Abstract
본 발명은 수성 에멀션 및 20,000 이상의 중량-평균 분자량(MW)을 가지는 중합체 보호 콜로이드의 존재하에 수성 에멀션 상태로 단량체의 자유 라디칼 중합체에 의해 얻어지는 수성 중합체 에멀션에 관한 것으로서, 보호 콜로이드가, 각 성분의 중량%를 중합체 보호 콜로이드를 기재로하여 나타낼 때, -5 내지 50중량%의 최소한 하나의 산 또는 무수물기를 가지는 최소한 하나의 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체(단량체 Ⅰ), -0.1 내지 80중량%의 최소한 10개의 탄소를 가지는 최소한 하나의 지방족 알코올의 (메트)아크릴산(단량체 Ⅱ), -0 내지 94.9중량%의 C1-C9-알킬 (메트)아크릴산, 탄소수가 20 이하인 카르복실산의 에스테르 비닐, 탄소수가 20 이하인 방향족 비닐, 에틸렌성 불포화 니트릴, 할로겐화 비닐, 및 2 내지 8개의 탄소 및 1 또는 2개의 이중결합을 가지는 지방족 탄화수소(단량체 Ⅲ), 및 -0 내지 60중량%의 추가 단량체(단량체Ⅳ)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 중합체 에멀션에 관한 것이다.

Claims (7)
- 수성 에멀션 및 20,000 이상의 중량-평균 분자량(Mw)을 가지는 중합체 보호 콜로이드의 존재하에 수성 에멀션 상태로 단량체의 자유 라디칼 중합체에 의해 얻어지는 수성 중합체 에멀션으로서, 보호 콜로이드가, 각 성분의 중량%를 중합체 보호 콜로이드를 기재로하여 나타낼 때, -5 내지 50중량%의 최소한 하나의 산 또는 무수물기를 가지는 최소한 하나의 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체(단량체 Ⅰ), -0.1 내지 80중량%의 최소한 10개의 탄소를 가지는 최소한 하나의 지방족 알코올의 (메트)아크릴산(단량체 Ⅱ), -0 내지 94.9중량%의 C1-C9-알킬 (메트)아크릴산, 탄소수가 20 이하인 카르복실산의 에스테르 비닐, 탄소수가 20 이하인 방향족 비닐, 에틸렌성 불포화 니트릴, 할로겐화 비닐, 및 2 내지 8개의 탄소 및 1 또는 2개의 이중결합을 가지는 지방족 탄화수소(단량체 Ⅲ), 및 -0 내지 60중량%의 추가 단량체(단량체 Ⅳ)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 중합체 에멀션.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단량체가 Ⅱ가 C10-C18-알킬 (메트)아크릴산인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 중합체 에멀션.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 단량체 Ⅱ가 10 내지 30중량%의 량으로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 중합체 에멀션.
- 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체 보호 쿨로이드가 수성 에멀션내의 자유 라디칼 중합반응에 의해 얻어지는 중합체의 중량 100100에 기하여 2 내지 40중량부의 량으로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 중합체 에멀션.
- 단량체를 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체 보호콜로이드의 존재하에서 수성 에멀션의 형태로 자유 라디칼 중합반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 중합체 에멀션 제조방법.
- 에멀션 중합반응에 있어, 보호 콜로이드로서 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체 보호 콜로이드를 사용하는 방법.
- 코팅 물질, 함침 물질 또는 접착제로서 또는 이러한 물질에서 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체 보호 콜로이드를 사용하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
