Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest forma do mięsa wykorzystywanego do produkcji kebabu ciętego, złożona z kolumny o przekroju zbliżonym do walca z drzwiami (3a, 3b), przez które w wprowadza się talerz z zamocowanym pionowym bagnetem (B), w której przekrój kolumny (1) ma kształt wieloboku foremnego, przy czym ilość boków uzależniona jest od średnicy okręgu wpisanego i opisanego na wieloboku, przy czym kolumna (1) złożona jest ze ściany (2) z zamocowaną na niej co najmniej jedną parą drzwi (3a, 3b) poprzez zawiasy (4), w których co najmniej jedno ramię stanowi sprężysty element łączący (5), którego elementy mogą poruszać się względem siebie po co najmniej jednym wzdłużnym elemencie i dociskane do siebie sprężyną zamocowaną na wzdłużnym elemencie, a ponadto drzwi są połączone co najmniej jednym zamknięciem (10) wyposażonym w sprężysty element łączący (5).The subject of the application is a form for meat used to produce cut kebab, composed of a column with a cross-section similar to a cylinder with a door (3a, 3b), through which a plate with a vertical bayonet (B) is inserted, in which the cross-section of the column (1) has the shape of a regular polygon, with the number of sides depending on the diameter of the circle inscribed and described on the polygon, with the column (1) consisting of a wall (2) with at least one pair of doors (3a, 3b) mounted on it via hinges (4 ), in which at least one arm constitutes a flexible connecting element (5), the elements of which can move relative to each other on at least one longitudinal element and are pressed together by a spring mounted on the longitudinal element, and moreover, the doors are connected by at least one closure (10 ) equipped with a spring connecting element (5).
