Abstract

본 발명은 지환족 디이소시아네이트 또는 지환족 디이소시아네이트와 지환족 디이소시아네이트의 혼합물의 이소시아네이트기를 부분 삼량체화시키고, 이삼량체화 반응전, 도중 및(또는)후에 이소시아네이트기의 또다른 부분을 C1-5알칸올로 알로파네이트화시킴으로써 얻어지는, NC0 함량이 8 내지 20중량%이고, 평균 NCO 관능성이 3이하이고, 이소시아누레이트기 함량이 3.5 내지 24중량%이고, 알로파네이트기 함량이 2.5 내지 23중량%이고, 단량체 디이소시아네이트 함량이 2중량% 미만인 래커 폴리이소시아네이트, 및 임의로 차폐된 형태의 래커 폴리이소시아네이트의 일액형 또는 이액형 코팅계, 특히 이액형 폴리우레탄 래커 중의 이소시아네이트 성분으로서의 용도에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. NCO 함량이 8 내지 20중량%이고, 평균 NCO 관능성이 3이하이고, 이소시아 누레이트기(C3N303으로 나타내어짐, 분자량 126)함량이 3.5 내지 24중량%과, 알로파네이트기(C2HN2O3으로 나타내어짐, 분자량 101) 함량이 2.5 내지 23중량%이고, NCO, 이소시아누레이트 및 알로파네이트기의 총함량이 28 내지 51중량%이고, 단량체 디이소시아네이트 함량이 2중량% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는, 분자량이 166내지 300인 지환족 디이소시아네이트의 이소시아네이트의 이소시아네이트기를 부분 삼량체화 시키거나 또는 상기 지환족 디이소시아네이트와 분자량 140 내지 300의 지방족 디이소시아네이트 30몰% 이하(사용된 디이소시아네이트의 총량 기준)의 혼합물의 이소시아네이트기를 부분 삼량체화시키고, 이 삼량체화 반응 전, 도중 및(또는)후에 다수의 이소시아네이트기를 C1-5알칸올로 알로파네이트화시킴으로써 얻어지는, 곳아이거나 또는 23℃에서의 점도가 100Paㆍs 이상인 래커 폴리이소시아네이트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, NCO함량이 10 내지 18중량%이고, 평균 NCO 관능성이 2.2 내지 2.9이고, 이소시아누레이트기 함량이 7 내지 17중량%이고, 알로파네이트기 함량이 5내지 16중량%이고, 단량체 디이소시아네이트 함량이 0.5중량% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 래커 폴리이소시아네이트.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 래커 폴리이소시아네이트가 1-이소시아네 이토-3, 3-5-트리메틸-5-이소시아네이토메틸 시클로헥산의 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 래커 폴리이소시아네이트.
  4. 임의로 이소시아네이트기의 차폐제로 차폐된 제1항 내지 제3항에 기재된 래커 폴리오시아네이트의 이액형 또는 이액형 코팅게의 이소시아네이트 성분으로서의 용도.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 비차폐 형태의 래커 폴리이소시아네이트의 이액형 폴리우레탄 래커에서의 용도.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 래커 폴리이소시아네이트의 이액형 자동차 수리용 래커에서의 용도.
