Claims (12)
- 도로 측구, 중앙 분리대 및 경계석의 보수보강용 속경형 지오폴리머 모르타르 조성물로서,
20~25 중량%의 플라이애시 및 10~15 중량%의 고령토를 포함하는 주결합재;
2~4 중량%의 모르타르 수축 보상제;
3~5 중량%의 시멘트 킬른 분진;
4~6 중량%의 칼슘 알루미네이트 시멘트 또는 칼슘설포 알루미네이트 시멘트, 및 1~2 중량%의 1종 포틀랜드 시멘트의 조합을 포함하는 초속경 부여제;
0.5~2.0 중량%의 리튬하이드록사이드;
0.5~2.0 중량%의 아세트산 구리, 질산 구리 및 그 조합을 포함하는 구리염; 및
45~54 중량%의 규사를 포함하며,
상기 주결합재는 콘크리트 열화 요인에 대한 저항성을 높이고, 강도를 발현하는 지오폴리머를 형성하기 위하여 사용되고,
상기 시멘트 킬른 분진은 지오폴리머의 주결합재인 플라이애시와 고령토를 자극하여 활성화를 촉진시키기 위한 활성화제로 사용되고,
상기 초속경 부여제는 모르타르 조성물을 초속경화시켜, 기계적 특성을 확보하면서도 시공 시간을 감축시키기 위하여 사용되며,
상기 리튬하이드록사이드 및 구리염은 모르타르 조성물의 응결 속도를 조절하여 작업 시간 확보를 가능하도록 하기 위하여 사용되는
도로 측구, 중앙 분리대 및 경계석의 보수보강용 속경형 지오폴리머 모르타르 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
0.5~3 중량%의 아크릴 재분산성 수지, 0.1~0.3 중량%의 폴리프로필렌 섬유 및 0.1~1.5 중량%의 유동화제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 일 이상을 더 포함하는
도로 측구, 중앙 분리대 및 경계석의 보수보강용 속경형 지오폴리머 모르타르 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 모르타르 수축 보상제는 칼슘 설포 알루미네이트 시멘트, 석고 및 그 조합을 포함하는
도로 측구, 중앙 분리대 및 경계석의 보수보강용 속경형 지오폴리머 모르타르 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 유동화제는 설포네이티드 멜라민 포름알데히드(sulfonated melamine formaldehyde)를 포함하는
도로 측구, 중앙 분리대 및 경계석의 보수보강용 속경형 지오폴리머 모르타르 조성물.
- 도로 측구, 중앙 분리대 및 경계석의 보수 대상 표면을 치핑 또는 연삭하고 이물질을 제거하는 단계;
상기 도로 측구, 중앙 분리대 및 경계석의 보수 대상 표면에 제1항에 따른 도로 측구, 중앙 분리대 및 경계석의 보수보강용 속경형 지오폴리머 모르타르 조성물을 미리 정해진 간격으로 부분적으로 1차 타설하는 단계;
1차 타설된 속경형 지오폴리머 모르타르 조성물이 굳기 전에 상부에 망사형 균열 방지 메시를 설치하는 단계;
상기 망사형 균열 방지 메시 상부에 제1항에 따른 도로 측구, 중앙 분리대 및 경계석의 보수보강용 속경형 지오폴리머 모르타르 조성물을 2차 타설하는 단계;
2차 타설된 속경형 지오폴리머 모르타르 조성물이 굳은 후에 접착 증강제를 표면에 도포하는 단계; 및
접착 증강제가 도포된 보수 대상 표면에 제1항에 따른 도로 측구, 중앙 분리대 및 경계석의 보수보강용 속경형 지오폴리머 모르타르 조성물을 도포하는 단계를 포함하는
도로 측구, 중앙 분리대 및 경계석의 보수보강 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 속경형 지오폴리머 모르타르 조성물을 도포하는 단계 이후,
표면 마감 작업을 하는 단계; 및
양생제를 도포하거나 양생포를 덮어 양생시키는 단계를 더 포함하는
도로 측구, 중앙 분리대 및 경계석의 보수보강 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 접착 증강제는 카복실레이트 스타이렌 부타디엔 공중합 라텍스를 포함하는
도로 측구, 중앙 분리대 및 경계석의 보수보강 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
도로 측구, 중앙 분리대 및 경계석의 보수 대상 표면을 치핑 또는 연삭하고 이물질을 제거하는 단계하는 단계 이후,
치핑 또는 연삭된 보수 대상 표면 주위에 접착 증강제를 도포하고, 제1항에 따른 도로 측구, 중앙 분리대 및 경계석의 보수보강용 속경형 지오폴리머 모르타르 조성물에, 접착 증강제 및 물을 혼합하여 미리 정해진 높이로 도포하는 단계를 더 포함하는
도로 측구, 중앙 분리대 및 경계석의 보수보강 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 속경형 지오폴리머 모르타르 조성물을 도포하는 단계에 있어서, 상기 속경형 지오폴리머 모르타르 조성물에 접착 증강제 및 물을 혼합하여 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는
도로 측구, 중앙 분리대 및 경계석의 보수보강 방법.
