Claims (12)

  1. 엔진에 형성되어 있는 필터 설치대에 부착시키도록 된 오일필터에 있어서, 필터매체와, 상기 필터매체를 수용하기 위한 하우징과, 상기 필터와 필터 설치대에 방사상으로 형성되어 이들을 서로 결합시키기 위한 체결장치 및 상기 하우징과 필터 설치대 사이에 원주상으로 위치하여 이들 사이에서 오일을 밀봉하도록된 밀봉장치를 갖춘 것을 특징으로하는 오일필터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 체결장치 및 상기 하우징의 내벽에 원주형으로 적당한 간격을 두고 형성되어 있는 제1플랜지세트와 상기 필터 설치대에 원주형으로 적당한 간격을 두고 형성되어 있는 제2플랜지 세트로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 오일필터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 밀봉장치는 하우징의 내벽과 필터설치대의 안쪽 상이에 환형의 0-링으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 오일필터.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 밀봉장치는 비밀봉상태인 제 1위치와 압력하에서 0-링의 영향을 받아 밀봉상태로 되는 제 2위치와의 사이에서 움직이도록된 유연한 힌지부재로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 오일필터.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 밀봉장치는 하우징의 외벽과 필터설치대의 바깥쪽 상이에 위치한 환형의 0-링으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 오일필터.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 체결장치는 필터설치대에 부착된 다수개의 보울트와 상기 보울트와 부합하도록 하우징에 부착된 판에 형성되어 있는 다수개의 장공으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 오일필터.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 각각의 보울트는 각각의 장공과 결합된 스프링에 의해 탄성적으로 체결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일필터.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 체결장치는 하우징에 부착된 판에 설치되어 있는 다수개의 보울트와, 상기 보울트와 부합하도록 필터설치대에 형성되어 있는 다수개의 장공으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 오일필터.
  9. 엔진에 형성되어 있는 필터설치대에 필터를 부착시키는 방법에 있어서, 필터매체와, 상기 필터매체를 수용하기 위한 하우징과, 상기 필터와 필터설치대에 형성되어 이들을 서로 결합시키기 위한 체결장치 및, 상기 하우징과 필터설치대 사이에서 원주상으로 위치한 밀봉장치를 갖춘 오일필터를 형성시키는 단계와, 상기 필터와 필터설치대를 결합시키기 위해 체결장치를 서로 결합시키는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일필터의 부착방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 체결장치의 결합단계는 먼저 상기 하우징의내벽에 원주형으로 적당한 간격을 두고 제1플랜지세트와, 상기 필터 설치대에 원주형으로 적당한 간격을 두고, 제2플랜지세트를 형성시킨 다음, 상기 제1플랜지세트를 제2플랜지세트 사이에 삽입시켜 필터를 1/4바퀴 회전시키므로서 필터와 필터 설치대가 체결되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 하일필터의 부착방법.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 체결장치의 결합단계는 먼저 필터 설치대에 다수개의 보울터를 설치하고 상기 하우징에 부착되어 있는 판에 상기 보울트와 부합하는 다수개의 장공을 형성시킨 다음, 상기 보울트의 각각을 상기 장공의 각각에 삽입시켜 필터를 1/4바퀴 회전시키므로서 필터와 필터설치대가 체결되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 오일필터의 부착방법.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 체결장치의 결합단계는 먼저 하우징에 부착되어 있는 판에 다수개의 보울트를 설치하고 상기 필터설치대에 상기 보울트와 부합하는 다수개의 장공을 형성시킨 다음, 상기 보울트와 각각을 상기 장공의 각각에 삽입시켜 필터를 1/4바퀴 회전시키므로서 필터와 필터설치대가 체결되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 오일필터의 부착방법.
