Abstract
상기 복합체막은 나노 사이즈의 층간 거리를 갖는 무기물에 술폰산기 함유 모이어티가 에테르 결합(-O-)으로 연결되어 있는 복합체를 포함한다. 상기 플렉시블 기판은 상기 복합체막을 포함한다. 상기 유기 발광 장치는 제1 전극, 제2 전극, 상기 제1 전극과 제2전극 사이에 개재된 유기막, 및 상기 복합체막을 포함한다.

Claims (14)
- 나노 사이즈의 층간 거리를 갖는 무기물에 술폰산기 함유 모이어티가 에테르 결합(-O-)으로 직접 연결되어 있는 복합체를 포함하는 복합체막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 술폰산기 함유 모이어티가 -(CH2)nSO3M(M은 Na, K, Ca, 또는 Ba이고, n은 1 내지 13의 정수임)이거나 또는 -C(R2)(X)CF2SO3M(M은 Na, K, Ca, 또는 Ba이고, R2는 -F, -CF3, -SF5, =SF4, -SF4Cl, -CF2CF3, 또는 -H(CF2)4이고, X는 -F, -H, -Cl, 또는 -CF3임)인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기물이 몬트모릴로나이트(montmorillonite), 콜라인(koline), 하이드레이트 소듐 칼슘 알루미늄 마그네슘 실리케이트 하이드록사이드(Hydrated Sodium Calcium Aluminum Magnesium Silicate Hydroxide), 파이로필라이트(pyrophyllite), 탈크(talc), 버미큘라이트(vermiculite), 사우코나이트(sauconite), 사포나이트(saponite), 논트로나이트(nontronite), 에임자이트(Amesite), 베일레이클로어(Baileychlore), 차모사이트(Chamosite), 클리노클로어(Clinochlore), 캐머라이트(kaemmererite), 쿠카이트(Cookeite), 커런도필라이트(Corundophilite), 대프나이트(Daphnite), 델레사이트(Delessite), 고니어라이트(Gonyerite), 니마이트(Nimite), 오디나이트(Odinite), 오르토챠모사이트(Orthochamosite), 페니나이트(Penninite), 팬난타이트(Pannantite), 리피도라이트(Rhipidolite), 프로클로어(prochlore), 수도아이트(Sudoite), 투링자이트(Thuringite), 캐올리나이트(kaolinite), 딕카이트(dickite) 및 나크라이트(nacrite)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복합체가 술톤 화합물에 의한 상기 무기물의 술포네이션에 의해 얻어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체막.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 술톤 화합물이 1,3-프로판 술톤, 1,4-부탄 술톤, 및 1-트리플루오로메틸-1,2,2-트리플루오로에탄술폰산 술톤으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고분자 필름이 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체막.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 필름이 폴리이미드, 폴리에스테르, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체막.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 필름 100 중량부에 대하여, 상기 복합체가 0.1 내지 10 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체막.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 복합체막을 포함하는 플렉시블 기판.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 복합체막이 나노 사이즈의 층간 거리를 갖는 몬트모릴로나이트 무기물에 술폰산기 함유 모이어티가 에테르 결합으로 직접 연결되어 있는 복합체 및 폴리이미드막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 기판.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 술폰산기 함유 모이어티가 -(CH2)3SO3Na인 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 기판.
- a) 제1 전극, 제2 전극, 상기 제1 전극과 제2전극 사이에 개재된 유기막, 및
b) 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 복합체막
을 포함하는 유기 발광 장치. - 제12항에 있어서, 상기 복합체막이 플랙시블 기판인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 복합체막이 상기 제2 전극 상부에 형성된 봉지막인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 장치.
