하면에 구비된 제1접착부를 매개로 속옷의 내면에 접착되는 패드본체와,
상기 패드본체의 상면에 형성되며, 생리혈을 흡수하기 위한 흡수부와,
상기 흡수부의 상면에서 상기 패드본체의 길이방향을 따라 설치되며, 상기 흡수부 보다 먼저 생리혈이 수용되되, 수용된 생리혈을 상기 흡수부로 전달하는 가이드부가 포함되며,
상기 패드본체의 양측 모서리에 구비되어 속옷의 외면을 향하여 접어지되, 하면에는 속옷의 외면에 접착되어 상기 패드본체가 속옷에 고정되도록 하기 위한 제2접착부가 구비되는 날개부와,
상기 흡수부 상면의 양측에는 생리혈이 외부로 흐르는 것을 방지하기 위한 방지턱부와,
상기 가이드부 전방과 양측은 상기 흡수부의 상면에 고정되어 내부에 공동(空洞)이 마련되되, 상기 가이드부의 양측은 접어져 높이가 조절되어 상기 공동의 크기가 가변될 수 있고,
상기 가이드부 상면의 길이방향을 따라 형성되어 상기 가이드부의 상면에 닿는 생리혈을 상기 공동으로 유도하는 가이드통공과,
