Claims (10)
- 최소 요부와 초소 요부 반경(YW)을 갖는 광원과 광선의 초점을 맞추기 위한 렌즈를 포함하며, 상기 광선은 상당히 비간섭적이며, 상기 렌즈는 4㎜이하의 직경과 초점길이(F)와 빔 차단 반경(YL) 및 상기 최소 요부로부터 치수(S)만큼 이격된 전방 주면을 갖으며, 상기 광원 및 렌즈는 하기식에 충족하도록 서로 관련 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.1.5≤R≤X 및 0.25≤F/S≤0.95윗 식에서 R은 YL/YW와 같고, X는 최소 요부 반경(YW)으로 나눈 값인 4㎜이하이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광원은 광도파관에 결합된 레이저를 포함하며, 상기 최소 요부는 도파관의 출력 단부에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈는 렌즈 배면의 주평면으로부터 2㎜이상 떨어져 위치된 출력 및 최소 요부 반경을 제공하도록 광선에 촛점 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈는 1㎜이상 출력 촛점 범위(Z')를 제공하도록 광선에 초점 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 도파관은 카테테르 팁 조립체에 고정된 광섬유를 포함하며, 상기 조립체는 화이버 홀더 슬리브내에 위치된 세장형 화이버 홀더와 렌즈 장착용 렌즈마운트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 도파관은 렌즈를 장착하는 카테테르 팁조립체에 고정되고, 카테테르 팁 조립체에 부착된 중공팁부를 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 중공 팁부는 렌즈에 의해 초점이 맞춰진 광선의 최소 요부 반경 위치의 일 초점 범위내에 있는 위치에서 종결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 중공 팁부는 렌즈에 의해 초점이 맞춰진 광선의 최소 요부 반경 위치와 렌즈와의 사이 위치에서 종결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 중공 팁부는 렌즈에 의해 초점이 맞춰진 광선의 최소 요부 반경 위치에서 종결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
