Claims (13)
- 음전극 활성 물질의 Li 삽입 전위가 0.2 V 이상 (Li/Li+에 대해)이고 평균 일차 입자 직경이 0.05 ㎛ 내지 1 ㎛이고 전류 콜렉터의 중량을 제외한 음전극의 비표면적이 BET 방법에 의해 측정시 3 내지 50 m2/g의 범위 이내이고 음전극의 다공도가 20 내지 50%의 범위 이내인, 양전극, 음전극 및 비수성 전해질을 포함하는 비수성 전해질 배터리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음전극 활성 물질이 리튬 티타늄 산화물인 비수성 전해질 배터리.
- 음전극이 전류 콜렉터 및 전류 콜렉터에 지지되는 리튬 티타늄 산화물을 함유한 음전극층을 포함하고,리튬 티타늄 산화물의 평균 일차 입자 직경이 0.05 ㎛ 내지 1 ㎛이고 음전극층의 비표면적이 BET 방법에 의해 측정시 3 내지 50 ㎡/g의 범위 이내이고 음전극의 다공도가 20 내지 50%의 범위 이내인, 양전극, 음전극, 및 비수성 전해질을 포함하는 비수성 전해질 배터리.
- 제3항에 있어서, 리튬 티타늄 산화물이 Li4+xTi5O12 (-1 ≤ x ≤ 3) 또는 Li2+xTi3O7 (-1 ≤ x≤ 3)로 표시되는 비수성 전해질 배터리.
- 음전극이 티타늄 함유 금속 복합 산화물을 함유한 음전극 활성 물질을 포함하고,음전극 활성 물질의 Li 삽입 전위가 0.2 V 이상 (Li/Li+에 대해)이고 평균 일차 입자 직경이 O.O5 ㎛ 내지 1 ㎛이고 전류 콜렉터의 중량을 제외한 음전극의 비표면적이 BET 방법에 의해 측정시 3 내지 50 m2/g의 범위 이내이고 음전극의 다공도가 20 내지 50%의 범위 이내인, 양전극, 음전극, 및 비수성 전해질을 포함하는 비수성 전해질 배터리.
- 음전극이 전류 콜렉터 및 전류 콜렉터에 지지되는 티타늄 함유 금속 복합 산화물을 함유한 음전극층을 포함하고,티타늄 함유 금속 복합 산화물의 평균 일차 입자 직경이 0.05 ㎛ 내지 1 ㎛이고 음전극층의 비표면적이 BET 방법에 의해 측정시 3 내지 50 ㎡/g의 범위 이내이고 음전극의 다공도가 20 내지 50%의 범위 이내인, 양전극, 음전극, 및 비수성 전해질을 포함하는 비수성 전해질 배터리.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 티타늄 함유 금속 복합 산화물이 P, V, Sn, Cu, Ni 및 Fe로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소와 Ti를 함유하는 금속 복합 산화물인 비수성 전해질 배터리.
- 제3항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 전류 콜렉터가 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금으 로부터 형성된 것인 비수성 전해질 배터리.
- 제3항, 제5항 및 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 양전극이 리튬-니켈-코발트-망간 복합 산화물, 스피넬 (Spinel)-형 리튬-망간-니켈 복합 산화물, 감람석 구조를 갖는 리튬-인 산화물, 리튬-코발트 산화물, 리튬-니켈-코발트 복합 산화물, 및 리튬-망간 복합 산화물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 화합물을 포함하는 비수성 전해질 배터리.
- 제9항에 있어서, 리튬-니켈-코발트-망간 복합 산화물이 LiaNibCocMndO2로 표시되고 a, b, c, 및 d의 몰 비율이 0 ≤ a ≤ 1.1, 0.1 ≤ b ≤ 0.5, 0 ≤ c ≤ 0.9, 및 0.1 ≤ d ≤ 0.5의 범위 이내인 비수성 전해질 배터리.
- 삭제
- 제1항, 제3항, 제5항 및 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 음전극 활성 물질의 평균 일차 입자 직경이 O.O1 내지 1 ㎛의 범위인 비수성 전해질 배터리.
- 제1항, 제3항, 제5항 및 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 평균 입자 직 경의 측정 방법이 레이저 회절에 의해 측정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수성 전해질 배터리.
