Claims (4)
- 차량의 실내온도를 설정할 수 있도록 하는 온도조절 노브(130)와, 맥스 에어컨(MAX A/C)모드를 갖는 모드선택 노브(110)가 구비된 차량 공조장치용 컨트롤러(Controller)(C)에 있어서,상기 모드선택 노브(110)가 맥스 에어컨(MAX A/C)모드에 놓일 때, 상기 온도조절노브(130)를 최대냉방위치로 이동시키는 회전수단(S)을 포함하고,상기 회전수단(S)은, 상기 온도조절노브(130)와 결합된 치차(齒車)2(136), 상기 치차2(136)와 맞물려 회전하는 치차(齒車)1(134), 상기 치차1(134)을 구동하는 모터(132)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 공조장치용 컨트롤러 구조.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 치차2(136)의 소정위치에 상기 온도조절 노브(130)의 회전각도를 인식하는 감지기(Encoder)(138)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 공조장치용 컨트롤러 구조.
- 차량의 실내온도를 설정할 수 있도록 하는 온도조절 노브(130)와, 맥스 에어컨(MAX A/C)모드를 갖는 모드선택 노브(110)가 구비된 차량 공조장치용 컨트롤러(Controller)(C)에 있어서,시동스위치(IGN Switch)에 전원을 투입하는 단계(201)와;마이컴(미도시)을 초기화하는 단계(202)와;상기 모드선택 노브(110)의 맥스 에어컨(MAX A/C) 모드 선택 상태가 마이컴(미도시)에 입력되는 단계(203)와;상기 마이컴에서 모드선택 노브(110)의 맥스 에어컨(MAX A/C) 모드 미선택시 통상제어를 하는 단계(204)와;상기 마이컴에서 맥스 에어컨(MAX A/C) 모드 선택시 내기모드로 전환하여 에어컨(A/C)을 온(On)시키는 단계(205)와;상기 온도조절 노브(130)를 최대냉방위치(MAX Cool)로 회전시키는 단계(206)와;감지기에 상기 온도조절 노브(130)의 최대냉방위치 반대방향의 회전 또는 일정시간 정지가 감지될 경우 모터(132)의 전원 투입을 차단시키고, 다음 맥스 에어컨(MAX A/C) 모드 선택 신호가 입력될 때까지 대기하는 단계(207)(208)(209)(210);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 공조장치용 컨트롤러 작동 방법.
