Claims (11)
- 양극들 및 음극들이 서로 교차하는 어레이; 그리고
상기 어레이 내 양극들 및 음극들 각각 사이에 배치되는 분리막;을 포함하고,
상기 분리막은 폴리머와 필러의 혼합물로 이루어지는 다공성 막을 포함하고,
상기 필러 대 폴리머의 중량비는 3-5:1의 범위이며,
상기 필러는 실리카를 포함하고,
상기 막은 한 면에는 수직 리브를 가지고, 다른 면에는 네거티브 교차 리브(negative cross ribs)를 가지는 납산 배터리. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머는 폴리올레핀, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌(UHMWPE), 페놀 수지, 폴리비닐 클로라이드(PVC), 고무 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 그룹의 하나를 포함하는 납산 배터리. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분리막은 라텍스, 고무 유도체 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 고무를 더 포함하는 납산 배터리. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 고무는 상기 다공성 막의 표면의 적어도 일부 상에 코팅되는 납산 배터리. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 고무는 상기 다공성 막의 적어도 일부로 함침되는 납산 배터리. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 고무는 상기 폴리머와 섞이며, 다공성 막을 형성하기 위하여 사용되는 납산 배터리. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분리막은 계면활성제를 포함하는 납산 배터리. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 배터리는 일부 충전 상태, 동작 중, 정지 중, 백업 파워 애플리케이션, 사이클링 애플리케이션 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 그룹 중 적어도 하나에서 동작하는 납산 배터리. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 필러는 실리카 및 PIMS(Phosphate induced metal stabilization) 물질의 혼합물인 납산 배터리. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 PIMS 물질은 인회석을 포함하는 납산 배터리.
