1) 금산 수삼 시장에서 구입한 수삼을 물로 깨끗이 씻은 후 실내에서 건조 후 분쇄기로 분쇄하였다. 분쇄한 인삼 15kg 에 3배량인 헥산(Hexane) 45kg 을 가하여 상온에서 7일간 침적하여 2회 추출하였다. 1) Fresh ginseng purchased from Geumsan Fresh Ginseng Market was washed with water, dried indoors, and then ground in a grinder. 45 kg of hexane (Hexane), 3 times the amount of pulverized ginseng, was added thereto, and the mixture was immersed at room temperature for 7 days and extracted twice.

인삼 앱솔루트의 여드름균(Propionibacterium acnes)에 대하여 아가 희석방법(Agar dilution method)를 이용하여 실험실에서 MIC(Minimal inhibition concentration)를 측정하였다. The MIC (Minimal Inhibition Concentration) was measured in the laboratory using the Agar dilution method for the acne bacteria Propionibacterium acnes of ginseng absolute.

여드름균에 대한 MIC 결과를 나타낸 하기 표 3 및 도 1에서 확인할 수 있는 바와 같이, 인삼 앱솔루트는 여드름균(Propionibacterium acnes)에 대해 0.01 중량 %의 농도에서부터 항균력을 발휘하였다. 따라서 유의한 항균력이 있다고 할 수 있다. 상기 표 2의 처방대로 투명 비누를 만들어 실제로 여드름 환자 20명을 대상으로 사용성 시험을 실시하였다. 시험 기간은 4주간이었으며, 다른 비누는 일절 사용하지 않고 표 2 처방대로 제조한 비누만을 하루에 2번씩 사용하도록 하였다. 1주일마다 효과를 확인하기 위하여 설문지를 받았으며 사진을 찍도록 하였다. 설문지 내용은 염증, 붉은기, 피지분비에 대하여 "악화됨/변화없음/개선됨/눈에 띄게 개선됨" 으로 구분하여 대답하도록 되어 있었다.A clear soap was made according to the prescription of Table 2, and a usability test was conducted on 20 acne patients.
