Claims (5)
- 광경화성 수지가 저장되는 수지 저장조(120)와, 상기 수지 저장조(120)로 광을 조사하는 광원(130)과, 성형품을 지지하는 빌딩 트레이(140)와, 빌딩 트레이(140)를 이송하는 빌딩 트레이 이송부를 구비하는 DLP 방식 3D 프린터를 위한 오토레벨링 시스템으로서,
상기 빌딩트레이의 기울기를 측정하기 위한 이미지센서;
상기 수지 저장조의 기울기를 조정하는 틸팅 구동부;
상기 광원의 위치를 조정하는 광원 이송부; 및
상기 이미지센서로부터 수신된 신호를 이용하여 상기 틸팅 구동부와 상기 광원 이송부로 제어신호를 전송하는 제어부를 포함하며,
상기 이미지센서는 상기 빌딩트레이와 평행한 일 평면 상에 배치되는 다수의 CMOS 셀을 구비하며,
상기 다수의 CMOS 셀은 상기 광원으로부터 조사되는 광을 수신하여 발생하는 신호량을 상기 제어부로 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DLP 방식 3D 프린터용 오토레벨링 시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 다수의 CMOS 셀은 격자형으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 DLP 방식 3D 프린터용 오토레벨링 시스템. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 다수의 CMOS 셀은 횡방향과 종방향을 따라서 등간격으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 DLP 방식 3D 프린터용 오토레벨링 시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 이미지센서는 상기 빌딩 트레이에 분리가능하게 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 DLP 방식 3D 프린터용 오토레벨링 시스템. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 하나의 청구항에 기재된 오토레벨링 시스템을 구비하는 DLP 방식 3D 프린터.
