Claims (13)
- 유기보호막 조성물에 있어서,a)ⅰ) 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물 5 내지 95 중량%;ⅱ) 스티렌, 디시클로펜타닐메틸메타크릴레이트, 메타크릴산 글리시딜, 메타크릴산-β-메틸글리시딜, 메타크릴산-6,7-에폭시헵틸, o-비닐벤질글리시딜에테르, m-비닐벤질글리시딜에테르, p-비닐벤질글리시딜에테르, 및 p-메톡시 스티렌으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 올레핀계 불포화 화합물 5 내지 95 중량%;을 공중합시켜 제조한 아크릴계 공중합체 100 중량부;b) ⅰ) 열개시제 0.001 내지 5 중량부; 또는 ⅱ) 광개시제 0.001 내지 30 중량부;c) 트리멜리트산 무수물, 말레산 무수물, 이타콘산 무수물, 시트라콘산 무수물, 시스-1,2,3,4-테트라히드로프탈산 무수물 및 프탈산 무수물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 산무수물 화합물 1 내지 80 중량부;d) 이미다졸, 1-메틸이미다졸, 2-메틸이미다졸, 4(5)-메틸이미다졸, 1-비닐이미다졸, 1,2-디메틸이미다졸, 2-에틸이미다졸, 1-알릴이미다졸, 2-메틸-1-비닐이미다졸, 2-프로필이미다졸, 2-에틸-4-메틸이미다졸, 2-이소프로필이미다졸, 4-이미다졸카르복산, 이미다졸-2-카르복산, 이미다졸[1,2,a]피리딘, 벤즈이미다졸, 4-아자벤즈이미다졸, 1-부틸이미다졸, 5-메틸벤즈이미다졸, 2-메틸벤즈이미다졸, 2-페닐이미다졸, 1-페닐이미다졸, 4-페닐이미다졸, 2-에틸벤즈이미다졸 및 5,6-디메틸벤즈이미다졸로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 이미다졸계 3차아민 화합물 0.0001 내지 1 중량부; 및e) 상기 a) 내지 d)의 성분이 유기보호막 조성물의 10 내지 50 중량%가 되도록 유기용매를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기보호막 조성물:[화학식 1]상기 화학식 1의 식에서,X는 수소 또는 메틸기이다.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 a)의 아크릴계 공중합체의 폴리스티렌 환산중량평균분자량(Mw)이 3,000 내지 50,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기보호막 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 b)ⅰ)의 열개시제가 2,2-아조비스이소부티로니트릴, 2,2-아조비스(2,4-디메틸발레로니트릴), 2,2-아조비스(4-메톡시 2,4-디메틸발레로니트릴), 1,1-아조비스(시클로헥산-1-카르보니트릴), 디메틸 2,2-아조비스이소부틸레이트, 벤조일퍼옥시드, 라우로일퍼옥시드, t-부틸퍼옥시피발레이트, 1,1-비스-(t-부틸퍼옥시)시클로헥산 및 과산화수소나 과산화물을 포함한 산화 환원형 개시제로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기보호막 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 b)ⅱ)의 광개시제가 Irgacure 369, Irgacure 651, Irgacure 907, Darocur TPO, Irgacure819, 2,4-비스트리클로로메틸-6-p-메톡시스티릴-s-트리아진, 2-p-메톡시스티릴-4,6-비스트리클로로메틸-s-트리아진, 2,4-트리클로로메틸-6-트리아진, 2,4-트리클로로메틸-4-메틸나프틸-6-트리아진, 벤조페논, p-(디에틸아미노)벤조페논, 2,2-디클로로-4-페녹시아세토페논, 2,2-디에톡시아세토페논, 2-도데실티오크산톤, 2,4-디메틸티오크산톤, 2,4-디에틸티오크산톤, 및 2,2-비스-2-클로로페닐-4,5,4,5-테트라페닐-2-1,2-비이미다졸로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기보호막 조성물.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유기보호막 조성물이 n-부틸아크리돈, 및 2-에틸헥실-디메틸아미노벤조에이트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 광증감제를 상기 광개시제 100 중량부에 대하여 0.001 내지 40 중량부로 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기보호막 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유기보호막 조성물이 폴리옥시에틸렌옥틸페닐에테르 및 폴리옥시에틸렌노닐페닐에테르로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 계면활성제를 상기 아크릴계 공중합체 100 중량부에 대하여 0.0001 내지 2 중량부로 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기보호막 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유기보호막 조성물이 열중합 금지제, 소포제, 및 안료로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 첨가제를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기보호막 조성물.
- 제1항 기재의 유기보호막 조성물의 경화체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 표시소자.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 광표시소자가 TFT형 액정표시소자, 유기 TFT형 액정표시소자, OLED형 광 표시소자 또는 플렉시블 디스플레이형 광 표시소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 표시소자.
- 제1항 기재의 유기보호막 조성물을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 표시소자의 패턴형성방법.
