Claims (18)
- a) 유전자-조절 활성을 갖는, 서열 1, 2, 8 및 9 중의 서열의 전체 서열에 적어도 85% 서열 동일성을 갖는 서열;
b) 서열 1, 2, 8 및 9 중의 서열을 포함하는 서열; 및
c) 유전자-조절 활성을 갖는, 서열 1, 2, 8 및 9 중의 서열의 적어도 50개의 연속적인 뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 단편
으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되고 이종성 전사가능 폴리뉴클레오티드 분자에 작동가능하게 연결되는 DNA 서열을 포함하는 DNA 분자. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 서열이 서열 1, 2, 8 및 9 중의 서열의 DNA 서열에 적어도 90% 서열 동일성을 갖는 것인 DNA 분자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 서열이 서열 1, 2, 8 및 9 중의 서열의 DNA 서열에 적어도 95% 서열 동일성을 갖는 것인 DNA 분자.
- 제1항에 있어서, DNA 서열이 유전자 조절 활성을 갖는 것인 DNA 분자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이종성 전사가능 폴리뉴클레오티드 분자가 농경학적 관심 유전자를 포함하는 것인 DNA 분자.
- 제5항에 있어서, 농경학적 관심 유전자가 식물에서 제초제 내성을 부여하는 것인 DNA 분자.
- 제5항에 있어서, 농경학적 관심 유전자가 식물에서 해충 내성을 부여하는 것인 DNA 분자.
- a) 유전자-조절 활성을 갖는, 서열 1, 2, 8 및 9 중의 서열의 전체 서열에 적어도 85% 서열 동일성을 갖는 서열;
b) 서열 1, 2, 8 및 9 중의 서열을 포함하는 서열; 및
c) 유전자-조절 활성을 갖는, 서열 1, 2, 8 및 9 중의 서열의 적어도 50개의 연속적인 뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 단편
으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 서열을 포함하는 이종성 DNA 분자를 포함하고, 상기 서열이 이종성 전사가능 폴리뉴클레오티드 분자에 작동가능하게 연결되는 것인 트랜스제닉 식물 세포. - 제8항에 있어서, 상기 트랜스제닉 식물 세포가 단자엽 식물 세포인 트랜스제닉 식물 세포.
