Claims (19)
- 제 1 전극과 제 2 전극 사이에 세퍼레이터가 개재된 전극 조립체;
일측에 개구를 가지며 상기 전극 조립체를 수용하는 케이스; 및
상기 개구에 결합되어 상기 케이스를 밀폐하는 캡 조립체;
를 포함하고,
상기 캡 조립체는,
상기 개구에 결합되고 단자 홀이 구비된 캡 플레이트,
상기 단자 홀 내에 배치되는 단자 플레이트, 및
절연재로 이루어지고 상기 캡 플레이트의 단자 홀 측 둘레부와 상기 단자 플레이트의 둘레부를 덮어서 상기 캡 플레이트와 상기 단자 플레이트 사이를 밀봉하는 실링부를 포함하는, 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 캡 플레이트, 상기 단자 플레이트, 및 상기 실링부는 인서트 사출에 의해 일체로 형성된, 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 캡 플레이트의 일면과 상기 단자 플레이트의 일면은 동일한 평면 상에 배열된, 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 실링부의 상부면 및 하부면이 편평한 형태이고, 상기 캡 플레이트와 상기 단자 플레이트는 상기 실링부의 상부면 및 하부면 사이에 배치되는, 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 실링부는 환형이며,
상기 캡 플레이트의 단자 홀 측 둘레부와 상기 단자 플레이트의 둘레부는 각각 상기 실링부의 외주부와 내주부에 삽입된, 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 단자 플레이트의 두께는 상기 캡 플레이트의 두께보다 작은, 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 전극을 상기 단자 플레이트와 전기적으로 연결하는 제 1 전극탭, 및
상기 제 2 전극을 상기 케이스 및 상기 캡 플레이트와 전기적으로 연결하는 제 2 전극탭을 더 포함하는, 이차 전지. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 전극 조립체는 상기 제 1 전극, 상기 제 2 전극 및 상기 세퍼레이터가 센터핀을 중심으로 권취되며, 상기 센터핀은 상기 케이스의 바닥면 에 수직한 방향으로 배열된, 이차 전지. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 전극탭은 상기 전극 조립체의 상부로 연장되어 상기 단자 플레이트의 내측면에 용접되고,
상기 제 2 전극탭은 상기 전극 조립체의 하부로 연장되어 상기 케이스의 내측면에 용접되는, 이차 전지. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 전극탭과 상기 전극 조립체의 상면 사이에 개재되는 제 1 절연부재, 및
상기 제 2 전극탭과 상기 전극 조립체의 하면 사이에 개재되는 제 2 절연부재를 더 포함하는, 이차 전지. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 전극탭과 상기 캡 플레이트 사이에 개재되는 제 3 절연부재를 더 포함하는, 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 캡 플레이트의 단자 홀 측 둘레부와 상기 단자 플레이트의 둘레부 중 적어도 하나의 끝단이 휘어진, 이차 전지. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 캡 플레이트의 단자 홀 측 둘레부의 끝단 및 상기 단자 플레이트의 둘레부의 끝단에는 각각 상기 캡 플레이트 및 상기 단자 플레이트의 연장 방향에 수직한 방향으로 휘어진 벤딩부가 구비된, 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 캡 플레이트의 단자 홀 측 둘레부와 상기 단자 플레이트의 둘레부 중 적어도 하나에는 복수의 관통홀이 형성된, 이차 전지. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 관통홀에는 상기 실링부가 삽입된, 이차 전지. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 실링부의 하부면에는 상기 실링부의 내주부에서 반경 방향으로 연장된 복수의 노출홈이 형성된, 이차 전지. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 실링부의 하부면에는 원주 방향으로 따라 소정 각도 간격으로 배치된 복수의 노출홀이 형성된, 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 케이스는 원통형이고, 상기 캡 플레이트는 상기 케이스의 개구와 용접 결합된, 이차 전지. - 제 1 항 내지 제 18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 이차 전지는 직경에 대한 높이의 비율이 1 이하인, 이차 전지.
