Claims (2)
- 제어보드 및 적어도 하나 이상의 제1모터가 설치되는 몸체모듈;
상기 제1모터와 결합되는 중앙부와 상기 중앙부로부터 양측으로 형성된 날개부를 가지는 제1캠과 결합되어 회전되는 판 형상의 제1캠홀더와, 상기 제1캠홀더의 양측 말단에 상기 제1캠홀더에 직교하게 각각 설치되며 제2캠과 결합되는 제2캠홀더와, 회전방향이 상기 제1모터의 회전방향과 직교하도록 제2캠과 결합된 제2모터를 수용하며 상기 제2캠홀더에 대해 회동가능하게 힌지결합되는 제2모터하우징과, 상기 제1캠홀더가 설치된 반대방향의 상기 제2모터하우징에 제3캠과 결합되는 제3캠홀더를 포함하는 관절모듈을 포함하고,
상기 제1캠홀더는,
상기 제1캠이 관통되는 요입홈과 상기 요입홈 양측으로 길게 형성되어 상기 제1캠이 안착되는 수용공간과 상기 수용공간의 상측과 하측에 구비되어 상기 제1캠과 걸림결합되는 제1걸림홈을 포함하는 판홀더;
상기 판홀더와 결합하는 결합홀을 포함하고, 상기 결합홀을 중심으로 양측의 길이가 상기 판홀더의 수용공간의 길이보다 작은 홀더덮개를 포함하고,
상기 제2캠홀더는,
상기 판홀더와 직교하도록 상기 홀더덮개의 측부와 판홀더의 양측 내벽 사이에 공간에 고정되게 결합하며, 상기 제2캠이 걸림결합되는 제2걸림홈;
상기 판홀더와 상기 홀더덮개 사이에 개재되어 상기 홀더덮개에 의해 눌려 고정되어 제2캠홀더의 말단부에서 제2캠홀더에 대해 직교하도록 일체로 연장되는 지지판부; 및
상기 지지판부에 대향하여 제2모터하우징과 힌지결합되는 힌지홀을 포함하는 로봇조립체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 관절모듈은 상기 몸체모듈의 제1모터와 상기 제1캠 또는 상기 제3캠을 통해 결합되어 회전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로봇 조립체.
