Claims (3)
- 마스터실린더와, 각 휠 실린더의 입구에 마련된 노멀오픈형 입구밸브와, 상기 각 휠 실린더의 출구에 마련된 제 1 노멀클로즈형 출구밸브와, 상기 제 1 노멀클로즈형 출구밸브와 연결되어 상기 제 1 노멀클로즈형 출구밸브로부터 공급되는 유압을 저장하는 저압 어큐뮬레이터와, 상기 마스터실린더 및 상기 노멀오픈형 입구밸브와 연결된 노멀오픈형 컷밸브와, 상기 마스터실린더 및 상기 저압 어큐뮬레이터와 연결된 제 2 노멀클로즈형 출구밸브와, 상기 저압 어큐뮬레이터에 저장된 유압을 펌핑하여 각 휠 실린더 측으로 제공하는 복수의 유압펌프와, 상기 복수의 유압펌프를 작동시키는 모터와, 차량의 운동에너지를 전기에너지로 변환하여 회생제동으로 차량을 제동하는 전기모터가 장착된 차량의 회생 제동 시 유압 제어 방법에 있어서,상기 마스터 실린더에 인가된 마스터 실린더 인가 제동력을 구하는 단계;상기 회생 제동으로 발생한 회생 제동력을 구하는 단계; 및상기 마스터 실린더 인가 제동력과 상기 회생 제동력의 차에 상응하는 유압 제동력이 상기 각 휠 실린더 측으로 공급되도록 상기 노멀오픈형 입구밸브 및 상기 제 1 노멀클로즈형 출구밸브와 상기 노멀오픈형 컷밸브 및 상기 제 2 노멀클로즈형 출구밸브와 상기 복수의 유압펌프 및 상기 모터를 제어하는 단계를 포함하되,상기 마스터 실린더 인가 제동력이 인가되고 상기 차량이 감속을 시작하는 단계인 스텝 1 단계일 때에 상기 노멀오픈형 입구밸브를 개방하고 상기 제 1 노멀클로즈형 출구밸브를 폐쇄하며 상기 노멀오픈형 컷밸브를 개방하고 상기 제 2 노멀클로즈형 출구밸브를 폐쇄하며 상기 복수의 유압펌프를 비구동시키고, 상기 회생 제동이 점진적으로 증가하는 단계인 스텝 2 단계일 때에 상기 노멀오픈형 입구밸브를 폐쇄하며 상기 제 1 노멀클로즈형 출구밸브를 개방하고 상기 노멀오픈형 컷밸브를 개방하며 상기 제 2 노멀클로즈형 출구밸브를 폐쇄하고 상기 복수의 유압펌프를 비구동시키고, 상기 회생 제동의 증가가 일정한 단계인 스텝 3 단계일 때에 상기 노멀오픈형 입구밸브를 폐쇄하며 상기 제 1 노멀클로즈형 출구밸브를 폐쇄하고 상기 노멀오픈형 컷밸브를 개방하며 상기 제 2 노멀클로즈형 출구밸브를 폐쇄하고 상기 복수의 유압펌프를 비구동시키고, 상기 회생 제동이 급격히 감소하는 단계인 스텝 4 단계일 때에 상기 노멀오픈형 입구밸브를 개방하며 상기 제 1 노멀클로즈형 출구밸브를 폐쇄하고 상기 노멀오픈형 컷밸브를 개방하며 상기 제 2 노멀클로즈형 출구밸브를 폐쇄하고 상기 복수의 유압펌프를 구동시키는 단계를 포함하는 전기모터가 장착된 차량의 회생 제동시 유압 제어 방법.
