоксида кремния к оксиду алюминия в цеолите ZSM-48 и/или EU-2 составляет, по меньшей мере, 100, и самое большее, 250.3. Композиция катализатора конверсии углеводородов по п.1 или 2, в которой связующее представляет собой диоксид кремния.4. Композиция катализатора конверсии углеводородов по п.1 или 2, в которой содержание цеолита в пересчете на сухой вес составляет от 20 до 70% вес. относительно всей готовой композиции катализатора.5. Способ подготовки композиции катализатора конверсии углеводородов по любому из пп.1-4, где способ включает осуществление деалюминирования цеолита ZSM-48 и/или EU-2.6. Способ по п.5, в котором процесс деалюминирования включает обработку цеолита ZSM-48 и/или EU-2 органической кислотой, содержащей от 2 до 6 атомов углерода.7. Способ по п.5, где процесс деалюминирования проводят путем приведения в контакт цеолита ZSM-48 и/или EU-2 и раствора, содержащего фторсодержащую соль.8. Способ по п.7, в котором указанный процесс включает приведение в контакт цеолита ZSM-48 и/или EU-2 и раствора фторсиликатной соли, где фторсиликатная соль представлена формулой:(A)SiFгде «А» означает катион металла или неметалла, отличный от Н, с валентностью «b».9. Способ подготовки содержащего каталитически активный металл катализатора конверсии углеводородов, включающий подготовку композиции катализатора конверсии углеводородов способом по любому из пп.5-8 и введение в эту композицию катализато�

Claims (13)

1. Композиция катализатора конверсии углеводородов, содержащая деалюминированный цеолит ZSM-48 и/или EU-2 и тугоплавкое оксидное связующее, по существу, не содержащее оксида алюминия.
2. Композиция катализатора конверсии углеводородов, в которой молярное отношение диоксида кремния к оксиду алюминия в цеолите ZSM-48 и/или EU-2 составляет, по меньшей мере, 100, и самое большее, 250.
3. Композиция катализатора конверсии углеводородов по п.1 или 2, в которой связующее представляет собой диоксид кремния.
4. Композиция катализатора конверсии углеводородов по п.1 или 2, в которой содержание цеолита в пересчете на сухой вес составляет от 20 до 70% вес. относительно всей готовой композиции катализатора.
5. Способ подготовки композиции катализатора конверсии углеводородов по любому из пп.1-4, где способ включает осуществление деалюминирования цеолита ZSM-48 и/или EU-2.
6. Способ по п.5, в котором процесс деалюминирования включает обработку цеолита ZSM-48 и/или EU-2 органической кислотой, содержащей от 2 до 6 атомов углерода.
7. Способ по п.5, где процесс деалюминирования проводят путем приведения в контакт цеолита ZSM-48 и/или EU-2 и раствора, содержащего фторсодержащую соль.
8. Способ по п.7, в котором указанный процесс включает приведение в контакт цеолита ZSM-48 и/или EU-2 и раствора фторсиликатной соли, где фторсиликатная соль представлена формулой:
(A)2/bSiF6,
где «А» означает катион металла или неметалла, отличный от Н+, с валентностью «b».
9. Способ подготовки содержащего каталитически активный металл катализатора конверсии углеводородов, включающий подготовку композиции катализатора конверсии углеводородов способом по любому из пп.5-8 и введение в эту композицию катализатора одного или нескольких каталитически активных металлов.
10. Способ по п.9, в котором каталитически активный металл вводят путем пропитки порового объема.
11. Способ по п.9 или 10, в котором каталитически активный металл выбран из группы, состоящей из платины, палладия и никеля.
12. Способ конверсии углеводородного сырья, включающий приведение сырья в контакт с композицией катализатора по любому из пп.1-4 при температуре от 100 до 600°С и давлении от 1 до 100 бар абс.
13. Способ по п.12, в котором сырье характеризуется температурой кипения при 10%-ной дистилляции более 343°С при измерении в соответствии с ASTM D-2887-93.
