Claims (16)
- 경화 섬유 다발 제조를 위한 방법이며,
a) 평평한 캐리어 웹에 용융물이나 용액을 도포하여, 점성 코팅을 형성하는 단계,
b) 이 방식으로 코팅된 상기 캐리어 웹에 장력을 받는 상태에서 병렬 필라멘트가 적용되는 단계,
c) 상기 점성 코팅에 상기 필라멘트가 압착되어, 함침물을 형성하는 단계,
d) 용매 증발, 열 경화 및 냉각 단계 중 하나 이상의 단계를 통해서 상기 함침물의 소성 변형 가능한 상태까지 상기 코팅을 부분적으로 경화하는 단계,
e) 상기 함침물에 상기 필라멘트의 권취장력이 유지되는 상태에서 롤을 형성하기 위해 권취 코어 상에 상기 함침물을 롤링하는 단계,
f) 하나 이상의 슬리브, 하나 이상의 접착 테이프, 또는 하나 이상의 슬리브와 하나 이상의 접착 테이프를 사용하여 상기 권취 코어 상에 상기 롤을 고정하는 단계,
g) 용매 증발, 열 경화 및 냉각 단계 중 하나 이상의 단계를 통해서 상기 함침물을 경화하는 단계, 그리고
h) 경화 섬유 다발이 형성되도록 상기 경화된 함침물을 세분하는 단계를 포함하고,
d) 단계는 오직 소성 변형 가능한 상태가 유지될 정도로 실시되고, 하나 이상의 압축 장치를 통해서 상기 코팅이 경화되는 동안 또는 경화된 후에 상기 함침물 상에 직접적 또는 간접적으로 힘이 가해지고,
상기 함침물에서 상기 필라멘트의 권취장력에 의해서 생기는 압력은 g)단계가 실시되는 동안 상기 롤 상에 작용되는, 경화 섬유 다발 제조를 위한 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용융물은 열가소성 플라스틱과, 열경화성 합성 수지와, 피치와, 설탕 중 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 용융물이며, 상기 용융물은 점성 용융물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 경화 섬유 다발 제조를 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용액은 열가소성 플라스틱과, 열경화성 합성 수지와, 피치와, 설탕 중 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는, 경화 섬유 다발 제조를 위한 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, e) 단계에 앞서서, 함침물은 절단기로 필라멘트 방향에 대하여 평행하게 커팅됨으로써 스트립(strip)들로 나누어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 경화 섬유 다발 제조를 위한 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, h) 단계에 앞서서, 경화된 함침물은 절단기로 필라멘트 방향에 대하여 평행하게 커팅됨으로써 부분 롤링들로 나누어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 경화 섬유 다발 제조를 위한 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, d) 단계 직후에 함침물은 커버웹으로 덮이는 것을 특징으로 하는, 경화 섬유 다발 제조를 위한 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필라멘트는 탄소 필라멘트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 경화 섬유 다발 제조를 위한 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, a) 단계에서는 유기 물질의 용액이나 용융물이 사용되며, h) 단계에 이어서 경화 섬유 다발은 750℃ 내지 1300℃ 온도에서 산화제가 없는 상태로 처리되며, 이때 유기 물질의 적어도 일부분이 탄소로 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 경화 섬유 다발 제조를 위한 방법.

- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 제조된 경화 섬유 다발과 함께, 주형을 위해 형성된 강화된 열가소성 플라스틱과, 주형을 위해 형성된 열경화성 합성 수지 중 어느 하나 또는 이 둘 모두가 750℃ 내지 1300℃ 온도에서 산화제가 없는 상태로 처리됨으로써 얻어지는 주형이며, 이때 열가소성 플라스틱과 열경화성 합성 수지 중 어느 하나 또는 이 둘 모두의 적어도 일부분이 탄화 과정을 통해서 탄소로 변화되며, 탄화 처리된 주형은 액체 상태 또는 가스 형태의 탄화물을 형성하는 원소의 침윤을 통해서, 자신의 용융 온도나 증발 온도보다 높은 온도에서 상기 원소의 탄화물이 형성되는 상태로 처리되는, 주형.
- 경화제로서 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 제조된 경화 섬유 다발의 사용 방법이며, 이때 경화 섬유 다발은 탄소 필라멘트로부터 제조되며, 경화제로서 피치 및 탄소 입자 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 기타 성분을 포함하는 열경화성 합성 수지와의 혼합에 사용되는, 경화 섬유 다발의 사용 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 경화제를 넣은 혼합물은 계속해서 750℃ 내지 1300℃ 온도에서 산화제가 없는 상태로 처리되는 주형으로서 처리되며, 이때 열경화성 합성 수지와 피치의 적어도 일부분이 탄화 과정을 통해서 탄소로 변화되는, 경화 섬유 다발의 사용 방법.
