Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zawór sekcyjny do zasilania belki polowej opryskiwacza rolniczego, posiadający korpus z wlotem płynu i wylotem, przy czym wewnątrz korpusu jest wrzeciono, które na jednym końcu ma uszczelkę zamykającą wylot, a na drugim końcu ma element sterujący zamykaniem/otwieraniem wylotu, charakteryzujący się tym, że w korpusie jest drugi wylot, który nie jest zamykany i razem z wlotem zawór sekcyjny (1) stanowi zawór przelotowy. Na korpus od strony wylotu nakręcona jest obudowa filtra z filtrem i obudowa filtra ma króciec wylotowy. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również układ zaworów sekcyjnych do zasilania belki polowej opryskiwacza rolniczego, zawierający n-1 zaworów sekcyjnych (1) określonych powyżej, gdzie n stanowi liczbę sekcji opryskiwacza polowego i ponadto zawiera zawór skrajny, a wszystkie zawory (1, 10) połączone są ze sobą szeregowo przewodem (11) przyłączonym do wlotów i drugich wylotów przy czym do pierwszego zaworu sekcyjnego (1) przyłączony jest główny przewód (12) zasilający z zaworu głównego (13) i układ zaworów zamontowany jest na belce polowej.The subject of the application is a sectional valve for supplying the field boom of an agricultural sprayer, having a body with a fluid inlet and an outlet, and inside the body there is a spindle which at one end has a seal closing the outlet, and at the other end it has a control element for closing/opening the outlet, characterized by in that there is a second outlet in the body, which is not closed and, together with the inlet, the section valve (1) constitutes a globe valve. A filter housing with a filter is screwed onto the body from the outlet side and the filter housing has an outlet connector. The subject of the application is also a system of section valves for supplying the field boom of an agricultural sprayer, containing n-1 section valves (1) specified above, where n is the number of sections of the field sprayer and also includes an extreme valve, and all valves (1, 10) are connected to each other in series with a conduit (11) connected to the inlets and second outlets, with the main conduit (12) supplying power from the main valve (13) connected to the first section valve (1) and the valve system is mounted on the field beam.
