본 발명은 하기 일반식(I)의 화합물을 하이드록실아민과 반응시켜 하기 일반식(II)의 화합물을 생성하고, 이어서 생성된 화합물을 알칼리로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유용한 화합물을 제조하기 위한 중간체인 3-이소사졸카복실산의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
상기 식에서, R1은 저급 알킬이고, R2은 카복시 그룹이고, X는 할로겐 원자이고, Y는 수소 원자이거나, 또는 X 및 Y는 함께 단일 결합을 형성한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 하기 일반식(I)의 화합물을 하이드록실아민과 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하기 일반식(II)의 화합물의 제조방법;
    상기 식에서, R1은 저급 알킬이고, R2은 카복시 보호 그룹이고, X는 할로겐 원자이고, Y는 수소 원자이거나, 또는 X 및 Y는 함께 단일 결합을 형성한다.
  2. 하기일반식(I)의 화합물을 하이드록실아민과 반응시켜 하기 일반식(II)의 화합물을 생성하고, 생성된 화합물을 알칼리로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하기 일반식(III)의 3-이속졸카복실산의 제조방법;
    상기 식에서, R1은 저급 알킬이고, R2은 카복시 보호 그룹이고, X는 할로겐 원자이고, Y는 수소 원자이거나, 또는 X 및 Y는 함께 단일 결합을 형성한다.
  3. 하기 일반식(II)의 화합물을 알칼리로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하기 일반식(III)의 3-이속사졸카복실산의 제조방법.
